The spa is beautiful and smells divine as soon as you walk in! The staff is so nice! The changing room is fabulous and has everything you could possibly need or want! The relaxation lounge is very relaxing and has great drinks and snacks! The sweet concoction was seriously YUM! I booked a 30 minute Hammam treatment. My attendant was so sweet and so great! I only wish I remembered her name! I left the spa feeling so refreshed and so relaxed!!! If I ever come back to Toronto, you can be certain I'll be back to Miraj! read more

My massage therapist was very attentive and knowledgeable. All staff were attentive and kind, offered to take our coats and put them away. 5/5 service. The ambiance was dark and calming. The area was as clean as I expected (I'm a frequent Shangri-la flyer). However, they automatically added the 18% gratuity (which they said was going to be manually added) and my boyfriend and I both had treatments done. Considering that we didn't have any vouchers or coupons, that added up to be a huge amount in the end. Might want to look into that, Miraj Hammam. read more

I have been wanting to come here for awhile. I saw a Travel Zoo voucher for a 45 minute massage, and 45 minute back treatment and facial. It was $195 + tax and 18% tip. Although it may seem expensive, for the amount of time you're at the 5-star hotel's spa, it was well worth it. I really enjoyed my massage. The products they used had a really nice fragrance, almost feeling like I had an aromatherapy treatment. I had never had a back treatment like the one provided, so that was nice. The facial was great. I really like the products, the way they felt, and even more so, how they smelt. No steam with the facial provided with the TravelZoo voucher though. Due to the fact that they were under renovations, there was only a small lounge to relax in before and after your treatments. It overlooked University and brought in a lot of sun. It was relaxing, but look forward to checking out the new lounge once it's finished. The women's change room was also under construction. You didn't really notice it, but am curious to see what else it will have to offer afterwards. I was disappointed there were no water therapies (steam room, hot tub, pool) that most other spas have. At least not included in the price. I believe there may be some that you can pay extra for - but a) no one told me about them, so I don't know if there are and b) I heard through a friend that you have to pay extra to use those facilities, but they are open to residence and hotel guests. read more

I had a chance to experience this place while on a girls trip! This was absolutely an amazing time for us girls to just relax and REALLY get to know each other! LOL Let me explain: First, upon entrance, the staff was very welcoming, as others have pointed out. They really made you feel like this time was all about you although there were other clients in the area. The young lady walked us to the bathroom where everything you could need was stocked and ready for use. This space was very clean and smelled great too. Included in some of the toiletries are disposable panties if you decided you do not wish to be totally nude. How cute! They also have showers so feel free to jump in. It was not a rushed event. They give you plenty of time to prepare for your treatment! Before you start your service, you are taken to the lounge area where you can relax. During this time, they are preparing your locker with your shoe size (given at entrance) and your robe. We purchased the Hammam & Gommage package (it was about $130/pp). One at a time, our lady undressed us and wrapped us in a sarong and it began. You were taken to two different steam chambers (one hot and one cooler but still warm). We were provided water, which was soooo good after about 2 minutes in the hot steam chamber. One at a time, we were taken to start the exfoliation. It was a deep down scrub down, but it felt great. I will note that if you are not comfortable being naked in front of friends, I would not suggest this treatment as a group. During the full body gommage, every part of your body is attended to (front and back). It was great. Afterwards, she rinsed us off and we were back in our robe for more relaxation. After the full Hammam & Gommage, you are walked back to the relaxation room where you are served the BEST hot tea one could ask for. If you love tea, this is going to have you hypnotized. We had to have about 3 refills. They also provide you with small snacks of grapes and baklava, and water if you need. Trust me, after your treatment, you will be a tad bit hungry. We sat in the lounge area in their relaxing chairs and spoke softly about our experience. The ambiance was great, the staff was greater, and the experience was greatest. We came 2 days in a row. The first day we used vouchers that we got from Travel Zoo for a body buff and facial. We had completed our intake forms online so we were greeted and sat in the waiting lounge while they brought sandals in our sizes to use. They showed us to the changeroom and gave us a locker to use with a robe to utilize. No lock needed...lockers have a programmable lock. There is a pitcher of water and glasses in the changeroom, washrooms, showers, towels and mirrors with makeup counters and hair dryers. They have tampons, deodorant, razors, toothbrushes, etc...for your use. They then bring you to the relaxation lounge to wait for your treatment. Nice comfy seating with water, teas, and banana chips, craisins and apples. You also end up here after your treatment and they bring you a tea and small plate with a few grapes and a baklava. Hubby was sad that some people were given 2 baklava and we only got one...lol. Holly was amazing with my body buff and facial. The next day we had a couple's Swedish massage and scalp massage. I don't know the RMTs same that did mine but she was awesome. We even got receipts so we could claim the massage from our health benefits plan. One major problem we experienced was that we were gifted way spa certificates to use here. Upon redemption the certificates came up as invalid or already used and we had never used them. When trying to contact way spa, they could not access the info on a weekend?!? We had to pay the $500 and will have to deal with this issue later. The spa staff were very professional and nice during this problem, while trying to keep us calm. Me and the girls came to this spa on a Saturday morning to enjoy some quality squad time and knead out all of our stresses. The spa is located inside the Shangri-La, one of the nicer hotels in the city. First of all, love the ambiance at this place. It has a middle eastern feel and their hammam is based off the traditional middle eastern baths. My massage was done by Jackie who did a fantastic job. I told her the tense areas in my body and she massaged out all of the tension. I would definitely recommend the deep tissue massage (and my masseuse!). You can choose from 3 different oil scents, including eucalyptus, lavender, and they have a voltaren-like lotion that is optional to help with muscle tension and inflammation. Of course they wipe off the oil with a hot towel at the end. The sheets are super buttery and the experience was very comfortable. I also loved that they place a cloth over your eyes when they turn you over, and the whole massage was silent (I prefer silent massages so I can enjoy the sensations) They have a nice relaxation lounge with 3 different teas and some light snacks, and you can relax here before and after your treatment. After the massage they also brought out a small plate of grapes and baklava. Overall really enjoyed my experience here! The hammam (steam room) you have to book in advance and it's an extra $25 under a certain amount spent on treatment. It's very relaxing though, and lasts 15 minutes. Definitely recommend! read more

