I always try to poke my head into a Coach store whether I'm at a mall or outlet. I want to keep up with the new styles and colors Coach has designed for the upcoming season. Some styles are trendy and modern, but most have contemporary lines. We walked into this outlet store on a Saturday afternoon and it was a busy zoo. Lots of tourists speaking multiple languages milling about. We were immediately greeted by an all-in-black dressed Coach employee with a 60% off coupon. Perhaps it was because the greeter recognized I was carrying a vintage Coach purse? :) We walked around the store and saw all of the various selections, colors and styles. Wall and floor displays of gorgeous leather. I was particularly intrigued that Coach had paired with Disney to create a seasonal Mickey Mouse collection. Super cute coin purses with mouse ears. They also had leather Mouses made to draw attention to the display. The check out line was super long. Too many weekend tourist lookie-loos eyeballing the merchandise. The store was getting even more busy as time drifted on. It certainly didn't help the customer store flow putting the clearance section right near the registers. No purchase for me today, but it was nice to browse and get my Coach fix. read more

She was happy to see that she saved money on the Coach purse that she had bought a week earlier in Oregon. The Coach outlet has a new location in the mall and it's HUGE now! There is a large men's department, in addition to the women's handbags and accessories. Items are nicely displayed and things are much more orderly than in the old location. Because of the extra space, it's not so crowded, so it's easier to see everything and find what you want. There's a clearance area in the back, which is the one part of the store where madness still rules. The checkout area is very easy to navigate, which is nice, because there's always a line. Despite being almost has busy as a busy Apple Store, the staff here is always moving with a sense of urgency, appears happy to help guests and really knows their product. It is amazing to see the service they provide. When they didnt have a product I wanted, they took the time to show me the website and find what I wanted at a full price store, again this is despite the store being so busy they were blocking off additional guests from entering until others left. The staff here cares, it is very obvious by watching them. The register lines move very quickly and if the prices are fantastic. It is no wonder why this store is hopping, and if you go to Michael Kors in the same complex, it looks like a ghost town there. read more

My husband and mom stopped by this coach store at the Seattle Premium Outlets. The deals we insanely good- 60% off the entire store including sale items. I have never actually done any shopping at coach before, no was I really into the brand. However, after looking at their pieces I can see why it's so popular! You can definitely see that the quality is there. They had some modern, classic looking purses and I would stick to more of those than the flashier ones. My mom ended up purchasing some patent leather pumps at 60% off and came to $49 USD after discount which is a really good deal. They gave great customer service and were attentive in helping us. They have a very large number of staff (perhaps more than the number of customers!) and they were on top of providing very good service. I took my mom to this Coach outlet. She took a long time, and made several purchases. Several weeks prior, I bought a bag from Coach and was using it the night I went to this store. My purchased bag was slung over the handle of my baby's carriage. When we exited the store, the alarm rang. My mom had a bag full of paid bags. The salesgirl who was working the door looked at my bag, and asked, "Did you pay for that?" I replied coldly, "Of course I did." I was highly offended. Instead of checking my mom's purchases, she just accused me of stealing. Stealing with my toddler and mother in tow?!?! Why would I do such a thing? I told her to check my mother's purchases to make sure all the tags were deactivated. At this point, a salesperson was coming in from lunch and another member came over to help. Those two stood with me while my mother and the accuser went to the cashiers to deactivate the bags. When we crossed without beeping, I turned around to the accuser and said I did not appreciate her accusation that I did not pay. I told her that was not the right way to have reacted to the alarm. She stammered that was not her intentions. I cut her off immediately and repeated exactly her accusatory question and said what part of her question did she not understand? She became beet red. All this time, the two other salesgirls were standing there, watching. She was very lucky that I did not make a formal complaint to the manager. But since two of her coworkers witnessed it, and the fact she clearly realized she should THINK before she makes an accusation, I let it go. Never will I buy at the regular priced Coach stores again, even with that 25% valued customer promotion because the prices at this Coach outlet store put those prices to shame. Comparing the MSRP and the price they sell at, it's always at least 50% off! Most of the items there are last season or I have never seen them in the regular store, but regardless, they still have the same Coach fashion and are legit. I remember seeing a sequined wristlet, I bought for regular price, at the Coach outlet store only 3 months later - very sad I paid double the price at the regular store. They moved this store and it is a bigger and better location. This place gets insanely packed on the weekends with the troves of Canadians that come in on buses. Don't even try to come in here. They have a huge men's section now. Sales all the time which means you can score some really great deals. Most of the bags that are here are made just for the outlet and are not the type that you would find at Macy's etc. Staff has always been friendly enough, Never had any issues there. read more

