I love you, Arlington Pharmacy. Unfortunately I always spend way too much money when I go here. I try to walk out of the pharmacy and not go look at the gift side of the business because I know I'm gonna end up buying something. It's a great gift shop plus the clothes are very nice and she has some really good styles and selection. My husband has been trying to keep me out of there. There's a little bit of everything ..... clothes, gifts & many possibilities. Just be sure you have your credit card if you're going to go in here. I've been in California for the last few months and I'm looking forward to going back to Washington because of the beautiful weather plus the possibility of going to the Arlington Pharmacy and finding something great to wear. I guess I expected more than a 3 day turn around on a prescription my MD faxed in at 7am on Monday morning. Or, when you are told your Rx is ready, and go to pick it up and only get a partial fill because it was called in before the insurance authorized fill date. Or, when you have an appt. for your flu vaccine st 3pm, confirmed three times by the Pharmacy, and have to wait 45 minutes because they dont have anyone available. Stop trying to be a fashion and home boutique and hire more help in the Pharmacy. Back to Safeway I go. read more

Worst pharmacy ever, Dr sent RX two days ago , I go to pick it up and I'm told they are not accepting new customers??! And no plan to let me know. What a sweet little pharmacy! Everyone was so kind, the service was great! My son had surgery and the office sent over his prescriptions to this location. About an hour later, Arlington Pharmacy called me to let me know they received the order and they even asked how my son was doing. It meant a lot. We then went and picked up the medication after surgery, and the pharmacist came over and made sure we had everything we needed and was very professional and kind. I am happy we chose them - I will keep my business here! read more

When the Hilton closed, I needed to find a pharmacy not run by a corporate office. I am not a fan of the corporate run pharmacies. I transferred all my prescriptions to Arlington Pharmacy. Ahmad, Mark, and Elizabeth are wonderful, helpful, and supportive pharmacists. It's obvious they love their job in the way they take care of their clients. I asked if I could get most of my monthly prescriptions at the same time and they made it happen. I usually use the drive-in, but on occasion I walk into the store. They have lovely items for sale. I bought a beautiful red letter purse. The pharmacy techs, the people that work the window and counter in the pharmacy have helped me find items I needed for upcoming surgeries and other medical durable products. Always with a smile. I'm thankful to have a pharmacy like this. The owner is a WSU Coug! Go Cougs! And Ahmad is too! Go Coug's. There is a UW Dawg that works there too! It might be Elizabeth or it could be Mark, I don't do! AND if you want COUGAR CHEESE, they sell it, all the types. If you haven't tried it, I recommend the Cougar Gold to eat on crackers, grilled cheese or our families favorite - Macaroni and Cougar Cheese!! I highly recommend this place. read more

Went to pick in a refill on one med that I called about 6.5 business days prior and it wasn't ready or available, they said they had to fax the doctor. Tried to pick up a medication my doc put in Thursday morning and Monday afternoon it was still not ready. This pharmacy has also given partial refills in the past without notifying me, just writing it on the label. I'm shocked that they are still allowed to handle people's prescriptions and if there was anywhere else less than an hour from my house one way, I would go. If you have literally any other choice, go with the other pharmacy. read more

Yes, they are very busy, but I always get my meds on time and correct price. I live in a small town and our pharmacy closed and so t hey were inundated with customers. I REALLY wanted to Love this place! It's located in an adorable gift shop with a fabulous little coffee bar and mailbox center. I gave them three tries. Each try they were incredibly blasé about my necessary prescriptions and rudely treated me as an inconvenience. Each time I was made to wait over 45 minutes and forgotten until I went back to inquire and was told they didn't even have my prescriptions. EACH TIME! I didn't think their service could get worse , but the did. Now you can't even call & speak with the pharmacist. Takes DAYS to WEEKS for them to complete the refill process & then you only get a partial fill with "we owe you" They should just sell gifts. Overpriced for incompetent service read more

Was prescribed a drug that they charged me 5 times what other pharmacy services charge !! Was told they don't accept goodrx !! Lots of people there working only 1 cashier, who really didn't know what she was doing!! I told them I didn't have my phone with me, so don't text me my prescription was ready. What did they do ? Just left Arlington pharmacy they told me that they aren't able to fill my pain medication moving forward because I don't fill my other prescriptions there. I told them that my other prescriptions are filled via mail order and that my wife and kids fill medication there. They said that didn't matter and that they would not fill my medication because of the DEA, what a joke. read more