What I got: Swedish Massage ($180 on weekdays, $190 on weekends) + 18% tip is extra to the price and automatically added Pros: - Came here after a long night of delivering babies and was woken up at 2,3, and 5 am to deliver. Booked an afternoon appt here instead of sleeping at home the next day and did not regret it at all. This spa was the perfect amount of relaxation and darkness, I came out of it as if I got a good sleep (even though I didn't sleep) and was feeling refreshed. - Unlike other spas in the city (I've also reviewed Ritz Carlton- see my previous reviews) this spa has a darker appearance, hallways are dark and maze like, lots of blackout curtains- a good place to take a nap. It can be a bit harder to read the magazines when it's so dark but conducive to taking a nap. - I had a female RMT named Lauren and she was excellent- all her movements flowed from one to another and it was not painful at all. A typical Swedish massage would be whole body (from feet to scalp) with a focus on a particular area. I chose the neck and traps. I especially liked the peppermint cooling oil she used, it did have a cool sensation aftereffect which was very nice. At the end, my muscles felt less tense. Compared to the Ritz, I think this massage was much gentler and relaxing. - At the end of your massage you go to a coed relaxation room where you get baklava, 3 grapes and a cup of mint chai tea. These were very good - especially the tea and you can ask for seconds of these desserts. Other desserts are shown in my pictures. The highlight would probably be the teas, other than the mint, there is also a berry tea which was my favourite. - In the changerooms, you have access to the Caudalie products and perfume to try. - They also take Amex and provide Insurance receipts. Cons: - Similar to what other reviewers pointed out here, to access the pool and other facilities is an additional $25 charge or if you purchased $200. The pool is pretty standard with a sauna and daybeds, and is shared with the hotel guests. There is also a hammam room that you can get steamed for 15 min. You walk through a gym to get there. The bathrobes seemed to be one size...so while I could wrap it around myself twice, it barely covered my friend who is 6'4. He had to use my towel to keep it classy in the relaxation room :). Came here after purchasing a groupon deal for a 45 min facial and a 45 min RMT massage. Note that you can only use their fitness centre and pool if you spend over $200, so we added a scalp hydrating massage to top it off. I really enjoyed their pool area as it looks really modern, pretty and well kept. The pool is big and you can swim lengths, but the water temperature was a bit cold. There's a steam room on one end and a decent sized jacuzzi and relaxation area with semi-private booths/ beds and TVs on the other end. I would have allotted more time to hang out here if I knew how relaxing this place is. The RMT massage was not as great as some of the ones I have had and they put this cooling gel on my muscle at the end which I didn't like. The facial seemed really short but my face was glowing even after 2 days, so something must be right. The only thing I didn't like was the change room, it's small. I believe there's only one bathroom and two or three shower stalls. Overall the experience was great and I would not mind coming back! read more

