I came in to get a registered massage (just to use up some benefits before the end of the year). The staff were friendly and courteous. The place is decorated very nicely and very clean! After checking in and confirming the service I booked for, the front desk lady escorted me to the massage room and advised me that the RMT will be in shortly. The RMT, Kristen, was really good and professional. Since this was my initial visit, she checked with me the pressure and how I was feeling at the beginning of the massage. She told me my tensed areas and she even addressed my shoulder muscle issue which I wasn't aware but I did feel that my shoulders were curving inwards. I've had many RMT before, in Toronto downtown, Markham area, outside of Ontario and Kristen is the best. I am definitely a fan and will recommend her service! Cons: 1. The speaker in the room was crackling 2. Sometimes noise from the nail salon/front desk area traveled into the room read more

Got it for my parents. The DDS couples day spa. They said the massage was amazing. VIP Room was really great!

This was the worst massage I have ever had! I did get a receipt for RMT however I suspect that they are cheating the system some how because there is no way that masseur was trained professionally. I would stay away at all costs. If I could give this place 0 stars I would. read more

Did a spa day here, and was satisfied with their service! Would definitely come back.

I had a pleasant experience at this spa and can't wait to try out their spa packages. I had a refill and bioseaweed gel colours. It's pricy but it's worth it because the quality of their work is good. read more

I booked an appointment for 2:30 on a Saturday afternoon. I waited for 15 minutes soaking my feet for service. When I asked the lady working she told me to wait another 10 minutes. To wait close to 30 minutes for an appointment you booked for 2:30 is ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS!! When I complained to the manager, all she could offer me was already the 10% Yelp discount I had. If you can't honour appointments because you don't have enough personnel you shouldn't be managing the establishment. Poor customer service! Not worth going at all. read more

Mine and my husbands first time coming here and we really liked it. They were able to get us in on short notice for two foot massages and we were able to relax in our private room. The people were very nice, the massage was exactly what we were hoping for and the overall atmosphere was relaxing. We will go back for sure! read more

Great staff and great customers! I had a great relaxing experience and the lady who did my nails was very attentive. I had booked a mani and pedi and I left with great looking nails. The lady who was working on my mani was very good at suggesting alternate colours that would work better with my skin tone. She made sure that I waited 20mins before leaving and that there were no smudges or missing nail polish on my nails. I would definitely go back and try out the other services offered, but also make this my place in Markham to get my nails done. Thanks Ladies! read more

I booked a package b and switched the mani to a pedi. The pedi wasn't that great, the massage wasn't that great, the facial really deep cleansed my face but left me with a swollen nose and red marks all over my face (I have some blackheads but not THAT many). Overall it's a good deal for the money but not exactly great spa service. Head over to silverleaf for a relaxing spa day. read more

I've been here a couple of times to get a shellac manicure, and mani pedi's as well. I also got one of the packages with the facial and mani pedi which was wonderful. The package is very inexpensive and I was slightly worried that since it is so cheap it may not be the greatest but it was! I have had facials at fancy spas and this was just as great. The esthetician did everything I expected including extractions and offering a moisturizing mask afterwords and an awesome shoulder massage. She even helps you sit up since you're so relaxed after! All in all, shellac lasted 2 full weeks (very good since my hands are in water alot) and facial was awesome. Felt very pampered for not spending alot. Spa is very clean and beautiful inside. read more

I booked something for Father's Day for my dad like a week in advance. I told them to book AN HOUR MASSAGE AND HALF HOUR FACIAL WITH A STEAM SHOWER. I specifically asked for this as my dad has joint/arthritis pain. What happens??? He shows up getting an hour facial which he did not need and only a half hour massage. He actually got mad when he got home because that was not what he needed. DO NOT BOOK HERE HORRIBLE PLACE. read more

Service was stellar. All employees were super friendly and a pleasure to deal with. Definitely will go back again.