Not the place to get a dot physical. The person giving the dot physical examination was very rude, made many condescending remarks. Then had to audacity to begin telling me a story about a patient in Wyoming who weighted 700lbs and apparently had to be brought to her on a tow truck. I would never go here again. Double check your receipt. They told me that they gave me three months worth of birth control but they only gave me two so I wasn't able to get the last month. They also didn't put a label on my birth control so I wasn't able to verify. read more

I have been using Arlington Pharmacy for over 30 years. They always do their best to help with the continuing frustration of insurance companies what medications they cover. Elizabeth is one of the Pharmacists there, She has helped me through a crisis in 2013 and tried to make things easier for me. I will always be truly grateful! I have never in my life seen a pharmacy that calls you after one month to check and see how you are doing. This place is not your average pharmacy. Very cute shop in it as well. I spent an hour and half just looking at all there things from cloths , purses , farm house items candles really unique ones. Cards and anything off the wall. If it weren't for the fact they knew I was waiting for a few things they absolutely would of thought I was casing the joint. But nope they were not chasing me around the store like a criminal, or pretending to ask if I needed help. Very nice and classy place with great staff all around. Well where do I start let's start with the customer service is horrible and they are rude everytime I go there I went there today because I had a question as to when I would get my refill because my bottle says no refills so I have to wait for my dr to approve which was fine but then she says you will get a text then just walks off I wasn't even done talking to her but I'm done with their rudeness I only started coming here because my dad sold his pharmacy to them then he retired and all his old associates quit too now I know why I will never come here again I'm switching to bartells which they are always super nice and friendly and go above and beyond #byefelicia!!!!!! read more

The locally owned Arlington Pharmacy is certainly where I'd prefer to have my prescriptions filled. However, because their hours are not 24/7 I am stuck with Rite Aid, down on Smokey Point Blvd. I'm thinking I'll transfer my auto refill prescriptions to Arlington, and use the conglomerate Wrong Aid for emergencies only! Arlington Pharmacy is everything you could dream up for a small business model: friendly employees, spot-on service in a lovely environment! The store is like a giant Hallmark with cards and unique gifts you can't find elsewhere. Adding to the pleasurable atmosphere, is the quaint little coffee shop adjacent the pharmacy with ample seating. If waiting for a prescription is inevitable, one can sit back and relax for a spell. This is the best pharmacy I have ever been to!! There 10 min walk in clinic is also amazing! The MD there is a sweetheart. I have used Rite aid for years. I don't have insurance and they where going to charge me 180.00 for my meds I got then for 50.00 at Arlington. The ladies are sweethearts also!!! read more

Sent one of my drivers here for his DOT physical. The lady at the counter was rude, condescending and refused to be of assistance when asked how to spell certain medical terms. She told him he had to go somewhere else. She said it was illegal for her to fill out the forms for him. This is true, but he was only asking for assistance in spelling certain words. She intentionally made this strong, independent and brilliant man feel bad about himself. That is unacceptable and none of my drivers will ever go here again. read more

Walkin center is quick and cheap. The nurse Theresa was great. i had an eye infection and I was in and out in 20 minutes. I did have to drive up there from Seattle but it was worth it. I called several walk in lcinics and wa quoted 3-5 hours. Yes, i would go there again. Staff very friendly and they check up on you a few days later to see how it is going. read more

Whether prescriptions are called in or brought in, they can guarantee a very long wait. It wasn't until I dropped off a prescription that I actually NEEDED when I decided to stop going. After handing the prescription to the pharmacist himself, I proceeded to wait for 20 minutes. Then 10 minutes later, I asked again. They never even processed it, it was just sitting there. Half hour wait for nothing. Not only did I absolutely need this prescription but I had to many other things to do and had to cancel everything due to no meds. As for the people who wrote the 5 star reviews.... lol I would bet a lot of money that they are either employees or personal friends of the owner. This place is a joke. read more

I really wanted to continue supporting this local pharmacy. They are conveniently located and have a great gift shop, coffee shop, and mail service. With one stop, I could take care of several errands. Over the past several years, there have been a few pharmacy errors with refilling my Rx. And occasionally there were issues with my refills, but the pharmacy did not notify me. Over time the errors and lack of communication resulted in delays, missed dosages, & higher out of pocket costs. Errors & issues happen, I understand. My expectation was that they would be promptly communicated & resolved so that I could pick up my Rx within a reasonable time frame. However, due to yet another pharmacy error with a slow & unsatisfactory resolution, I have decided to have all of my future prescriptions filled elsewhere. read more

Update 6/23/18. I like to support local businesses when I can. The Arlington Pharmacy used to be the best around, but have slacked off in customer service the past couple of years. So tired of them saying script will be ready at such and such a time, but then it's not. It's getting old hearing them say "Should be about another 20 minutes."
