Great coffee and friendly service. I got a large iced vanilla latte. The barista warned me it came with 6 shots and they could adjust as needed, which I appreciated. The interior itself was small interior with limited seating and didn't seem like a place you'd park with a laptop for an extended period of time. Highly recommend as a local. This place is the best coffee shop in Pittsboro right now. I have been getting coffee here for years- regularly for about a year. They have a delicious dirty chai latte, but everything you get here is great, including their baked goods! They have a punch card, and an online ordering system, so if you don't have a few minutes to wait on your drink you can order ahead. After you get 11 punches you get a free drink. Wonderful staff here, everyone who has ever served me has been incredibly kind and professional! I go here about once a month and I love it! The coffee is great, but some times are better than others. I don't feel that they are consistent with either how they prepare the coffee or the beans. I feel that sometimes they are roasted for too long or the espresso is left for too long because it tastes burnt sometimes. However, other times it is perfect!! I love their punch card system and I just know that going there will be a gamble but most times, the coffee is great! read more

I was on my way to the nearby area near this coffee house when I spotted lots of cars out front near the establishment. I always know that's a good sign when you see lots of traffic in front of a business and it was about 9:30 in the morning. There were several people waiting for their drink order and there were two staff members up front taking orders. We ordered lattes and scones and sat outside and enjoyed both of these delicious items. The latte was hot and creamy just the way I like it not too sweet not too unsweet. Scones had blueberries in them and was warmed up and it was light and flaky and cooked to perfection. It was a little hot outside that day but we sat outside a table underneath an umbrella so it was an enjoyable morning having our coffee. There was fun seating inside too and people on laptops enjoying their brew. read more

What an amazing surprise Aromatic Roasters turned out to be! I've driven past several times when I was in town, and never realized that they had a storefront as well as the roasting operation. A neighbor suggested I give them a try last week, so I popped in this morning. And now I'm hooked! First of all, the parking lot was packed in a Sunday morning, which is always a sign of a thriving coffee shop. The outside seating area was occupied exclusively by patrons and their canine companions, which was basically cuteness overload. Everyone was enjoying the beautiful day and peacefully coexisting. I was equally delighted inside the shop. Lots of delicious coffee options as well as pastries. The blueberry muffins were so fresh! I loved the chocolate chip muffin as well. Nice atmosphere inside, and it looked like a great place to get some work done. No dogs inside, though, so the outdoor scenery was where we enjoyed our breakfast. METHOD - Natural THE CUP - Tart with almond and cocoa flavor. I bought my first bag at the Chatham Marketplace in Pittsboro, NC. Later in the week I went to the roaster and cafe across the state because I enjoyed using their beans so much for my pour over coffee. I bought their 8 oz of their Tanzania and 8 oz Costa Rica roast that I look forward to trying now that I've almost brewed through the original 8oz of Brazil beans. read more

If you eat them together it's like Christmas in your mouth. Their online ordering is really simple and they'll send you text alerts when your order is ready. They'll bring coffee to your car. This is a gem in Pittsboro and a great addition to the town. The staff is outstanding, online ordering is a breeze, but best of all, the drink options are fantastic. They've done a tremendous job growing their business amidst a pandemic, and are the best coffee shop anywhere south of Chapel Hill by a long shot. It's easy to get in and out as well, as they are right off of 15-501 and have a massive parking lot. We've tried everything from basic drip coffee to pour overs, hot chocolate, mochas, and even their iced teas. The assortment is vast and everything has that high-end coffee shop flavor, but without the high-end price. Really thankful to have a coffee shop like this and we highly recommend them. read more

Great tasting cold brew with a large variety of flavors. Hubby's favorite is the cold brew with white mocha and pistachio. My favorite is their green ice tea - it is perfect! Tastes just right- not too weak; not too strong (bitter). Have also seen them make wonderful looking blended drinks that we'll have to try soon. Fantastic coffee, absolutely the best around. Very knowledgeable staff, they clearly care about their craft. They are always teaching me a little something new. I can't say I love all the coffees they have on drip but the lattes and espresso shots are always perfect and give you such a good even energy boost, I don't really know what it is about their stuff but it's so good. I REALLY love the beer collaboration they recent did with Thirsty Skull, that's actually how I found out about them. I gotta say I have found some business' around town claiming to use Aromatic coffee but they only use it certain days or don't use it for their espresso, big loss for those places! read more

This is my husband's regular hangout and all our coffee beans come from them. They roast their own and supply any local restaurants. They have a great variety and are very knowledgeable - they'll even help you get a great brew at home. They have indoor and outdoors seating. Great service too - very friendly. This place makes AMAZING coffee. They source and roast their own beans, and they know their stuff. I chatted them up and was soon learning about the elevations at which beans are grown and how that affects their acidity level. They let me sample some of their drip coffee before I made a decision and I was sold. This place is just starting out, and they've emphasized making a great product over creating a great atmosphere, so there's not a lot of seating, and it's not your typical sit and work on a laptop coffee shop, although they're better for that than Grey Squirrel IMO.