Overall the experience was good. Judy is the best in town. However, the receptionist is so freaking rude. Last time i tried to book an appointment, she is not friendly and she has NO patient. I dont get it, if you can not be nice to customers, you are working in the wrong industry. read more

I went to this spa today and I was blown away. Firstly the decor was immaculate, the staff were super friendly, the owner greeted me with a smile and offered me a drink. I went to use their washroom first and it was so clean and nicely decorated. I was then greeted by my RMT and then she took me to a room and the lights were dimmed, music was playing and the massage table was ready for me. I had Kristen as my RMT and she was amazing. I have to say that the spa was beyond my expectations. I suggest that you go and check it out because it's worth every penny! The prices are also very reasonable. They have drinks, snacks, place to sit a lounge for a bit. They're open until midnight as well! I am so happy a spa like this exists in Markham! read more

The spa was really pretty inside and huge! They served me hot water with lemon which was nice and I had a great pedicure. Great price too! I will definitely check it out again read more

Came here for the 'DDS' package on valentine's day with my husband. We will not be going back. The whole experience felt rushed, most of the items listed online for the package were not offered or included (we did not receive facials that were originally on the site- the package was edited online after and facials were removed, we had just a regular massage when we supposed to be able to choose hot stone or body scrub and we had no access to the hot tub). The foot and back massages were just okay, but the manicure and pedicure were not good and for something advertised for couples- the majority of the time we were not even together. The whole experience was not relaxing at all and we will not be returning. read more

Amazing spa experience I have ever had. They are very nice and welcoming. After I left the spa I felt so relaxed and all the pains and aches are gone ! read more

This spa is beautiful, clean, modern and serene. The service was excellent. My sister, mother and I got the Mother's Day special - mani, pedi and foot massage. Great deal! My nails look perfect and the massage was incredibly relaxing. I damaged one of my nails before we left and Nancy fixed it immediately. At every stage, we were offered beverages. I am definitely going back. read more

This spa is just lovely. I had a fantastic visit today and left impressed. I got a mani pedi followed by a facial. Carmen who did my anti-aging facial was very pleasant to talk to and gave me so many skin care tips without ever pushing product. Nancy did my nails and she really took her time and I'm very pleased with the results. The staff were very welcoming and even brewed coffee for me. I mentioned Yelp at checkout and got 10% off which always helps. I'll be back sometime for one of their packages. read more

So I made the decision to try out this place based on all the reviews and location. Turns out I was disappointed. Prior to me setting up the appointment, I have request to have certain arrangements performed when I come in for my appointment. I came in to do a mani pedi and the front reception was not welcoming, the girl that originally was going to take care of me she was good at first but then next thing you know she ended up cutting my toe. Next thing you know I was being switched around between three different girls to do my mani pedi. I guess I'm just used to having one person to take care of me at a time. Another thing that really annoys me is when they would speak a different language in front of me and I just felt like they were talking about me the whole time. At the end of the appointment when I was drying my nails I actually decided when my nails are done no one came to check up on me and I just went and paid and left, mind you the arrangement that I had requested for this even didn't happen. I would definitely think twice before I decide to come back to this place. read more

Make sure you are clear about what you want and the price before you receive their service. I got an unlucky surprise at the end. But the massage was good though. read more

I just called & they have changed their prices. Not worth what they are charging anymore!

Maybe my BFF and I had bad luck that late afternoon since the reviews so far have been so positive. We called ahead for an appointment: I asked for a pedi and my BFF a simple mani+pedi. We both started with pedi and it was fine at the beginning. The lady who was working on my BFF's feet brought her son to work and he was just sitting at one of the mani tables playing with his iPad, no biggie, we are moms too. However she seemed to be not happy that she had to bring her son to work based on her body language and whatever she was saying to her son. Half way along the pedi session my BFF was interested in Shellac and so she asked her lady how much Shellac would be. Instantly this lady bursted out a very huge dissatisfactory/angry SIGH and facial expression in front of my BFF and said she has to check. Myself and my BFF were in complete shock for her reaction. My BFF got scared so without any hesitation she said never mind about asking for the price and in fact cancel the mani, she would now gonna have the pedi only. While we were placing our feet under the dryers we asked for cotton balls and nail polish remover to wipe the nail polish off my BFF's nails (I was putting different colors on her nails before we started our sessions). The same angry lady couldn't understand what we were asking for even when we tried using Mandarin, she literally walked away while mumbling some words and never returned. This lady may had a bad day but please, don't take it out on your customers or anyone. I don't think we pay to be yelled at or to receive bad service. read more

