Finally found the perfect cross training program to strengthen my core, improve my balance and…read morelengthen muscles to prevent injuries and improve my fitness. I've tried the "blue light" competitor studios around the Reston/Ashburn area, I've tried the boot camp classes and cross fit.. but I felt that none gave me the options to tailor my training based on how I felt physically that day or week and none gave me the ability to control my own pace to achieve my personal fitness goals and stay motivated. In May 2019.. I found Club Pilates Sterling and I have been addicted ever since! The variety and skill levels of classes available are amazing. If you are a runner or any type of athlete - you NEED to add this to your training! If you're coming back from an injury or just getting started on a fitness program- this is definitely the right place! If you're looking for cardio or interval training - it's fantastic here too! And of all the places I have tried - nothing beats the expertise, genuine interest and support that these instructors provide. As an additional note - when COVID hit... the studio was proactive to reach out and find out what members wanted and the instructors quickly rolled out virtual classes which not only helped me keep off the COVID "15" but saved my emotional sanity as well. As of the date of this review (June 23) - the studio is back open!! with multiple layers of procedures and protections in place to protect everyone. And the class size is only 12 people. I tried my first "in studio" class post isolation last night and felt very comfortable and have already booked my next classes tomorrow and this weekend! I still plan to continue virtual classes on the days that I work from home. Again.. the key takeaway with this studio is you have options! Find what works for your body and soon you'll be addicted too.

Terrible service and rude to customers, definitely wouldn't go here, better options in the area.read more

Obsessed doesn't even begin to cover it. Solidcore is my happy place, and my favorite instructors…read moreare Diana, Shaye and Kendra. And their playlists? Literal fire. If the music slaps, the workout is so much better. Every class leaves me sore in the best way, feeling like a total boss, and already plotting my next visit. I'm almost at 50 classes and it doesn't get easier. I'm always pushing myself to amplify, and let me tell you -- it makes it easier if you strength train, but it's still hard AF when you actually have to slow down and have mind muscle connection. Classes do fill up pretty quickly so you have to get it in there to schedule as soon as they open up. Try it for a great workout or an addition to your weekly rotation. Solidcore, you've got me hooked -- and my glutes are thanking you.

The class was at 8:15pm on a Friday; we did the Signature50: Full Body, which I believe was a more advanced class. Although it was a good workout, it was hard. The instructor was nice and guided people as needed. The music was great and on point, but we couldn't hear her over the loud music. Also, she had us move to the middle reformer machines, I would have felt more comfortable at the end. This is truly a great workout and targets muscles with smaller movements that compound workouts miss. Upon signing up for the class, an email and text message are sent with information, including the code to enter. They also mention that there are charges if canceling or no-showing. They have solidcore merchandise available for purchase with the card on file. They also provide items such as hair ties, bobby pins, hear buds (if the music is too loud), etc. The customer service is average, there was one person at the front and she wasn't very engaging. The business is located on the lower level of a larger building. There is free parking in front of and around the business. There is also a parking garage with some free parking (check the signs!). Would I return? absolutely.
