Correlating name with address in Internet search, I found a valid telephone number for Vladimir. On the phone Vladimir expressed confidence he could fix the problem with the timer motor. He arrived promptly, concurred with my analysis of the problem, and found a new part was no longer available. He did not give up and went to his truck to dig through his stash of parts. He soon reappeared with a not quite match for the failed timer assembly, but one that utilized the same timer motor. After transfering the motor to the timer assembly from my machine, my machine was working once again. His charge including labor was less than the price being asked on Ebay for some timer assemblies. Service technician who came out was pretty close to the time window I was provided. He spent good amount of time evaluating the problem with the oven and as suspected had to do with faulty internal temperature gauge/thermostat. Unfortunately, that's where communication experience broke down a bit. Didn't hear from him nor anyone else from the company for a long time.
