Unfortunately while buying my car my wife's own car had an issue and the battery died in the parking lot. Meanwhile my two year old son was not in the best of spirits either. They even stopped what they were doing to try and fix my wife's car and did not leave the dealership until they confirmed we were all set. From the moment we arrived -- and throughout the following weeks -- he was patient, helpful, and incredibly easy to work with. Bert was warm, professional, and never pushy, which made the entire process feel comfortable and low-stress. We had to stop by after my workdays with our baby, and we were always welcomed without hesitation. That level of flexibility and kindness really stood out to us. He took the time to answer all of our questions and was always quick to follow up if he needed to track down additional information. We visited a some other dealerships during our search, and many of them tried to add aftermarket parts, extra fees, or showed us cars that didn't feel trustworthy. In contrast, Bert and the team at Modern Mazda made us feel confident and at ease every step of the way. At one point, my husband stopped in without an appointment, and Bert made time for him right away. When it came time to pick up the car, we were running behind, but Bert and his sales manager were accommodating and made sure everything went smoothly. We love our CX-9 and truly appreciate the straightforward, no-pressure experience. We'll definitely be returning to Modern Mazda for future maintenance and highly recommend asking for Bert if you're in the market for a car.

I had a truly horrific experience with Modern Mazda. A few months after purchasing the vehicle we…read moreimmediately had issues with rodent damage. The car was seen and the technicians insisted they didn't see how rodents were entering the vehicle and sent me off. Not too much later I had another occurrence where they chewed up the interior of the car and we returned and filed a claim. Once the part came in we brought the car in to be fixed where they finally found the place of entry for the mice but it was too late, the entire underside of the backseat and all the wiring was chewed up and destroyed. This turned into a month+ long project. My car was in the shop for 25 days before we were ever offered a loaner vehicle. I received mixed messages regularly regarding the status of the job and was told multiple times the car was ready for pickup just to be delayed another week, then another week. When we did receive the car back it was in HORRIBLE shape. It was left stained inside and out, with missing pieces and an ill fitting gasket. Where's the oversight of quality of work being put out? The same day we picked up the car, we had to return it so they could fix the poorly finished job. Once I picked up the car yet again, I took it home to realize pieces of the seatbelt were missing. Again, WHERES THE OVERSIGHT? Not to mention they had cut or snapped the car seat covers I had personally purchased for this vehicle. When I brought the car back for the fourth or fifth time, they couldn't fix the seatbelt issue and asked me to come back AGAIN in another few days. The manager was present when I returned, but walked away, no apology or acknowledgement of the shortcomings of his business. My experience was so horrific I ended up selling the car altogether. I wish I had listened to my friends who also had a poor experience here. Please head this warning.

I parted ways with them and was introduced to an Auto dealer Through Facebook Market place, who was just one of many places who carried Automotive Edge in the cars and trucks they sold. I called Automotive Edge and was introduced to a man named Jon Marshall. After talking with Jon, And inspecting the awesome Truck we had been looking at, no hard sale, no intrusive approach, My wife and I asked If we could take a test drive, Jon Copied our licenses, and we were on the road! When we came back, we went into thee office and said "WE'RE SOLD" THE TRUCK IS A BEAUTY, it only has 65,400 miles on it, No rust AT ALL!!!, I saw the truck of my dreams, and it was $19,500. I felt that truck is worth every penny they were asking. The truck is so solid, I felt no need to barter with Jon, and most important no pressure The salesman walked me into thee office and went over very detail, I bought a 2 year extended warranty which I had purchased through Edge, and I even came out of the deal under my budget of $23,600 and I WAS HAPPY, AND MY WIFE IS HAPPY. I never left a dealership after purchasing a truck wanting to buy another. If I could give less stars I would. I have been a loyal Customer for the past 13 years, I have…read morereferred so many friends and family to this place and I am sorry for all of that. The sale side is absolutely amazing, the service side is completely horrendous. I get a new car every 2-3 years, I ended up with a trail blazer which I loved, 45 days into it there was a leak, it destroyed some of my electrical. They fixed everything no problem told me they couldn't find the leak. Over the past two years I have had issues with water coming in, I have sent videos, spoke to techs. They didn't find anything. Fast forward to this past week, my car wouldn't start, I called got transferred 3x had to re-explain everything 3 times. By the time the third transfer I was annoyed, probably a little rude cause why can't you all communicate amongst each other instead of me repeating myself multiple times with each transfer. I towed the car in, they told me they were booked for weeks, I finally called today to which they told me my warranty will no longer cover this because it's weatherstripping on my sunroof is what they found the issue to be. Which if that was the case, the weatherstripping was the cause three years ago on a brand new vehicle and should've been replaced then.. it's 1600 bucks The part that really pisses me off when I went to pick up my car today, I did not let them do the work cause I'm not paying for it out-of-pocket. My service ticket has none of the issues that I had spoken about.. it said customer says battery is dead.. (no , I never said that, I was very clear and concise) I did tell them I disconnected the battery to try and reset the computer system, and I dropped the nut to the battery which did need to be replaced and I would pay for. Today's call said oh we found part of the problem, the nut was missing off the battery/. NO, I literally told 2 techs and one supervisor about the nut on the battery. Last year, my father, who has also been a loyal customer with them who was told to bring his car in for service and it would only take a couple hours, and it ended up taking a week because guess what they never even looked at it until he actually called pissed off asking for his car back. Avoid getting any work done on your car from this place at all cost.
