Not sure why all the hate and bad reviews on this target store? I've been here multiple times through the years for a few things here and there and it's at least worth 3 1/2 if not four stars. It's always clean I've never had a problem with employees the few things I purchase here always seem to be available parking is decent there's plenty of check out help. Target is an mid-grade superstore. Walmart is low-grade. Brand shops are your premium stores. Stopped here knowing they had more variety in what I was looking for and also higher quality. The stores definetly had their differences, Walmart had more auto products vs. Target who appears to have more home goods. Both are good store but do think the pricing is lower at Walmart. Target is cleaner and well maintained. Walmart has a better grocery selection at cheaper prices. Target has a few departments that display and advertise the products well from what I noticed. I would recommend going here before going to Walmart. There are less Targets in area as well. read more

They get two stars only because the place was clean. The customer service was awful. The place was busy and out of the 12 check-stands, only one was open and it had a huge line. 20 minutes to get to the front of the line. The cashier may have had moss growing on her. She was excruciatingly slow. She constantly was calling over a supervisor to help and even when the supervisor told her to keep going, she would just wait until whatever the supervisor was called for was solved. The supervisor was running the self check and obviously had some hustle, but it was wasted over at self check. I er at the return counter there were two dudes laughing and joking around and they had zero customers. By the time we got to the front we were already late for a meeting so I said "don't bag" and I just tossed stuff back in the cart so I can hustle her faster. The lady behind us was about to pop a vein in her head she was so pissed. She went over to the supervisor twice to beg her to get more help up front. The supervisor didn't seem to do anything. Having one of the dudes at the return desk at least come bag for the cashier would have at least shown customers there was an attempt. When we arrived at our meeting we mentioned the issue of why we were late having spent 1/2 hour checking out and were told that was par for the course for that Target. So kudos to the cleaning team but everyone else earned a one star - zero if it were an option. read more

Just had the worst experience at the Marysville Target. I tried to return NEW AirPods (purchased April 29th) and the clerk at returns opened the sealed AirPods and after checking the serial numbers matched, scanned the package and said they couldn't be returned. You should never open the item and then tell the Customer you can't accept the return. Literally devalued the idea before handing it back. Unacceptable. They are now half the value and I couldn't even give the as a gift at this point. Very disappointed. read more

I get so frustrated every time I go to this location only 1 check out lane open while at least a dozen employees are stocking shelves while blocking the isles with their pallets and carts while the self checkout line swings back to the clothing section, maybe they could take employees from stocking to the registers when it gets really busy I gave 2 stars instead of 1 because the employee that checked me out was so kind and thanked me for my patience! read more

NEVER SHOPPING AT #TARGET AGAIN. Was just told that they'd rather give a DISPLAY CHRISTMAS TREE away to a charity than SELL IT -- yet it HAS A PRICE TAG ON IT! I questioned that and I said that as soon as they sold out if it they should have taken price tag off and the supervisor said "we don't have time for that" & that if she sold it to me she'd be liable -- she should be liable for making customers think that tree was for sale when it wasn't! They've been sold out of that tree in the box for weeks and NEVER REMOVED THE TAG? Don't tell me there wasn't time for that... 8 out of 10 times that I go in here, no matter what day of the week or time of day there is crap everywhere. I can barely make it through some isles. What looks like returns or maybe stuff waiting to be stocked is all over the place. Also, shelves are half way stocked all the time. I'm sick of it. I ask why it's like this is and the answer is always "well this store was built as a 'low capacity' store and now since the population has risen we aren't big enough". Went to buy the Nintendo switch and asked the guy if it had everything in it and if it had the game and he said yes. Bought it and got to the car, opened the box and found that it didn't have the Nintendo nor game. Went to return it (like 10 mins after buying it) and they tried saying it was missing stuff (no shit that's why we're returning) gave us an attitude while refunding. Now that I'm home I notice they didn't refund the gift card fully ( only missing $13 on it no biggy but still f***ed up) gave us to much of a hassle when it was their own employee who didn't know what he was talking about and then tried to say we took the stuff when we literally walked out then back in. What can i say, its Target. There is always something there i need, always a sale, always clearance merchandise. This location is pretty good in the sense the customer service is good, the store is clean, and they have a Starbucks for when you need a pick me up. Normally I love shopping at Target, but this Twin Lakes location in Marysville is nothing short of disappointing. I have two small children and every time I go into this store looking for baby necessities such as sippy cups, bottles, lotions, diapers etc. their shelves are NEVER stocked. I could understand if it was once or twice, but it is literally every single time I go in. And a lot of the times the aisles are lined with boxes on pallets, products that have not been put on shelves. This is not just in the baby section either, it's all over the store. Not sure who is in the head of their purchasing department, but they need some serious training. I refuse to step foot in that store again in until something changes. read more

