Besides being precise and thorough, Bob is very organized and has solid time awareness and management. I respect how he runs his business and I've consistently been pleased with the work that they've both done on my nails. Bob's sister also assists them with her personal clientele on the weekend; she's wonderful! Bob is fun to chat with and does his best to meet everyone's needs with availability. I went in for a pedicure with Mary who was recommended by a friend. She did a great job and was a very pleasant person. The price for the pedicure was in line with other nail salons. The salon was very clean and they sanitized between clients. It's not a huge place and there was only one other nail tech when I was there so I would call to make an appointment just to make sure you can get in. I liked it and will go back! read more

Our go to place! Bob and Mary are the best - great customer service, foot care, best nail art (Mary's flowers make me swoon!), kind, professional, smart and funny. We three friends try to go once a month and it's our catch up time for all the good, bad, triumphant, ugly stuff of life and Bob and Mary not only feel like part of the tribe but keep it easy and breezy and our toes looking snazzy. They hear all our secrets, and though we don't all agree on the political side of things, we're able to share opinions, listen and maybe even understand one another a little better for the exchange. Bob did my nails 4 days ago. It was a fantastic visit. I did my research before going in and knew what I wanted. But I wanted his opinion. So we discussed which ones to get abs agreed on the set I had already decided on. While doing my nails, he had a great sense of humor, was kind, knowledgeable, and he didn't tear up my cuticles (all Idris I've had before). I wish I could give him more than 5 stars. If Bob does your service it will be AWESOME however if he is not available do not go. I just had my first gel manicure there by someone else and after I left I discovered that some of my nails are not straight and they are all weaker than right after I had my acrylics removed. One of the nails also has a lump in the polish. Like I said BOB IS AWESOME otherwise buyer beware. read more

Horrible customer service! I would not recommend this place to anyone! Wanted to get a mother and daughter pedicure and they told us 20 minutes wait. We were completely fine waiting for 20 minutes but almost an hour later they started to "soak" our feet and moved on to other customers. After waiting for another 20 minutes soaking our feet, the jets broke and still no pedicure or even acknowledgement that we were there. My daughter and I finally left after wasting an hour and half of our mother daughter date. Will never go here again and I highly recommend these people get a clue on how long the wait time really is! I had to go back to that nail Salon 4 times for it to be decent looking The will repair it for free for you but their quality was poor i got acrylics and after One months my nails started to fall off and break . I've gotten my nails done by a very good business before and their acrylics lasted for 4 months rather then these lasting for One month I came In 4 times for it to be okey looking they didn't even make my nails look even . DO NOT DO ANY BUSINESS WITH THIS ESTABLISHMENT!!! I would give negative stars if it were possible. I am spending my evening removing the atrocious work that was performed by one of Bob's technicians tonight and then cut up by Bob (the owner) himself. The lady greeted me and as I showed her pictures of what I wanted done she nodded her head and said "Yes, yes." Apparently, she meant no, no. After putting nails on me she could not get the correct color or design. Bob said the only way to fix at this point was to add acrylic powder which would be a $25 up charge. I was not about to be up charged for what can be done properly the first time at other salons. Bob told me I could not leave with the nails on. I told him fine and to remove them as I would simply be going to a different salon to have the work done. He wanted to charge me $10 to remove the nails he asked to be removed. I told him no so he took out fingernail clippers and hacked up the ends; being rough, cracking the nails all the way through to my own, and offering the poorest version of customer service I have ever had the misfortune of personally encountering. I will use T & Y (on Montgomery) to fix the problems that Bob created. The fantasy here is that they can do nails or offer customer service. read more

Well it started out okay with "Bob" asking me to pick a color. I said sure if you will give me the gel colors I will pick one. That seemed to bug him. Then I tried to tell the girl she cant leave my fingers wrapped for long periods because it burns my skin, she said okay. Then she left it on and they started burning. I told "Bob" I didnt think she understood and he was so rude. He started pulling off the foils and scraping the gel with his own nail which was weird. He then said if it burns how do they get the gel off before, I said they don't leave it wrapped a long time just enough time, he says um yeah okay. As if I was lying. Very snotty guy. I used to go to fantasy nails a long time ago and loved the experience. I happened to be in the area so I thought I would give them another go. They are clearly under new ownership or management, which is fine. However, as I was sitting in the pedicure chair I asked for a manicure as well, and the gentlemen said they would not have time to do both (it was 4 pm on a Saturday and they don't close for a few more hours), I was already in the chair so I just said okay. The lady doing my nails filed so low that it hurt and irritated my skin. Then, while working on me two ladies walked in and asked for a manicure and pedicure. They somehow had time to take them in! The lady finished my feet and asked if I wanted my hands done and the gentleman jumped right in and told her not to do my hands!?! Apparently my money wasn't good enough for them.
