Back Savers showed up with so many movers I almost lost count. 6 or 7 of the most clean cut, uniform wearing gentleman. They got to work right away helping me finish wrapping up odds and ends. I opted to provide the boxes and supplies needed for the move but I noticed that they did have extra supplies to wrap the couches etc. We are having to get the crew to come back out again tomorrow because I needed more storage. If I did have the extra storage space today they could have easily finished up today. These people are serious about getting the job done. I recently hired Top Dog for a move -- and it turned out to be the worst decision I've made all year. During the move, one of the movers entered my private bathroom without asking permission. He remained in there for several minutes, during which I was still being charged for his time. This was not only unprofessional but also a clear violation of boundaries. When I called the company to address the matter, the response was dismissive and unprofessional. The representative told me he "didn't see a problem" and compared the situation to letting a mover use his own bathroom. I explained that my bathroom had been professionally cleaned the day before -- and I had not even used it myself yet. I requested they arrange for it to be cleaned again, but my concern was brushed off. I was told they would "call back after speaking with the worker," but I never received any follow-up. No apology. No offer of resolution. No discount. Nothing. This company demonstrated a complete lack of respect for its customers and their property. Based on my experience, I strongly advise avoiding Top Dog for any moving needs.

Did my freshly painted wall and ceiling get a little scuffed up? Yes, but something is always going to get a little banged up during a move, that's just reality. I had originally reached out to a few different local moving companies and didn't even hear back from half of them or couldn't get anyone to answer the phone. Atlanta Home Movers was so fast to provide a quote and also follow up. Other companies estimated 7-9 hours for my move but these guys hustled the entire time and finished in a fraction of that time. Despite my house having many stairs leading up to it and also inside, they never once complained and had such a positive, fun attitude for the entire day. My husband was traveling so it was just myself and my 10 month old baby - so a day that I was dreading actually turned out to be the smoothest, most stress-free experience ever!
