I told the employee I can buy these from Walmart and she just shrugged and said they needed a prescription. She was just too lazy to help me. So, if you don't have insurance, don't go here because they won't help you. I did go to Walmart to buy the patches, where the pharmacist verified no prescription is needed. It's nothing new, yet each month they find a way to mess with him and delay him refilling. This month they lied and said his dr never sent it in. LIE. If I could give zero stars, I would. I called for over 2 hours to try and get through to the pharmacy without anyone answering the phone. I called the front of the store, who tried transferring me through multiple times with no success. I was finally told they were "busy" and simply not answering the phone. Store is constantly out of everything, especially drinks. Don't expect any soda/teas to be in stock. The last 5 times I've gone there, the milk has expired. Tried again today (I live next door) the milk was expired on July 5th (week ago) or on July 12th.. $4.99 for a gallon of milk that Expires tomorrow. Get it together or close the store, it's a joke. Absolutely done with this place! Never have my prescriptions ready when they're supposed to be/say they are via text. My prescriptions aren't accurately filled so I go through my refills faster than prescribed. Regardless of insurance or not, they need to fix it in their system. Disappointing! read more

I would give Rite aid at Smokey Point/Arlington location a higher rating if it were actually open 24 hrs as Yelp says. Apparently it reads that as of Jan 2023 there's an update to the hours yet I have not seen any change. The pharmacy has been open until 11pm and if there is going to be a change please let the public know and I would gladly give them a 5 star rating but since the end of COVID I have seen almost all businesses in Sno County shorten their hours. Literally no one is open 24 hrs regardless of fast food restaurants, pharmacies, and grocery stores as a new standard business practice and it's disappointing. The epidermis is long over yet very little has changed back to the hours and services once provided. Came to pick up Amazon hub package for my son who'd been waiting all week for this shark puppet to arrive. Needless to say I saw the confirmation late so raced down because said open til midnight. ETA showed 11:50pm. After getting caught in Amazon construction and a confusing detour we arrived 11:54. When approached the door I was told they're closed. I understand not coming in to shop 5 min til close but I was picking up a package and since when do they close at 11:54? Just very rude unhelpful staff. I live 10 miles away, 30 min round trip. Went in to buy a box of Sudafed, and as a long time allergy sufferer I am accustomed to the drill. Present my drivers license and give my signature. All because a portion of the population makes meth with my otc med. Well I went here at smokey Point pharmacy to simply purchase a box. I was quickly accosted by a woman in a white coat who asked what symptoms I was having. I told her I just wanted to buy my allergy medicine and not answer a bunch of questions. She said that she had to know in order to determine whether I needed the product or not. I asked "are you a doctor?" and she says that she was. I told her that I never had to answer questions before and I was not happy about it. she said it was a brand new policy and she hasd to ask me. I don't discuss my medical symptoms in public I only discuss my medical issues in the privacy of my doctors office. My information is not for everybody to here and there were a lot of people around. I was getting angrier but I answered her questions and asked if I caould have my sudafed she finally allowed me to purchase it and I stormed away angry feeling like I have been treated like a criminal I intend to file a lawsuit against Rite Aid for this embarrassment and I want them to know that. read more

I go here for all my prescriptions and never had a problem. There have been times when I see sketchy people near by but that is what you get in smokey point. They haven't been a big enough problem for me to feel the need to report them and I don't hesitate to report people. There are a handful of employees here who are really nice... there is one girl in particular who is ridiculously nice and sweet. She is always saying how nice I look or how great it is to see the sun, or whatever she can say to be positive. I would hire her immediately if I could offer her a better position. Seems like every time I order my asthma meds on the phone for next day pick up they are out of stock and I have to come back 2 days later. They don't call you to tell you and the staff act like they are in control of your meds and tell you when you can have them, If it wasn't for my HMA telling me I have to use a CVS pharmacy I never go back to rite aid read more

this Rite Aid has the worst customer service in the world! Plus they have shorted me on medicine many times. I just started a new medicine, and they gave me way too much to start. their excuse is that medicare doesn't cover it you have to wait another month for your test strips that I have been shorted on many times. I go through the drive thru and the pharmacist told me I must come inside now. one time they made me sign a paper and didn't explain why so I just assumed it was for medicare and my test strips. Since they got audited by medicare, they refuse to give me test strips or insulin. I am so tired of this place. I just spent the last 20 minutes in the drive-up. This is an average wait time for this pharmacy . Like most have said on here, their customer service is the worst. The pharmacist doesn't even seem to care. I complained once about the wait times, she took no ownership, didn't apologize, and just said they were so busy. Then to top it off, I had to come back because my prescription wasn't ready within the quoted time. Then I vent my frustration and she begins to argue with me,unbelievable. This store has become the worst! Especially in the pharmacy. The only reason I gave one star is because of Linda at the pharmacy. She is always helpful and understanding. I have been getting prescriptions here for several years. They used to be decent but not anymore. The pharmacy staff is not helpful or caring. The waits are ridiculous and there have been several times I was treated badly because two of my medications are pain medicine. The staff acts like they know better than my doctor at times and it's not only offensive but you are not doctors. You are there to make sure people get the medications prescribed to them nothing more. I recommend anyone getting prescriptions stay FAR AWAY from this pharmacy. This store is awful. At 3AM, after being discharged for appendicitis, I took my husband to get his medication. Pain killers. He was told he couldn't be helped because there were other orders ahead of his. So he had to suffer through the pain until the morning. The wait times are insane. And when you finally get to the window, you are told to come back. Then you go back for your second time and are told to wait some more. I mean, honestly, this store needs serious help. I know that each customer has a reason for needing their medication, and the staff needs to be respectful of that and get their orders done in a timely manner. For our family, we will be finding another store to take our prescriptions to. I suggest everyone do the same... or wait a long time. read more