I had the most amazing experience at this spa. The staff were very professional and friendly and the service was top notch quality. I bought the Turkish Bath Ritual package and massage. For the Turkish bath, I was taken to a steam room where I had the time to relax, and after around 15 minutes they exfoliated my body with Moroccan products, leaving my skin super soft. After that I spent some time at the fitness facility until my massage where they had a pool, gym, and sauna. What was nice was that I didn't have to pay to access these facilities and it was completely free. The last part of my day was the massage and it was honestly one of the best massages I've ever had that I felt completely de-stressed after and it resolved some of my back pain that I previously had from sports. I booked a massage for my mom and I for my mother's bday. The service was ok. The massages were also good. I suppose I was just a little disappointed because it was my first time here and I thought it was going to be more "luxurious" feeling since its a premium spa. I liked the spa at the Ritz better because their lounge is bigger and nicer. Also they had a small buffet table of fruits, teas and other snacks. You can also use their sauna, pool and gym. It felt like a real 5 star hotel spa. Unfortunately Mirag did not have any if these. It just did not feel that special. Also when I told the reception at the Ritz that I was booking for my husbands bday, they made sure to wish him a happy bday and even gave him and little gift. But they did nothing like this for my mother at Mirag. Sometimes its the little details that matter. So going forward its the Ritz for me. read more

I loved my experience at the Miraj Hammam Spa. I was in need of some TLC and found a Travelzoo deal online. I heard great things about their products so I decided to give this place a try. The deal comes ith a 45 minute Claudalie facial and a 45 minute pedicure. We started by checking in and was guided to the handsomely decorated change room with private pincode lockers, showers, bathrooms, and a little lounge area with lemon water to sip. Each locker has a clean robe to change into and spa flip flops. I got changed and was led to a private room for the facial. They use Claudalie products which are all natural and the active ingredients are all from crushed grapes. They smell amazing and the face massage felt so good. *Note, day after, my skin is feeling a bit greasy. I'm normally dry so this definitely moisturized my skin and left it plump and juiced up but with the weather in Toronto getting very warm, it's giving me a greasy feel. I highly recommend adding the eye add-on. So worth it but it's pricey at $45. After the relaxing facial, I was led to the lounge area where they have dark cabanas and where you lie down to read magazines, and feed on grapes, a baklava and mint tea. There was also dried cranberries, water, and banana chips available. It is soooo relaxing. The spa is quiet on a weekday afternoon. I could lounge there all afternoon. After about 15 minutes, someone came to led me to another area for my pedicure. The pedicure area was clean and bright. The overall pedicure experience is average. The color selection is average, about 15-20 color options and the outcome was nice but no wow factor. For the price tag, it's not really worth it I didn't try the waters since with the deal, you are paying just $145 for the base package and you have to spend $150 or more to use the waters. So I can't really comment on that. Tax and tips are mandatory at check out and is based on the original package price. Overall, this is a splurge experience for special occassions even with a package deal. But it did not disappoint. read more

I went to Miraj hammam spa last week for a Swedish massage. The massage therapist was ok nothing special or different about the techniques or skills the therapist applied. The only difference was the price $200 for one hour massage plus tax and 18% gratuity. I was not even asked if I was happy or not with the service but regardless I was charged 18% gratuity on top of the HST of 13%. The receptionist was kind of rude and when I asked for the 10% discount as a first time client she told me that it does not apply for weekend appointments. I do not think the service and the massage quality justifies the stuff price you pay and I will not recommend it to anyone. read more

