We had an emergency repair scheduled through Sears. Not only did they not show up they rescheduled our EMERGENCY appointment for five days later, without consulting us. Meanwhile our refrigerator continues leaking all over our kitchen floor. Save your money and go somewhere else for service read more

I'm not someone that writes a lot of reviews but I felt compelled to share my experience with this company and warn future prospects. As a female business owner myself I was super excited to find a newer company with all positive reviews to support. I reached out to the owner, Kristine and she was super communicative and very helpful right off the bat. I had her technician Artur come out give us an estimate and we soon after confirmed ordering the parts and getting the work done prior to my family arriving. She had let us know to unplug the fridge the morning of and when he arrived he said it should've been done the day before. Either way he was able to accommodate us and make it work and I was very grateful. Unfortunately I didn't get anything in writing from him invoice wise. The work was completed on August 19th. We were told that after these parts were replaced it should restore the fridge and we should have no further issues. On September 30th I reached out to Kristine as 2 nights before the fan that they replaced was making weird noises pretty loudly and now days later our temperature was off and the fridge food had started turn and I was under the impression overall it had started to not work again. After a few hours she wrote back and told us that they no longer had weekend hours and would get back to me on Monday. On Monday she reached out to me and basically told me she could not accommodate any type of request until Wednesday afternoon. I immediately replied and let her know that I had just had surgery and I really need to get someone out ASAP with the Jewish holiday this week, asking if there was anything that could be done sooner. We went back-and-forth and she first said she would try, but later tried to say that their work was only guaranteed for 30 days. I told her that the parts would be guaranteed for a year according to California law and because it had barely been a month I was really hoping she could make right by the situation. She instantly said she would reach out and see if she could squeeze us in on Tuesday. After quite a bit of back-and-forth and frustration on my part I received this. (Photo) To say I'm disappointed is an understatement. I even addressed my concern that some of their five star reviews and reviews in general had now disappeared and I was worried. I expressed to her that I was a business owner as well and if they made right by the situation and honored their work and the job done I would write a positive review to help. Nothing mattered and now I'm left spending more money with a broken fridge from a business that advertises fixing things entirely not temporarily for 40 days. I would beware of this business and if you can find another company with higher reviews and better customer service I suggest reading others experiences and not working with them. I will be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau and doing everything I can to warn future customers to not have the terrible experience I did read more

Ace Appliances Repair - Appliances & Repair Near Me

Ace Appliance Repair is the greatest. Our dryer was making a loud banging noise. I called Ace Appliances Repair and they had a technician out within 3 hours. I thought the dryer would need to be replaced since it was over 12 years old, but the problem was with the rollers, which the technician replaced. So instead of having to spend $$$ on a new dryer, we paid a LOT LESS for the maintenance call and now the dryer is working perfectly? We even received a 1-year warranty on the repair work. I am perfectly satisfied. read more

Our washer and dryer had issues on two separate occasions this last week, and we called Ace Appliances Repair to see if they could help. Christine scheduled an emergency appointment the same day for our washer which would not drain, and Artur promptly showed up and fixed the issue. He was meticulous, patient, and kind; answered all of our questions. When our dryer stopped working the same night, we called and he promptly showed up the following day to take a look. Upon his diagnosis, he told us about the part that was needed and that he would come back the following day if the part was available. He did exactly that, and made this stressful situation very easy and smooth-sailing. I would highly recommend Ace Appliances Repair. Both Christine and Artur are fantastic and we couldn't be happier with their service, hospitality, and their fair prices. read more

I'm glad I called this company for my refrigerator repair. They were able to check my fridge on a Sunday for only $40. Arthur was here on time and he quickly checked my fridge and told me what was wrong. Fortunately I later found out my fridge was still under warranty and LG will fix it at no cost but I will definitely call Ace again for future appliance repairs. They were quick to respond to help me. read more

I needed a new compressor for my 6 year old LG refrigerator. Arthur came and diagnosed the issue and would check whether this still might be covered under warranty. Kristine contacted LG the next morning and it was covered. As soon as they had the compressor, Arthur came out to install. He was very meticulous and thorough. I had to pay for labor but I am very happy with the work. Thank you Arthur and Kristine. read more

Ace Appliances Repair - Compressor for LG - Appliances & Repair Near Me

Worst Appliance repair company ever. Do not waste your time and money like I did. They may respond and show up fast but that is the only good thing about them. When they got here this ride old man came in and diagnosed my fridge saying he needs to order 2 parts for it to be fixed. I asked them how long it would take to come and he said they need to order it probably within a week. I paid the man and said that works. A week goes by and I don't hear from them so I message them and they tell me that the parts are not available right now and I'm going to have to wait a whole month and a half just to get the parts.. This is absolutely ridiculous and unprofessional. I called another company and they had the parts within 2 days. Waste of my time and money. read more