I have had negative experiences with this spa. I have been there 4 times. First, I booked a Spa Journey for my birthday and it went well. I had done massage, pedicure, and gel nails. Because I chose a clear colour for my nails and design, I was happy with the added on design but I had to go home and reshape it myself. I asked for pointy nails throughout the session and got oval. About a week or two later I went to have a nail fixed because they broke so quickly. Then I was back again for a fill, this time I changed the colour. Now, I was extremely disappointed because I could actually see how bumpy the gel was applied. I showed all my friends and they said I need to get them redone. Whats worse is that I paid 55$ for a refill that looked horrible. Despite my doubts about the salon, I went back to have my thumb nail fixed as it had again broke within 7 days. This was my worst experience. When I walked in, as per usual, no one was speaking directly to me and whats worse is that they were not speaking english which made me feel extremely uncomfortable as I knew they were talking about me. When a translator came in she only translated one sentence. When the nail tech started she was shuffling between myself and another client, clearly rushing to get both done (I was not in a rush at all and she could have simply asked me to wait. She didnt understand english well so my attempt to tell her this failed). During the process she was playing around with another nail tech who threw a brush at her which missed and hit the floor. This was very unprofessional. Because the brush hit the floor, she instead chose to blow on my nails which resulted in her spitting on my nails. I was looking down at my phone and immediately froze because of how awkward it was. She did not apologize, offer to sanitize my hands or even acknowledge what she had done. She hoped I did not notice. When my nail was complete she shape was absolutely horrible. The point was tilted to the left, it was bumpier than the rest and did not in anyway match the rest of my nails. For the amount of money I have given to this spa in such a short amount of time I am so disgusted and will never be going back. read more

This place screams rub & tug. Open till midnight??? Hmmmmmmm

I tired messaging them privately and they did not respond so i am putting them on blast here. You asked for this. I wish there was a 0 star. I have been visiting their spa for the past two years and have probably given them maybe more then $7-$10,000 worth of business. I always accommodated when their appointments were delayed 2 - 3 hours for me while they took other people WHEN WE WERE ALWAYS ON TIME (FOR THE PAST TWO YEARS). But today, I have had enough. I was booked for July 1st 2016 at 3pm and I asked at least 5 (FIVE) times if this spa were open on July 1st 2016 and i was told yes (the lady who told me this was Miu) that they were open. No one called me back to tell me that they will be closed that day and no one called me to re-schedule. It was when i called the spa this morning to confirm my appointment that i found out that my appointment doesn't even exist. I am really upset because this isn't the first time that this has happened. Every time we try to book an appointment, it is very difficult to get through to the convoluted front desk and the front staff (Her name is Victoria) is incredibly rude. I politely asked if they were able to book me for something today and they did. I was able to get a spot for 5pm (according to their front desk). I left my home at: 3:30PM and the traffic was horrible since there is no toll free highway near that area and it is close to the time when all offices close and the long weekend is about to start. When we finally got there She comes out giving me attitude that there is nothing that they can do and told me to go back to where we came from. SERIOUSLY? I have tolerated when they made me wait for 2-3 hours when I use to come on time(AND THAT TOO FOR THE PAST 2 YEARS)!!!!! I have been ACCOMMODATING THEIR NASTY ATTITUDE that for the past two years! Today I had enough because of Victoria's nasty attitude! She didn't even look at me when we were talking and was rolling eyes AND WAS TALKING NASTILY. Furthermore they were incredibly racist as they started speaking in their language to each other when i was talking to them and were ignoring what i was saying. When i get there, they often tell me to step aside so they can help others instead. Incredibly racist and incredibly nasty front desk lady. I have had enough of their nastiness! DO NOT GO HERE PLEASE! YOU ARE WASTING YOUR MONEY AND YOUR TIME! read more

Suspicious. I have been there four times for registered massage. Each time I was massaged by a different lady. When I prepared my claims for insurance benefits I noticed that all four invoices have the same therapist name and RMT licence number. Which means that at least three of those ladies were not RMT however these guys charged around $80/hour shamelessly. And they expect you to tip as well. read more