This review is for the overall experience and my massage therapy session, I have yet to try their hammam and gommage body treatments. It's definitely very luxurious at the Miraj Hammam - if you want to have access to the health club and pool you need to spend at least $200 before tax. I had to add on a scalp treatment to my swedish massage to put me in that range, otherwise it's $25 extra to use those facilities. A bit annoyed at this because at other spas I've been to, it's usually included in the price of the treatment. But in any case, their pool is really nice and a great place to relax - facilities include: a lap pool, sauna, and hot tub. I love the canopy area which you can book if it's packed (otherwise it's a free for all). There are tvs inside as well but I opted to just nap and read. Back at the co-ed lounge I found it a bit small - I definitely prefer relaxing in the pool area. There's only a couple couches and chairs in the lounge area to rest on before your treatment. There isn't a huge variety of snacks, when I went there were only banana chips and almonds in the room (there might have been apples too but I can't remember). I will say that the the turkish tea they serve is really delicious though! My massage therapy session was pretty good, but there is one thing that bugged me - I'm not sure if it's because of the dry winter weather but the sheets were so silky that every time the massage therapist moved it, I got shocked a whole bunch of times! It was definitely not relaxing to know that I would get shocked so much every time the blanket shifted. I've never experienced anything like that because most spas use thick cotton sheets. It's definitely not the fault of the therapist - she apologized about it and I can see how there isn't much she could do if all the sheets were like that. After the treatment they bring you to the co-ed lounge and serve you 3 frozen grapes, baklava and turkish tea which is a really nice touch. After relaxing for a bit I head back to the change room to shower - it is a bit small but it's a standard size when I compare the space (about 3 showers, 2 bathroom stalls, 2 vanity tables, locker area). I like the fact that they do have Caudalie products in there for you to use like body lotion, face wash, and face cream. TL;DR: Amazing. Go. Well worth the price. Full review: This spa is EVERYTHING. Everything I imagined, everything I was hoping for, and everything I could want in spa. I decided to try a different spa every month this year to usher in my 30s in style/ease the sting of turning 30, and Miraj Hammam was #3. To be honest, it wasn't originally on my list because this price point wouldn't enable me to visit as often as I'd like, but I came across a deal on TravelZoo that I couldn't resist. I was greeted warmly at the front and brought to a beautiful sitting room, where I filled in a health form for the massage portion of my evening. Not long after, a very sweet attendant named Khadeeja greeted me with both arms outstretched (which I found very charming) and led me to the smaller-than-expected-but-gorgeous change room, where she showed me where everything was. She waited outside for me to get into my robe, and then she showed me into the relaxation room. The room was kind of like...a sultan's lounge? The Morrocan theme was so beautiful and the whole spa smelled lightly of essential oils. There were these huge, banquette/cabana-like seats full of colourful pillows, and people were all stretched out on them - one person was sleeping (it was very, very dim in there). There were also drinks (water & tea) and light snacks (like dried fruit and I think nuts), and it was very quiet in there, which I appreciated. Everytime someone left, an attendant would quickly come in and rearrange the pillows, take away used cups and garbage, etc. Not long after, I was fetched by my RMT and led into a room that was supposed to be a hammam room but was being used for my massage that day. It, too, was a beautiful space, and there were several tealight candles along the sides of the room. The massage therapist took the time to ask if there were any areas I wanted to focus on, since it was just a 45 minute session, and she also explained that she was going to do my scalp massage/hair treatment too, which I added to my package. She had a very soothing voice and demeanor and she did a great job. She then brought me back to the relaxation room to wait for my facial. My esthetician came to get me and led me to yet another beautiful treatment room. She did a great job as well, answered all my questions about which treatments would be best for me, and suggested products but I didn't feel pressured at all. She also told me in conversation that the staff turnover is very low, which is a very good sign of a well-run place. Then I was taken back to the relaxation room again, and was given some sweet, spicy tea as well as a small plate of sweets (3 large grapes and a small baklava). At this point, I was just feeling so floaty and relaxed and pampered, I decided that I'd have to save my pennies to return. I would eat less and buy less clothes if it came to that! Nobody came to get me for a while and I was expected at home, so I found my way back to the changeroom and took advantage of the facilities. They have Caudalie products for everyone to use, which was wonderful, and the shower was great as well! There were never a ton of people in the changeroom with me (could be because it was a Friday night) so I had a lot of privacy and felt very comfortable slowly puttering around and enjoying the facilities. What really struck me was that I felt like I was being treated like a full-price-paying customer, as opposed to a coupon-customer, and I really appreciated that. Whenever I've used this type of a group deal or gone to a (Season)licious meal, the service was almost always subpar because they are not making as much money off you, but this spa was different. I was surprised that the "automatic" gratuity they put on your bill was for the discounted price, which I thought was very unfair - isn't it common knowledge/an understanding that you're supposed to tip on full price when you get these deals? It would be so unfair otherwise, and everyone at the spa more than deserved it. I can't wait to return! read more

