I saw their add in the local Home Concepts magazine and they sound like they will be reasonable and match lower bids. This couldn't be further than the truth. I had three bids and they were by far the highest. I sent Jonathan the quote from a competitor and all he said (after guessing what company) was my boss hates those guys. Never heard back from them and didn't expect to. Their quote had a charge for every little aspect of the job. Nothing bundled, including charge for delivery, waste haul away, every little thing you could dream of! It was 95% higher than one quote and 80% higher than the second quote. Very stressful experience. The crew showed up on the day stated. I came out to greet them and a phone was provided and held at eye level and I was able to read my name and address, No one spoke English. I gathered the men were there to remove the existing curbing around the grass area in my back yard that was to be replaced with artificial turf. I also did understand that the project director would arrived soon. He arrived about 45 minutes later. The wrong rock was delivered along with two good size boulders that I did not order. When the correct rock was delivered and spread in the back area I realized that there was no rock left for several areas in my front yard that needed rock. I suggested that the excess rock put in the dog kennel be removed to the front yard along with the rock behind a storage building located in the backyard. The wrong rock that been delivered was then move to the two areas in the back yard. They forgot to cap the valve for the sprinkler system for the grass area in the backyard. If I had not called the project manager and informed him of the open sprinkler water line there was potential for a disaster.The job is finally done. They are overcharged me and took months to get materials and they found a route of a tree underneath were they were going to put my grass so they charged me $800 to take the route out and fill it in with dirt well after they put the grass in and it started to rain, I now have The grass going down in one spot where they did not put enough dirt and it's big enough to make a big difference. We had artificial turf installed in March after receiving a competitive quote, plus the turnaround time was quick and we were happy to get it installed within about one week. At the time of installation we were told that because we have windows above the turf we should consider sunscreens in the future because over time the heat from the windows can burn the turf. The project manager made it seem like this was something to consider, but did not stress that it was urgent. About 7-8 weeks later we noticed waves in the turf in one area, where some grass appeared taller and some shorter. We called to have someone come inspect it and they sent a person from the quality team. He said it did not appear to be related to heat, which makes sense because at that point in the spring it had not gotten that hot, by Arizona standards, plus it had been less than 2 months since the installation. We were told then a team would be out to do maintenance (power broom, add sand, etc.). We were also given a quote on the spot for sunscreens, which we want to add in the near future. Grass Masters never scheduled to have the team come out for service, and my wife had to call to set something up. About a week later the team came to do maintenance on the wavy areas and they concluded it was due to heat off of our windows, and there was nothing that could be done. This was despite what the quality inspector said, that the damage was not consistent with burning. At this point there seems to be no resolution. Stand by your product and workmanship, Artificial Grass Masters. If it can't hold up for 8 weeks in the Arizona spring you need to offer better products. We even bought one of the more expensive, higher quality (allegedly) turfs. Unrelated to the damaged turf, I also want to add that the project/sales manager was extremely pushy. Once we got a quote on sunscreens my wife received a text message telling us that they had received a work order to start building them. We never had any correspondence confirming we wanted to buy anything, we simply received a quote. My wife communicated this back to the project manager, but the next week a worker showed up at our house with said work order to measure the windows. I told him at no point did we confirm verbally or in writing that we wanted to buy the sunscreens and he left. This company has left us disappointed. read more

We actually had an AGM rep come out again to see if they could put screens on our sliding glass doors to protect the grass from burning, but they couldn't because of the way the 3 door panels nest together when open. I have problem with grass they installed few years ago so i call them and without two days they send guy to evaluate my warranty complain. The guy said its manufacturing defect and took a lot of pictures and said they will stand by their warranty but i will have to pay for tear out and installation which i agree and ask him to e-mail an estimate. After two weeks and no respond i call again and was told the guy is on another phone call and will call me right back - did not happen so i called next day and receptionist transfer me right away to voicemail and no respond again. We scheduled our job in May and only part of it is done. We have had excuse after excuse. Apparently all of their equipment was stolen keeping them from delivering cinder blocks to build a wall. But after reading some of these 1 star reviews, I am starting to realize it's just bs. Before having our job scheduled, we had to call multiple times to get scheduled and it was always an excuse. Someone died, someone was sick, sent to vm etc. We had the wrong pavers delivered and had to contact them to get the pavers corrected. They sent one crew out to start the demo of our side yard on a Thursday and then a new crew randomly showed up on a Saturday asking us what the plan was. The crew should know what the plan is, as the company should have given them this information. The crew overall was amazing, but they were missing sand for the pavers, cinder blocks for a small barrier wall, and we were told that the pet pro grass that was installed would have a special type of sand added to absorb pet messes. Since the crew didn't have any of this material, they added sand into the turf. Not their fault because they were doing their best to get the job done. This is on the company for not ensuring every correct material was delivered. We have had their dumpster sitting in front of our house for two weeks now. Last week we were told that it would be picked up on Thursday or Friday. It's now Tuesday of the next week. We are STILL waiting for the rest of the project to be finished and we have told them of an HOA deadline of 5/31, which has long passed. The only good thing about the company is the crew and our sales person Kevin. Everyone else just feeds you bs. We are still waiting for the job to be done and are clueless as to what's going to happen next. No one has reached out to give us any type of update. The backyard now looks like a resort. A lush green oasis in our desert. The grass is soft, our dogs love it and did I mention it looks great?! The team was easy to work with and very clean. We love it so much we are going to add more- using Artificial Grass Masters! The only reason they did not get a 5 was project was 2 reasons: 1) we got a notice from our HOA due to materials being delivered on Tuesday for a job Friday and it took them 4 days to pick up the excess dirt from our street. Communication about the timing would have been appreciated to avoid the HOA issue. 