The part came in faster than expected and he was back within a few days to make the repair. Last fall we made the mistake and called a different repair company to fix our stove top. After 3 visits and still the same issue happening I decided to call Fosters. Within an hour of the technician arriving my stove top was fixed and is still in top shape. We were initially referred to Fosters using our home warranty but I still call them now that our warranty has expired. The first time we used them was 2018 and now we have had them do work in two different homes. I am grateful for their great service and reasonable prices~!

He had a snake with a bristle brush and cleared out the duct from both sides. We realized my prior technician hadnt reset my laundry accordion doors properly, and the prior tech had forgotten to turn the gas back on. Ray ran multiple cycles and diagnosed a faulty ignition- sometimes on/off. After it was all done, he cleaned up and attached my door back in place. He was patient and thorough, we ran a small load if wet laundry while resetting everything and cleaning. Once he confirmed it all worked reliably, he was done. I appreciate his thoroughness and great attitude through a long afternoon.

Robert showed up the same day, diagnosed the issue in about five minutes, had the part on his truck, and fixed it like it was nothing. No upselling, no nonsense -- just old-school professionalism with real skill behind it. He explained what happened, showed me how to avoid the same problem, and even cleaned up after himself (rare these days). My LG dryer stopped working one day and i reached out to LG for repair they gave me a phone number…read morefor an appliance repair that is certified by LG. I called this place and Armen said that the inspection fee is $79 but that it is discounted from the overall repair cost. When we decided to go through with it he charged us $580 and then i asked him minus the $79 it would be $501 and he said no that it is $580. So i said whatever he fixed our dryer. 2 weeks later the dryer stops working again and it's the main control board that Armen had "ordered" and took three weeks to arrive. He came by and said it was the same issue and he would replace it under the 90 day warranty . It took three MORE weeks for the new main control board to arrive and now he is saying that there is no more warranty. Since the first day we paid $580 which was on 1/15/21 to today 3/3/21 it has not been more than 90 days. Our warranty should be ending 4/15/21. Please people save your time and reach out to an appliance repairman that will keep their word and do a good job. I asked Armen for a refund and he didn't message me back. Total waste of my time and my family's time. UPDATE 3/8/21 Dryer was "fixed" exactly a week ago and stopped working today. They probably don't even order new parts but just fix the damaged one.

Had it been possible, I'd have given 4.75 stars only because I would've appreciated knowing the repair cost before the work was actually done. True, I didn't ask when I made the appt, but it would've appreciated a quick call since $275 is a lot of money. EVEN SO, it was completely worth it because of Peter's courtesy and efficiency. He got the job done without any hassles. And in the end, the $275 repair cost was likely no more than I would've paid for an extended warranty and the extra time I'd have to waste to actually use it. PS: Moreover, those warranty companies often send repair techs who have so sense of customer service, who arrive without the right parts and who are hard to reach. Our Summit oven's own service dept misdiagnosed the issue (over the phone) as a broken thermometer. To order a new one they sent us looking all over the inside of the oven for a "type" number that we never found. The model and serial numbers were useless to them even though they manufactured the oven! SO THE MORAL OF THE STORY IS - CALL EAGLE ROCK APPLIANCE REPAIR FOR EXCELLENT, QUICK, HASSLE-FREE SERVICE.