This spa really sucks. Waste of money! I hated it for the following reasons; 1) Reception staff very unprofessional, feels like I'm talking to a robot half the time. Unpleasant! 2) Came on the day of my birthday, husband let the staff know ahead of time, got nothing not even a happy birthday. Other spas like Ritz will give u a glass of sparkling wine and make you feel special, not this place. 3) If I am going for a massage at a spa I expect a steam room or a sauna in the changing room area...like Ritz or the Four Seasons...nope not at this horrible spa. You have to pay extra to go to use the hotel facilities :O P.S we decided to try and not worth it. Steam room is small with low ceilings and had rust. 4) Massage was probably the worst I have received! Definitely not deep tissue, if I wanted someone to rub my back I would have stayed home. 5) The waiting lounge was sooooo small and packed. Maybe 200 square feet at most...again low ceilings, was very crammed. Four Seasons and Ritz Carlton have beautiful lounges with high ceilings, comfortable couches great snacks... But the balcony beside the lounge is amazing during the summer months . Cons : the facial is really average . Not worth $180. Just because they use caudalie products. A true 5/5 Service: Very welcoming staff. One lady was with us the entire time and just accompanied us when we had to go from one place to the other... The bathrooms and the entire facility was sparkling clear. Every single thing was in place. I've been to many luxury Spas in Toronto, but I must say this one was the best of the best... If you book packages over $150/person, you can use the club house facility (Gym, Infrared Sauna, Steam room, Pool, Jacuzzi) that belongs to hotel guests. We spend a good hour there before starting our treatment and it was a great start to the day.. The steam room within the Spa (the "Hammam") is very nice and a great way to de-stress. The Massage was perfect. The beds were heated, the music was amazing, the technique was excellent. I had one hour which was perfect. The price: You pay for what you get! It is not cheap and they charge 18% gratuity regardless of your choice. But I think the 18% was well deserved... After the message, we were taken to a beautiful Moroccan style lounge and were treated with some Moroccan tea and sweets! Just a great cherry on top! I love this spa. Granted it is expensive but aren't we worth the pampering?! I normally do the hamman and grommage to get all my dead skin sloth, a massage to make my skin all smooth and soft like a baby's bottom and the a relaxing facial. I wouldn't go for manicure or pedicure for the price; can go elsewhere for that but all the other services are awesome. It does help that they give you a baklava at the end of your services and some sweet tea. I always go for my bday and Xmas but should go one more time in the spring. read more