2) Job was bumped from a Friday to Saturday- so we had to wait around all day on an unplanned Saturday. Had a new putting green installed and repair work after a pool install. the repair work look s100% better than the original landscapers only a year ago. the putting green was down extremely nice, well detailed and not a rush job even though the temps were 112. This was not my first artificial turf install, but it was my best. I interviewed 4 installers and Arterial grass Masters were the best equipped and best run , as well as on the lower side of bids. They are a former millitary owned business, provide a discount to former military folks, and deliver what they promise. Best contracting job I has seen in Arizona after 25 years. My entire process through AGM was outstanding The only drawback was I had to wait for almost a month for the initial appointment because they are so busy. But from then on it was smooth sailing. I have been really impressed with this company so far. The receptionist was very helpful and Randy, my project manager, was extremely professional and gracious from start to finish. The man works all the time and is true to his word! The only reason I didn't give this 5 stars is that the demo crew left a lot of debris on my patio (in addition to a broken flower pot) and there was a communication issue regarding install date. 6 weeks to install. they left the grass roll out in the middle summer (july) for two weeks on my curb. The grass was damaged at install. I told the company on day one it was and wanted it repaired/ replaced. we also had to call everyday for the three weeks after install, as they left a huge piles of debris and product in front of my home, causing me to get violation letters from my HOA . It is now 4 months later, and after many calls, emails and two visits, the owner has the audacity to blame me as the owner, saying the damage was due to a window. we have absolutely NO WINDOWS hitting the area in question. They will sell you on the fact that they are a reputable company and have warranties, but none of this appears to be valid. very dissatisfied with the service, outcome and the way I was treated. This company has the worst customer service ever. Over two weeks after the turf was installed the excess materials used for the install remain out in my front yard and in the street. I have called them repeatedly to come and remove the mountain of crushed rock they left and have had no luck. They say it should have been picked up by the supplier they used...as if that is my problem. After over a week of calls they gave me a day they would come and remove the debris. Each time they didn't show up and had some lame excuse. The sales rep I went thru has been of no help either. I do not recommend this company! read more

We used this company for turf in my backyard. They worked very quickly and had a crew that knew what they were doing. We did have some issues with the real grass coming up through the turf but we called and as professionals they came and fixed it. I would give them 5 stars if the installation went flawlessly but like I said we had a few hiccups. Overall they were all easy to work with from the installers all they way to the owners. Thank you for supporting the military. I try to only do business with companies that are pro military. am not the customer My mother is, she has had materials and a large roll off outside her house since about the 17th of May. The job was supposed to be done by the 24th. They told her EVERYONE was sick so they pushed the job back. Fast forward to Thursday the the 3rd they finally show up and remove her old boarder, grass and laid down the sand and gravel. Her AC died that same day she had an ac tech come out on Friday and expected the turf works to show up as well, but they didn't and didn't call or anything to let her know when they would be back. She sat there waiting for them to show up for no reason. THE AC PEOPLE INSTALLED THE NEW UNIT YESTERDAY MONDAY THE 7TH. As of today my mom has called and texted the sales rep who keeps saying "they can't get in touch with they're installers." I have called and spoken to the office and all I get is a sorry we will send it off and yet we still have had no word on when we can expect to see them again. It's one thing to be busy and have delays but when literally you start the job and everything's there and you don't come back or mention when you will be back, it shows how shitty your customer service is. The only reason she went with this place is because my father in law recommended it and they appeared to have a better product than the competitors that wanted to charge her 2 to 3 grand more. At this point I'm mad we didn't go with them because even though we got this "super good deal" the customer service has been watered down generic bs and the job doesn't seem to be getting done anytime soon. Week 3 of waiting for these people to show up and finish their job. DO NOT RECOMMEND. We we not notified on the days they were not coming so my husband missed work for no reason. The supervisor only came the first day. Workers only spoke Spanish. Our gate to the backyard was blocked for 8 days with their dumpster. They didn't provide enough barrier cloth so we have grass growing up through the new rock all around the artificial grass. We just hired this company to provide and install artificial grass and screens for our office. As a service company owner I have high expectations of service and communication and I was not disappointed. They showed up for the estimate on time had the estimate over to us the same day. We scheduled and gave the deposit the next day. The project was scheduled a few days later and they started with the screens so the sun wouldn't hit the glass and melt my new grass. This week they installed the grass and they did a great job. Their crews worked the whole time, cleaned up after themselves and were courteous and in uniform. update: The screen portion of the project was a joke. After spending $5,000.00 to have the screens made, they put them on the windows with glued velcro strips. The glue comes off and my custom screens that I hired a licensed professional to make fall off of the windows. We asked their supervisor to look at the situation so we can wash our windows and stop the screens from coming off. He did come out, and advised us that they would charge us an additional $5,000.00 to redo the screens. read more