This is a really large store with a huge men's selection. That usually have a couple great items at really good prices. There are plenty of nice women's items under $100. It's usually busy and sometimes a pain to get around people and look at various items. I was impressed with the men's section. They have a lot of items. read more

I love Coach products. I have a number of items from both the outlets and the full line stores. This is a great store and it's always full. The have a wonderful selection and wonderful service. Just be aware you get what you pay for with Coach. You are not going to find too many high end leather items that have the leather that feels like butter in your hands. It's more of your textures and bonded style leathers. Sometimes you will find a good find there, but die the most part it's the lower end of the Coach line. I was extremely impressed by the service at this store. I walked into the store not expecting to buy anything since I had bought far too much already. The store was also pretty crowded. I saw a beautiful cashmere scarf that caught my eye. Wanda noticed me looking at it and we started talking. She was nice enough to break down the price for me (50% off retail price and an additional 20% off that price). If she wouldn't have done the math I might not have bought it (lazy of me, I know). She even got me a new one out of the back without me even asking. It was great that she was able to anticipate what I wanted and that I never had to ask. For lower priced quality leather goods, this is a good option. This store is large and there are a lot of choices across the price and style spectrums. Lots of associates on the floor to help, but not a lot of pressure. A good experience. Also, I found a great deal or two today, which means I will probably make a special trip up here again some time soon. When you walk in you feel like you are in one of their normal stores whereas before there wasn't much room to walk in between displays and it was a complete nightmare on Saturdays. I received my Coach purse for Christmas and only used it for 2 months and is already falling apart! I know the person bought it at the Tulalip Coach store so brought it in to see what they could do to replace it or give me some credit towards another item. The manager was SO RUDE to me and said it was my fault for carrying too many items, which is absurd. The credit she offered wasnt even enough to buy a wallet! I am not normally one to care about higher end products but oh my gosh how can I not with this outlet! They've got such great deals! Yesterday they had a deal 50% off on all purses! So I ended up walking out of there with a new purse. We did have to wait in line to get in the store but it went really quickly, there were only about 6 groups in front of us and we got up in like 5 minutes. With it being a nice day and I ended up getting something it was totally worth it. When inside the customer service was great! We had two people come up to us and make sure we were finding everything we were looking for. Made for a great experience, so I recommend this store if your in the mood for a new purse! read more

The customer service was better at the old location, people used to bring Coach bags in once in a while to make sure they are authentic Coach bags. Since they've moved, the store is bigger and better, but the manager is "not allowed to authenticate" not allowed to authenticate their own brand with their name on it? With all the counterfeit crap floating around I would think they would be happy to tell me if this is real or not, at least they used to be. My wife and I are Coach regulars and have been to several throughout the US. This outlet was fabulous! Not only were the deals great but the store itself was huge. Twice the size of a regular store, and a large men's selection as well. We are excited to check back in soon! My only criticism was the staff. This isn't exactly a complaint as much as it is a suggestion. The salespersons were very vocal and kind. However most were clearly immigrants and did not speak the best English. They were hard to understand, and each asked us many questions. So much so that when asked at the checkout who helped us, it was really impossible to answer. That being said I appreciate their effort and kindness. This Coach was a fun refreshing stop, highly recommended! read more

Would be a 1 star review but the selection of merchandise and the wonderful sales lady that helped us saved it from a 1 star review. Ray the sales lady is AWESOME she helped me find a ton of good stuff and I ended up buying twice what I came in for because of her, BUT we had some problems when at the register paying, my sister and I both were using out of state checks and they were not running through the machine, when the sales lady asked the manager how to run manually, the manager told her no and that they wouldn't take them!?!?!? I asked if she could call the check company or if there was anything they could do but she said no. But they did take an out of state check from the guy right next to me! The manager made me and my sister feel as she though we were some type of criminals, basically saying our money was no good there, I had to leave the store go down to a bank near by and transfer funds into another account, go back to the store and pay with my debit card. Which when I tried to do that the manager came and examined my card to make sure it was real and proceeded to tell the sales person ringing us up to make sure the last four of my debit card matched the receipt!!! I spent 1,100 dollars to be treated like complete SH*T! Not to mention I had to stand in the long line TWICE while I'm 8 months pregnant! They have a huge men's section, and they have the usual stuff you would expect from a factory store but they also have a whole section of merchandise you can find in the full price coach stores. Too many people in one small store can make for very unhappy shoppers. It wasn't a shopping experience but I felt more like I was in a herd of cattle.