Came here with my husband to get an RMT couples Swedish massage and yes it is a bit pricey but definitely worth it for the amazing massage & overall experience. We were given robes and slippers and the dressing room had everything we could have asked for, with lockers, place to re-touch make up and hair and a lot of Caudalie products for our disposal. I also had steam chamber and bocy clay with ucalyptus soap, which was sublime. My body achieved nirvana, even though I don't clearly know what it means but I'm sure this is how it feels when you do that! Thn I did my facial, for which I only have praises. The spa was unique in that it looks like a Middleeastern palace, which resulted in the ambiance being romantic. I usually don't write reviews but when you find a gem like the Miraj Hammam Spa at the Shangri La Hotel, you have to spread the word! This place is the epitome of luxury. Here's why: Their signature hammam steam room is a wonderful way to get into the "zone" before another service like a massage or facial. Most spas only have a steam room or sauna but the "hammam" is a different experience entirely. It's a high intensity steam room that's intended to cleanse and de-stress. I've done it a few times and can attest to the fact that it definitely does just that. They have 2 private steam rooms to cater to different needs. A small one for personal use (or a couples retreat!) and a larger one that's perfect for bigger groups. The standout part of the manicure and pedicure for me is definitely the black Moroccan soap scrub and exfoliation. It's infused with eucalyptus so it smells exquisite and leaves your skin feeling super soft. The facials are equally fantastic. The best facials I've ever had have always been from the ladies at Miraj Hammam - they're incredibly skilled and they use the exceptional Caudalie Paris products which are divine. Seriously - you won't get a better facial anywhere else. They're amazing. The atmosphere is one of my favourite things about this place. They've gone for the whole "Moroccan" thing, and they've done it quite well. Dim lighting and marble abound, just setting foot in this place makes you feel relaxed and pampered. The lounge is the perfect oasis to unwind after your treatment. It's made up of cozy cabanas full of plush pillows and blankets and is the perfect place to bask in that warm and 'glowey' high you get after a massage or facial (you know the one I mean!). In keeping with their whole Middle Eastern theme, while you're relaxing after your treatment, the spa girls serve you Moroccan style tea and Baklava. Yes, Baklava. Honestly, could you think of anything better after being pampered during a massage or a facial? Well done ladies. Well done. A luxury spa would be nothing without luxury service and these guys have it nailed. Though not at all pretentious, the staff pampers you through your entire visit. They know exactly how to make you feel welcome and comfortable and they certainly spare no luxury. I know most reviews should have a "the only bad thing was...." part, but I really don't have a single negative thing to say. All my visits to the Miraj Hammam Spa have been perfection. This place is hands down my fave spa in the city (and I've been to many. Too many maybe!) If you haven't gone, you need to immediately! You won't regret it. This spa is BEAUTIFUL! Like something out of a movie. The RMT I had wasn't the best, but you're definitely paying for the experience here. All of their products are (obviously) by Caudalie. They have two showers in the ladies changeroom, a bunch of lockers with keypads on them, and grooming supplies. There is one hair brush available which is highly unsanitary and disgusting. There was a LOT of hair on it from previous users. Maybe provide disposable combs for your visitors? Especially since we're paying so much for the services! At the end of your massage, you're given a little treat and tea to relax in their waiting room area. You can stay as long as you like! The atmosphere - The spa has a moroccan theme. You can see it through the moroccan lanterns, decor and their rooms are named after major Morocco cities. Very unique, nicely decorated, and gives off a very luxurious feel. Service - In the waiting area before your spa/facial, you are served mint tea and small treats. They also have a patio area if you want to hang out outside. I had a facial done here. The routine was very typical with exfoliating mask/extraction/steam/mask. All the products are by the brand Caudalie which is good and bad because some of Caudalie products are heavily fragranced (fragrance in general irritates skin). Loved the experience, they really pamper you and make you feel special. The decor is so beautiful and relaxing too. As for the service itself, I came in for a deep tissue massage, it was good but I was expecting something way better and stronger. I may have chosen the wrong masseuses, but I don't know- they all should be of top quality at a spa like this, especially for the super high price tag. The service here is impeccable. The moment I walked in the staff was very warm and welcoming. If you looking for a luxurious pampering it's worth every penny it's a total exotic oasis. I opted for the Vinoperfect Treatment $165 for 60minutes my skin felt totally rejuvenated. They've done an amazing job with the decor keeping with the Moroccan theme. Before and after your spa treatment you are brought into their relaxing lounge where you can sit and read or simply relax in their individual cabanas decorated with beautiful throw pillows. This is the best spa I have ever been to. It is quite expensive, no doubt. We got the 60 minute massage and Hammam steam. The Hammam steam definitely helped detox and it was a unique experience. The massage helped get out tension a lot more than other places were able to. Also it is a stunning place to relax. They have a beautiful lobby and relaxation lounge where you can either stay inside or outside. The staff and service is exceptional and they have complimentary tea, water, apples, banana chips and cranberries. We will definitely be back for more. read more

Amazing. Absolutely amazing. My review might be a little biased because this was my first ever spa experience, so I had no expectations going in, but my god, my hammam/gommage/massage experience blew my mind. All their attendants are very attentive, and they all really know what they're doing. If you're getting a massage, I say you need to get a hammam/gommage combo first. They scrub off all the dead skin first, so when you do the massage, you already feel really clean. And wow, I can go on and on about how smooth and soft my skin feels now. Then the masseuse was so professional. Like I said, I've never done a massage ever, so I didn't really know what areas needed work, but somehow she was able to figure out the most tense areas on my body. The health club and pool area is very pretty too. They've got a lovely hot tub/pool area, and cute little booths where you can hide out and watch TV if you're tired from swimming. So relaxing! I'm a little bummed out that I didn't get to try any of the teas or the treats - probably because I was running late to my appointment, oops - but 10/10, I would totally come back here again. Before your services start, you will be escorted to their locker rooms where you can change into a comfortable robe if you wish, The locker rooms are stocked with amazing skin and hair products, all available for your use. We had a couples pedicure. First pedicure for my companion Both our aestheticians were very professional, attentive and made us feel comfortable. During our pedis we were offered hot tea, dry fruits and nuts. After our pedis were completed we were taken to a lounge room where we could relax while we waited for my polish to dry. This dimly lit room has comfortable booths and pillows were you can lay down and relax. Teas and snacks are also available. The service here was top notch. My only complaint is that I like my pedis wit a LOT of exfoliation but I was given more of a gentle scrub. read more
