I have a 37" TV with a blown POWER SUPPLY, I took it to six so called TV repair men. They said It would take maybe a couple of weeks and a couple of hundred dollars. Razmic said it would be done on Monday, and I just had to bring it in by Friday. Three day is all it took, and the price I could not be any happier. This company was brought to my attention by another company that's fixes other electronics, and I tell you it is so good to see companies working together like this in these hard times. Had an appointment with this company today from 8am to 12pm and NO ONE has called me or shown up! I called them to see what was happening at 12pm and the lady said they were short staffed. Excuse me but this isn't an excuse. CALL YOUR CUSTOMERS WITH APPOINTMENTS AND LET THEM KNOW THE STATUS! I shouldn't have to call you when we have confirmed my appointment 3 times prior this week! It's called having GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. Still waiting for someone to show up and give me a status update and it's 3:30pm. Called the company again and the guy said he would call me right back with a status. Has he called? Nope! Speak of the devil! Just got a call back and John informed me that the technician never came out to do his jobs! Obviously! Wtf kind of crap is that?! He should be fired. How does the company not know anything about their technicians following through on scheduled appointments?! Anyways, my whole Saturday has been ruined waiting for a repair to be completed and now I have to WAIT AN HOUR for a replacement technician. Let's see if he even shows up! Unfortunately 0 Stars is not an option But he receives 0 Stars. This company can not be trusted to follow thru with promised work.Rasmik is rude, disrespectful, deceitful and inconsistent. He cannot even keep clear what he has said from one conversation to the next. Work is promised and customer is made to feel as if he (Rasmik) is doing them a favor by "rushing"parts and "paying out of pocket so you can get it sooner" only to be strung along and then eventually told the job should never have been accepted by him (Rasmik) in the first place. He hires outside contractors and sends them to the residence without knowledge of the job and then refuses to pay them if the go forward with the repair of the broken product. Wasted our time. They were supposed to call us after they received our work order, but they never bothered. After waiting a couple days they said they would call back and let us know when they would send a technician out to us. Another couple days went by with no word from them. So we called for an update and were told we were too far away. They should of told us that from the beginning instead of making us wait around. read more

The guys I spoke to were nice, however, this IS NOT A COMPUTER REPAIR CENTER as the banner sign out front indicates. Actually, I should of scrolled through the reviews before I took my desktop PC there. The majority of the reviews are about T.V.s, washers and dryers. And that's what you'll see when you step inside... I dropped my PC off Friday at 5pm, gave the guy the $20 dollar fee for them to find out what the problem is and he said they'd call me Saturday morning. No call back, I called several times and they said they'd get back to me... and didn't. Saturday at 5 I called and they said give them till Monday in the morning and the'll call me with the diagnoses. Again, they didn't. I called them at 2pm and they said, Oh we looked at and you need to re-install the operating system (which will of course wipes out all my data). I know this as a fall back tactic when someone can't figure out what the issue is so I said no thanks, picked up my pc, took it to Stans Tech Garage in West Hollywood. The guy there looked at it for about 3min, fixed it and didn't charge me a dime as the fix was so easy. Maybe these guys are good with other electronics but not computers. Those guys are horibble!I had an extended warranty with LG on my fridge,they were send by LG electronics,didn't show up at 3 appoiments that I set up with them.Call them couple of times ,never called back.After 3 weeks my fridge is not working,still waiting,I called LG to send somebody else,and outside we have temps over 100 Fahrenheit.The five stars review here are fake. Found them here on Yelp, decided to give them my business because they are local. They advised the would call me back and where waiting on a technician. After an hour I called back. They advised that the technician could make it to my house in half an hour. Technician showed up an hour and a half later. Told me that there was an $85 charge to come out and it would apply towards my repairs. I called back and asked the Customer Service Rep about how they price and he was dodgy. Told me to speak to the technician. All in all, my refrigerator ended up being not replaceable, so I gave them $85. Writing this review, to share my experience. If your appliance doesn't work, they don't even cut you a break. read more

I called him for my TV no other place knew what the problem was I had 2 other technicians look at it they said it's not fixable. visited/called fry's, radioshack and about a half dozen local spots before finding this gem of a repair shop. i needed to repair/replace a special ac adapter for my speakers. no one seemed to have the adapter i needed and no one dared to try and fix it. i brought my ac adapter in and they had the problem fixed in no time!!! very friendly and reasonable price. read more

