I'm genuinely not sure what the point of offering ASAP pickup is if nobody bothers to start the…read moreorder until the customer shows up. I placed an ASAP pickup order and arrived about 20 minutes later. The store was completely empty: no line, no crowd, no obvious rush. Despite that, my order hadn't even been started. I then stood around for another 15 minutes while employees packed the donuts and made a coffee that should have already been ready. So, roughly 35 minutes after placing an ASAP pickup order at an empty store, I finally left. And somehow that wasn't even the worst part. I ordered an Apple Cider Original Glazed dozen along with a regular Original Glazed dozen. After waiting all that time for an order they apparently didn't look at until I arrived, I got to the office and discovered they hadn't even given me what I ordered. Instead of the Apple Cider dozen, they gave me TWO regular Original Glazed dozens. Mistakes happen. But when the store is empty, the pickup order hasn't been started 20 minutes after it was placed, you make the customer wait another 15 minutes, and then STILL manage to give them the wrong order, that's not one little mistake. That's just remarkably poor service from beginning to end. If I'm going to have to wait for someone to notice my online order, wait while they make it after I arrive, and then check every box myself to make sure they actually gave me what I paid for, there's really no benefit to ordering ahead in the first place. Extremely disappointing experience.

We came in at 803PM on a Saturday evening to satisfy a late night craving. Once I got to the counter to order, I noticed they were closing up, looked back at the door to see their hours (Yelp stated they close at 9) but they updated their hours a while back and it's posted they close at 8. I felt like a jerk so we were going to leave. The two workers there were a little thrown off but still insisted it was ok and served us like the awesome people they are without hesitation. Obviously, we kept it simple, got our cones , tipped well (as we should have!) and left... out in less than 5 mins. Regardless, it was our fault that we got there late. We were the jerks so to reduce the confusion... i'm posting their updated hours. Don't be jerks like us
