Took it to Toyota last week for a routine service and told them we heard a funny noise coming from the car as we were driving. After examing the car, they had a diagnosis: we needed four new tires (approx $950) and a COMPLETE replacement of the ENTIRE exhaust system, as a pipe was somehow bent and impairing something else. That added up to another $2,300. We asked around, and from the high recommendations we received for Hammonasset Service Station, we took it there. Rich looked at the car right away. While reviewing my cars test result, we stood in the shop with my car on the service lift as Don, the service manager went over all the aspects of the diagnosis. That level of service is unheard of. Once we finished the review, I was looking forward to them servicing my car. I left my car with them at that time.