You want to call Artin Electronics when your (fill in the appliance here) breaks. For me, it has been my refrigerator. I've been a customer 3 times now and have been consistently pleased with their work. Recently, my refrigerator stopped working entirely. I have a Kenmore and got the run-around with a ridiculous quote from Sears when I had trouble with it leaking a year ago-- and to be clear, the quote from Sears was only what they would charge to come and take look at it, not to fix it. That's when I first tried Artin Electronics. They were reasonable, fast, and professional. The 2nd time my fridge just wasn't getting very cold, and like a previous reviewer, Ken M., I was told by Razmic at Artin Electronics that the motor had jammed due to dust build-up because it is an older fridge. He must have spent an hour vacuuming the filter and the components. He was honest and didn't try to sell me a part I didn't need. The charge? Just like Ken M, only $75! So this time, when my fridge quit working entirely, I called Artin Electronics again and they were here within an hour. Razmic replaced the part, cleaned up the mess, the cost was a lot less than I had feared and my old fridge is running like new again. I only write reviews when a company is either really good or really bad. Artin Electronics is really good. They're reliable, honest and don't charge you for what you don't need. All I can say is Wow! Our dryer started to have a burning smell so I decided to look for an appliance repair company. In the past, we've always called Sears. They schedule you for a week later, you have to be home half the day, and they charge you an arm and a leg. So I decide to check Yelp and called Artin based on the good reviews. I called on Saturday morning for our dryer. Spoke to the gentlemen who took my information and said that the technician would call me back shortly. The first person called me back about 15-20 minutes later checking to see if the technician had called, but he hadn't yet. As I hung up, the technician called. He asked if he could come by now and I said "come on down". He arrived in about 30 minutes. The house call for an estimate was $25.00, way below anyone, but probably because I was close their location or nearby the tech. He gave me an estimate for what was needed. Because I thought it was so much lower then I expected, I asked him to just add a new belt even though it didn't need it and go ahead with the work. So a few hours later after I had called, the dryer was working as new! On short notice, and on a Saturday! And a really fair price! Beat that! Friendly guys and the customer service level is what you would get a 5 Star exclusive vacation resort. Artin's Eddie to the rescue!!. Recently, my tv shut off while I was watching and wouldn't turn on. I researched a little and it sounded like a problem that Samsung had a while ago. When I called, of course, the warranty was up, and my model was not part of the class action suit. They said they would have someone contact me. In the meantime, I yelped tv repair and Artin Electronics came up with excellent reviews. I called. Eddie answered, said he was in the area and would stop by after his next call. Eddie is the ultimate professional. Extremely courteous, cares about the customer and their belongings, and accurate in diagnostics. Eddie was up front about cost of parts and labor (extremely fair!). He ordered the part, called when it arrived and showed up promptly at the agreed time. No surprises at bill time!! First and foremost, you are NEVER going to find a company that is as honest as this company. I had an old Sony WEGA 32 TV. Several years ago, there was a problem with the circuit board. They came out twice and on the second visit, the unit was up and running. The cost was $400 which included a circuit board and labor. The TV had plenty of value left at the time since flatscreens were only just hitting the market. I also gave them my vintage beloved AKAI cassette deck which was, quality wise, on par with the Nakamichi Dragon unit, and they fixed the transporter belt for $125.00. But four years later, and due to an intermittant power outage, the TV was once again in need of repair. Eddie drove from his shop to my home, a roundtrip distance of 50 miles, FIVE times, refusing to take any money until the job was done. When it was finally determined that the TV could not be fixed, and even after ordering new parts, all they asked me for was $50.00. That didn't even cover the gas! Oh yes, between the 4th trip and 5th trip out, my wife had a submersion blender that stopped working. Eddie fixed it! These guys are first rate. read more

Called Sears and was given a five hour window next Tuesday with a mandatory $75.00 for just showing up. Called Artin and they had someone at my house in less than half an hour. Something I NEVER expected. Razmic was nice and fixed my washing machine in less than an hour and the price was reasonable. I am very happy with Artin and would highly recommend these folks. Very pleased at quick repair (within a week) of our LG dryer under manufacturer's warranty. LG assigned the service ticket; business called to confirm appointment with me. Service tech called again today to offer earlier appointment, arrived shortly with necessary part, and installed it. Dryer is now working fine, so I'm a happy customer! read more

Absolute assholes. Repaired our washer end of January and got it done and was great until now. The same problem occurred. We are covered by an extended warranty. I scheduled a few days ago with the insurance company and when I called the day of the appointment to check on the time of arrival the man on the phone who I could barely understand a word said they were not showing. He said they were not coming because the insurance company sent a ticket stating it was the same problem and under warranty, but his warranty is up and if it wasn't up they don't get paid. The warranty ended at 90 days. So instead of contacting the insurance company to point out the error or the customer they blew us off and was a total asshole about it. If he just followed up with one of us it would have been fixed and the asshole would have been paid. Now we have to wait till Monday to get a new company scheduled. COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE. He we are in a recession..you might want business. NEVER EVER WORK WITH THEM. Zero common sense. And absolutely horrendous customer service. i had searched online and thought this place was professional and hoped they did good work seeing they had good reviews but i was wrong. probably the most unprofessional place ive been to and plan to never return. i brought my tv there to be fixed and when i was talking to the guy he was very ya ya sure sure.. kind of attitude. i had asked him if he could remove a scratch on the screen i had put accidentally while cleaning it along with the electrical problem it was having. when i come to pick it up they totally forgot about the scratch didnt even care to try and fix it, not only that but when i got home i noticed they scratched my screen fairly bad also in another place more towards the bottom the i put was up higher. also they scratched the hell out of the trim on my tv to the point where white was showing through on a black surface. they proceeded to tell me its ok we put a hard plastic cover for protection its impossible a scratch could come from that and then they also told not to worry because in a couple years this technology will be out of date, and then i got more mad and they then told me it would be ok because when i put it on the wall there wont be any light on it???? i told them i dont live in a cave!!, then i got more mad and then they start telling me oh that i must have done it because i put the one on the screen accidentally. i told them atleast i was honest and pointed that one out because i did it. most disrespectful place i have ever dealt with couldnt even be honest about anything trying to tell im stupid and i dont know what im talking about because hes older then me. the scratches they put on my tv i would probably have to use some course grade 60 grit sandpaper to give you a sense of how bad it was, and they were trying to say i did it with a paper soft wet towel!!!!!!!!????? they didnt want to fix it or even order a new trim. im so pissed and disgusted by the work they did this place should be ashamed!!!!!!!! 30 years of experience my ass !!! 0 customer service 0 respect for other peoples belongings just disgusting, and worst of all they cant even stand behind their work!!!!DONT TAKE YOUR TV TO THEM UNLESS YOU DONT MIND THEM SCRATCHING THE SHIT OUT OF YOUR TV!!!
