On multiple occasions, my wife has experienced similar issues with these individuals. When we attempted to address our concerns, they dismissed our feedback and maintained an unprofessional demeanor. During our conversations, they frequently interrupted me, preventing me from articulating my thoughts. When I inquired about their lack of courtesy, they responded by scrutinizing my complaints rather than engaging in a constructive dialogue. Safeway has reached out to me in response to my reviews but they have to many other unhappy customers and the staff is still treating customers like they are a inconvenience and less than. I believe it is important for all customers to be treated with respect and professionalism, and I hope that this feedback can lead to improvements in how customers are treated in the future. There were two employees behind the counter. Both of them walked past me at least half a dozen times seemingly avoiding eye contact while they went about their tasks. The younger one, a girl who couldn't have been older than 20, was facing me, slicing sandwiches inside the case. The older lady put some deli meat away and then she was walking back and forth over and over looking like she was looking for something to do, anything but actually help the customer standing there trying to get some assistance. I waited patiently for several minutes, and in that time neither deli employee so much as acknowledged me. Not one word. And there is no way they didn't see me. I'm 6 feet tall and I have never felt so invisible. My daughter didn't get her seafood salad and left the store in tears. Abominable customer service.

I haven't had one single problem since I transferred my prescription here. Even when there is a line of people, everyone stays calm, collected, and NICE. Each pharmacy tech I have interacted with has taken the time to be friendly and thorough, no fuss or excuses, just good customer service. Keep up the great work!!