Have been getting our prescriptions at rite aid for over 4 years. Went in to pick up our prescription and pharmacist Raymond refused to give it to us. I made sure everything was good to come pick up and that everything would be ready. Spoke to the manager earlier and she pulled up our info and said not a problem everything will be good to go. He's a douche and doesn't give a shit about anyone. Refuses to help you ignores you and has no common sense nor is he even polite. This is a horrible Rite-Aid to say the least, wish it was a Walgreen's to come but I don't think so, wish it was. Went there with my persription and a Good RX coupon and they wouldn't honor it. Started out the day before when they gave me two (2) pills of a 30 day supply saying they were out and would have more in the next day. They called me the next day and told me my prescription was ready. I went by and gave them the Good RX coupon and was told that it was only good for the previous day and the persription that was supposed to be $30.00 dollars yesterday was now $600.00 today and they wouldn't accept the coupon. I checked on line while in the drive thru and showed them the coupon still on line. The smiling idiot asked me for my phone and went into show it to the supervisor, he came back still smiling stupidly and said they wanted me to come in and discuss it. I asked them for my prescription back, which after a while the smiling idiot came back with the prescription and my coupon and gave it back to me. I WENT DOWN THE STREET TO WALMART WHO HONORED THE COUPON WITH A SMILE FOR $36.00 OPPOSED TO THE $600.00 the smiling idiot wanted to charged me. Horrible customer service in the Pharmacy. Picked up my wife after having surgery and on the way home. Stopped to pick up pain Med's. I told the person taking my script that my wife was waiting in the car and was needing the pain Med's. I was told there was a 40 min wait and given a time that they would be ready. So I'm a little upset they would make my wife wait 40 min, but ok, I understand. They looked a little busy. I waited the 40 min and went up to get the med's. Was told they were not ready and would be another 15-20 min. So now I'm upset. I had told them of the situation, and there didn't seem to be any compassion or concern for someone in pain just out of surgery. After 15 min I went back up to see if they were ready yet. This time I'm told the pharmacy tech was busy doing Flu shots and had not yet filled my wife's med's. I then see the tech just talking with this lady with no sense of urgency that he's making my wife wait and suffer in pain because flu shots were more important. So now I'm just downright upset, finally after over an hour I finally get my wife's pain med's. She was in so much pain at this point, it took hours for her to get comfortable again. I understand a business can be busy, and that there are other people needing service, but this was just a blatant disregard for this situation that left my wife suffering for several hours. Evaluating the needs of the customers might be a good idea. A person needing pain med's should be a higher priority then multiple people wanting flu shots. I will never go back to this Rite Aid Pharmacy as long as this is the way they treat customers. read more

I wouldn't even give this place one star. This is the second time I've been here on the last month. The first time was to pick up prescriptions that were faxed over for my mother who had just had surgery. When we got here, we were told it would be 15-30 minutes. Waited for 30 mins in the car with my mom, came back in and was told it'd be another 15 mins. Meanwhile, my mom (who just had surgery) is waiting for these meds in the car. Came back in another 15 mins, STILL WAS NOT READY! It took an additional 15 minutes before I was able to pick it up. While I was waiting the extra 30 mins, the pharmacy techs were having a conversation about ABC gum, and laughing and not working like they should've been. I get that you need to have some fun at work, but if you can't talk and work at the same time, then save the talking for later. Especially when the wait time is already so long. The second time I came here, was again to pick up prescriptions for my mother who had to be hospitalized after surgery. My mom called and asked how long it would be, they told her it would be at least an hour. This is at least an hour AFTER the prescription was faxed. She kindly asked the lady if they could move her up in line because she was just released from the hospital and needed those meds asap. The lady on the phone was rude and told her she had to wait like everyone else. When I came back after the hour was up, the line to pick up prescriptions was 10 people long! With one cashier! I waited in line for 25 minutes! Absolutely ridiculous! I have always taken my prescriptions to Target and always get them in a professional and timely manner. My mom will be filling her prescriptions there from now on as well. read more

Honestly the worst pharmacy ever. Dropped off a prescription in the drop off window and waited days for a phone call saying that it was filled. Went in twice to check up on it, wasn't filled yet. Within the last couple weeks I would go in and you wait for almost 30 minutes to even move up a spot always have my 3 year old with me, finally just waited it out to get up there to have the lady tell me they don't have anything on file for me?
