I had a very short window for a pedi, and I was seated right away, received an excellent pedi with a long foot and calf lotion massage, and very pleasant service from the provider. The place is very clean and calm; I really appreciate that during personal care. I wanted to go on Tuesday, but they're closed on Tuesday. Wednesday worked fine though. Well I came into town to visit my grandma and decided to try this place because it was close to home. We got in same day appointment time we wished and had excellent service! We both got hands done I got a full set and her a manicure. It was clean nice cool with AC for hot day and great communication! I came in without a reservation. I know i know. They hate that and i hate to do it, but it was a last minute decision. However, regardless of the never ending traffic of "regulars" (all with appointments, I'm sure) they still accepted my husband and i for our last minute pedicures. They did a great job and i am EXTREMELY pleased! I finally found a new nail salon! Score! Side note: i really wanted a flower for my pedicure but i didn't have the heart to ask for one with them being so busy and they didn't suggest or recommend one so......no flower for me today. read more

Jenny was amazing. I had my nails done white by a different tech and they turned a funny color. When I came in for the correction, Jenny explained to me that certain cleaners can change the color of white gel polish. Not only did she redo my nails, but she did a fantastic job on them and would not even accept a tip. In addition to this, I overheard a conversation where a customer was being very difficult about choosing nail colors. Instead of being frustrated by this woman's indecision, the nail tech walked her through so many color options, discussed the dress color she would be wearing for a wedding, and in the end, he mixed two colors and created some thing she loved. I had such a bad experience here that i created a YELP account to write a review. Me and my mom went there just before Christmas. Part of my present to my mom would be a manicure and pedicure. Well when we were getting the pedicures done the lady working on me just stopped half way through and started doing a pedicure on someone else, ummm ok? after a while of me sitting there awkwardly i had to ask them who was going to finish my pedicure and the lady who was working on me had to beg the person doing my mom's pedicure to finish mine too. THEN, my mom went to get her manicure done and comes back with gel nails. my mom has never had gel nails before and the lady didn't explain at all of how to get them off or anything. THEN, not even two days later half of my mom's gel manicure peels off in the middle of the Christmas Eve party, the polish just starts peeling off. Five fingers of gel polish peels off. After Christmas i call the salon and explain to them what happened, asking for a refund or a partial refund. I told them i could send them a picture of my mom's "manicure" because there had been a snow storm and didn't want to drive in it. They asked me who did the manicure and i told them i didn't know, i just had the receipt, then they insisted that i come in. Well, i drive all the way across town to talk to them. Right away when i got there the person was so rude to me. asking, again, who did the manicure, i didn't know. They wanted my mom there in person to see her nails and i told them that she was working and couldn't come in and i showed them the photo i had taken of my mom's busted manicure. They did offer for my mom to come in and they could redo the manicure but i told them that my mom was leaving for Vegas the next day and didn't have time to come in. My mom wanted a refund so that she could get her nails done somewhere else because who would want to come back to a place that messed up a gel polish so bad. Then the lady started screaming at me, insisting that they dont do refunds. she just kept on screaming "i understand" but obviously she didn't understand and wasn't seeing my point of view. She was screaming at me so loud that all the customers in the place were staring and wondering what was going on. i finally got so mad that i walked out and told them that i was going to write a bad review on them and she said "FINE." Well... this is the bad review. For something that should've been a nice experience, me coming into town and getting a pedicure with my mom and treating her to a mani and pedi, it sure turned out bad due to this salon. Anyway, i would never recommend this place be visited for your nail needs. read more

Prices are not posted. I went for mani pedi. Had appointment. I was not asked what services I wanted, manicurist didn't speak any English, she just starts services. I was there for 2 1/2 hours got gel polish no tips or nails and it cost $106.00! Was shocked at checkout! read more

I went to the nail spa that just opened on Paseo because I had a gift certificate, but they were booked and I didn't want to wait. So I went to Art Nails and was able to get a pedicure immediately. I've been here several times. The spa is nice and clean and they line the bowls with a plastic cover- which is in my book. Yen did my pedicure. She was friendly. She took her time and was meticulous. I was very satisfied with the outcome. I've never had a bad pedicure here. read more
