Barely the boat had major issues was actually in danger of sinking thank good Scott fixed all the bilge pumps and checked everything but there's some issues. They're just too much like a pitted rusted after cooler that eventually linked frozen seacock was never serviced with my fault for not checking service records. If ever buy an old boat make sure those service records are complete. Make sure they change that impellers and the bolts have all been lubricated especially seacock. The saltwater flushing for those engines and if it gets stuck in there the engine could get ruined quickly. This place had a lot of parts and it didn't they'd find it for you. They were very expensive but basically it comes to this : unless your a multi. Multi-millionaire not just a millionaire a multi-millionaire don't buy a boat unless you can fix everything yourself because a million bucks isn't going to save you

I have been going to Reynolds Subaru for years, so this is not a one-shot visit and review. I also…read morehave two Subaru dealerships closer to where I live. If you are already using another Subaru dealer or you are considering another car (They sell boats too) then it is worth your while to check them out. First of all, the dealership is family-run. Not to sound corny, but I feel like a family member when I walk in. Lol. Everyone I've encountered has treated me with friendliness, respect and professionalism (Ok, there is a bit of humor thrown in too). The car processes have gone smoothly and they have always been under the prices of the other dealers. The service dept has always tried to accommodate my needs. One time I was worried about a short hesitation while driving, and when I called, they told me to come right down to make sure the car was safe to continue driving it. Bobbi has been my salesperson. She has an upbeat, amazing personality. She cares about the sale, but takes the time to get to know who you are and what your needs are. Watch out for her dry sense of humor. Ask her for a good recipe too. Lastly, if you need a quick vacation, the property has a beautiful water view that you can see from the deck-yes, I said deck. You can sit on the deck, along the water or inside-where the treats are. Overall, it's a beautiful environment. I forgot- If you refer someone, you get a nice check in the mail to use for future use. Have to go because my car is ready!

They were very transparent about what was actually needed vs. what would be easier to DIY. Overall, pretty good experience with the service department. Now, for the not so great. The body shop. The quoting was vague, obscenely overmarked, and they were unwilling to even try to work something out for both parties. They didn't want to take the job from the start, but instead of being professionals and simply saying they only really work on insurance claims; they decided to fabricate a bs quote. Don't take your car here if you want body work done, but they are still relatively good for general repair/maintenance.

VERY NEGATIVE EXPERIENCE…read more I walked in told John the vehicle I was interested in. The first item he wanted was my registration to my car I was trading in. Then he gives me the keys to the car I planned on buying and said you can look at it but you cant drive it! They stated the trade was low because of the interior. The interior had a missing leather piece from the gear box. My seats were fine and they stated all of my interior was in poor condition. John didn't even let me drive the car I was interested in. He was more concerned with gathering my personal information. I should have stopped him and walked out but I didn't. John only concentrated on the negative and not being positive about the car buying process. The employees at the showroom not very friendly, no one said Good Morning. Lastly, while leaving trying to make a cup of coffee - Keurig - and it wasn't working. There was another customer helping me, still wasn't working. The receptionist just staring out the window. I just could not wait to leave that place and annoyed at myself for not just walking out. Buyer beware!

We verbally confirmed our order over the phone. The car was transported from Michigan to Connecticut in 5 days. Came down there to test drive it one weekend. Confirmed that we indeed wanted it. She even invited us to their upcoming hoedown and shared information about the live entertainment they host throughout the summer.