Horrible customer service! 11-21-16 @ around 730pm. I stopped at the store to get a few items. One of which was a new cell phone charger. I was in the tech area waiting for a very rude employee to finish what she was doing. She turned looked at me didn't ask if i needed help just assumed. Were both making eye contact (clearly she did not want to help me). Finally,i ask where to get this item and she in a pissed off way takes me to it. I ask her about the item and she has no answer. I than (now feeling uncomfortable) decide to just buy the item to get her out of my hair. I say thankyou and she just walks away. So than i go to the front to pay and tell the cashier about it. He says nothing..no apology. No let me get the manager. Nothing. Not even have a great night. Am i missing something here? What happened to customer service. I shopped at around 11am, had gathered all my items only to find a 12+ person line at the self check-out only. No cashiers were at registers. So I called the store from line and notified them that we had a long line that was increasing and there were no cashiers in sight, would they please open some registers. The person on the phone mentioned they only had one cashier on but more would be available in a couple of minutes. I asked then, do you only have cashiers after 11am? He stated there was one on duty now that was on their break. I then asked to speak to a manager and was hung up on. Within a couple minutes 2 cashiers showed up so I went to the first one and she couldn't get signed on. I went to the 2nd one and asked her to call a manager over. Instead of picking up a phone and starting to ring me up, she left the register to go get someone. Then she came back and stared blankly at me while the "manager" walked up. I let the cashier know that she could start ringing me up (OH, was all she said) then the manager said we responded as soon as we noticed the line--I countered with, I had to call you from my phone to get you to respond. As she made more excuses, I told her I wouldn't be going through this again--meaning I won't shop here if this is how they operate. She actually broke her perma-grin and seriously apologized and said they were working on it diligently. OK. If all I can expect from your store is that I have to do someone else's job--I have a full time demanding job myself---I will no longer shop at this particular Target. I will give it one more try, but I will expect changes. Hope this review is going to corporate--if not I will take the next step by speaking with them. read more

I'm very disappointed in this Target's customer service. I purchased as a gift two items from the Victoria Beckham collection for a friend as a birthday gift immediately after they came out (a few weeks before her birthday) and confirmed with the cashier that I could return them if she didn't like them up to 90 days. I unfortunately bought the wrong sizes and went to return them as promised but was turned away with snooty attitude. They claim there were signs displaying the limited return policy all over the collection, yet there were NONE. Additionally, I had been told by the cashier that the collection followed the return process of everything else when asked what I could do if she didn't like the clothes. The customer service reps were unprofessional, demeaning and rude. I also checked the receipt and it did not display anything about a modified return! Alright, I'm doing it. We've lived here for eight months and this Target is a disaster. I come here to shop for clothes sometimes or just to look, and EVERY time, the men's section is a disaster. Actually, not just the men's section, the media section can be filled with things as well, making it difficult to navigate. The men's section though is organized in such a way that you would think they we re-modeling. Maybe they are, but even when the Target in Lynnwood was remodeling they didn't make the men's section a giant conglomerate of random stuff (women's clothes, go backs). To me, it seems like you'd have a back room for all of this stuff. It makes me uncomfortable to shop because I always feel like I'm in someone's way if there are employees doing their go backs there. I mean, there's obviously a reason why it's there and not the women's section. Do they think men don't buy clothes also? Then what's the point of having a men's section. Honestly, if you want to go shopping for clothes and you're a guy, try the next Target because this one thoroughly sucks. read more

Lots of staff available in the morning....and that's a good thing since this isn't my local-to-home-Target. And...it has a grocery store inside. Maybe this is an every-location-deal these days...the grocery aisles...idk. All I know is that as I had several courteous staff members point me to the sporting goods and pet aisles, I was able to stock up on 50% off Easter goods, and then grab a bottle of coffee creamer while heading to the check out registers. I suppose I wouldn't have needed the coffee creamer had I been paying attention when I walked in the doors and saw the Starbucks inside. Duh. Couldn't have missed it. Good to know for future reference as they have an entire sit-down area, too. Since my first stop there, I have been back to this Target several times while visiting good friends of mine. I'll hit it up again since it is such a large and clean store. read more

Had to stop by and get a few items. I had my 2 daughters with me, 5 and 10 months. My 5 year old was overly tired and just having meltdowns all over the place. I'm in the checkout line and she has another meltdown. The manager on duty, I believe his name was Freddie, not sure, I was about to have my own breakdown, moms can relate everywhere. Anyways, Freddie came and grabbed me and helped load my items on the belt and rang me up super quick. He was so helpful and understanding and just kept being so positive. After this whole ordeal, he then bought my two girls cake pops from the in store Starbucks. He was awesome! I really appreciate everything he did for me and his energy and hard work! I'm having a hard time understanding why more than half the store is women's clothes they have a small tiny little section for men's clothing and almost a non-existent for boys the shoe selection is absolutely horrible unless you're 75 years of age or older. Winter jackets no tank tops no shorts out it's 87° today and dolls you can buy inside for men's clothing is winter and fall wear in the small little tiny section that they have for men. I Come here looking for things quite frequently at least once or twice a week and basically it's pretty much the same always out of stuff I'm looking for in the toy department, and kids department. I do love that I can usually find new releases on DC animated cartoons/movies. Every time I try to use a Cartwheel I can never get access to it in the store because for some reason there's no reception inside, go figure. Wish they would spend some time emptying the trash cans out front instead of just standing around by the registers when there's nobody in line. Target is my favorite store to go. Sometimes I have to go to other stores just so I won't spend so much money. Love the staff and returning items is easy as long as you have your card you paid with the item on you. The only downfall I have with target is the Starbucks girls. Rudest people I have ever met. I had asked for money back and the cashier walked away from me and the store not giving me my money back. When I talked to a supervisor, she made a snappy comment about how I ordered a smoothie and she needed to get my bananas. Will never order from them again read more

Admits everything that's been happening with this pandemic. The pharmacy is horrid! I called before I go in and talk to a lady on the phone to see if my medications were ready which I was told they were. Told husband to go in and pick it up he texted me and said they lied and they were not ready. We are trying to minimize contact with people and did not want to spend anymore time in target than we need to. This is why we called ahead in the first place. They need to get their act together especially when dealing with people and their medications in this vulnerable time. read more
