It was tarable they tried to scam us by charging us more money. They told us it was $4 for a large drink, hotdog, and a bag of chips. He said the chips do not come in the deal so my dad put the chips back and it was still $4 for some reason so after that I got a beef stick then the price tag said it was 2.19 but the guy said it was 2.79 so it got to the point where we got super pissed of and left I do not recommend going there!!!!! read more

They stole my money from me. I went to pump 3 to put money on and it said to go inside so I moved to pump1 and it told me to go inside again so I went inside and put money onto the pump....it took my money but said there was nothing on the pump. when I went inside to try again it didn't work and but it charged my card. they refused to give me a refund and refused to give me a phone number for a manager or owner. they then told me bogus bs about how my money would be on the card in 24 hours and it has yet to refund. I hope someone in management sees this and will refund me. read more

Used to frequent this station at Ashway/Alderwood Mall Parkway. Local, amid my usual travels in the area, but often problematic in several ways. Drive entrance/exit on one side has people constantly speeding, other two entrances very often blocked with backed up traffic. Some questionable party selling flowers in a poorly planned jerryrigged tent and stopping there obstructs other customers from safe use of the exit. Homeless/addicts tend to lurk around it. The asphalt and concrete is rough, couple spots particularly around the pumps have a few-inch hard drops, harsh on the tires. The staff are difficult to communicate with, poor customer service. Lottery machine down part of the time and peculiar looking people will crowd in close to you when using it. Pumps are too often partially working, rarely printing receipts having to go inside to ask one of the shady clerks for a print, increasingly often not reading cards. ALWAYS LOCK YOUR DOORS caught people twice trying to open my car when I went in for a receipt. I finally personally blacklisted this site when I was nearly out of gas and no cardreader on the pumps was working, had to go inside to pay... it is a simple thing FILL UP THE TANK (very useful in tracking my gas mileage and fuel expense), but no option available except flat pre-pay and the clerk was openly rude and blunt about it, he got angry quickly. Got a partially filled tank, and given up on ever returning to this location again. read more

This gas station is by far the worst I have been to. First off when me and my friend walked in my friend was kicked out for not wearing a shirt, he was only not wearing one because it got wet and dirty and we were far away from home. Anyways, what harm does it do if someone isn't wearing a shirt in a store? Later I walked back in and I bought some snacks and went up to the cash register and I asked the cashier how much is an item loud and clearly and he proceeded to not answer me and scan the items. After I payed he asked if I wanted a bag I said sure and he dropped my drinks and dented them, I know this can be a mistake and can be understandable but he wasn't even trying to be nice at all or apologizing for dropping the drinks and he seemed like he wasn't even trying to not drop the drinks read more

I chose this location to fill my gas tank because it was slightly cheaper than the Shell station just up the road. I was surprised to find that there was a shared credit card machine for all of the pumps on my island. I'm used to the pumps that have an individual credit card swipe station per pump. It makes sense to do it this way for a company. Fewer swipe stations means less maintenance and cost. For the customer, it is a little less inconvenient since you have to walk a few feet away to the swipe station which may be in use by another before proceeding to fill your tank. I also stopped inside, and noticed the sign at the register that said credit card transactions had to be over a certain amount or incur an additional fee. Not very convenient, but I avoided the issue by paying with cash. read more

It's a typical Gas station. I choose this location because they always have a good price. If you pay cash, you get an even better price. It is easy location. The staff is semi friendly. It is clean. They are always stocked up. I just would double check the hot food dates. It can get busy on weekends or after 6pm. If you are coming from the South 1-5 you will turn left at the stop light in through the church and over to the gas station. read more

Their location by the Alderwood Mall was awful. I went about a month ago and all water reservoirs for cleaning windows were bone dry and full of receipts and other garbage, the attendant didn't care when I told him, receipts would not print, attendant looked angry that I dare ask him for one when they wouldn't print at the pump. read more

Cheap gas, but the kiosks are ALWAYS out of receipt paper; you have to go inside the store if you want a receipt. Also, the water reservoirs are always dry and full of garbage. The new Costco across the street is now a better option for gas. UPDATE: They have now installed new and better computer screens in the pumps; you can now get receipts printed at the pump instead of having to go inside the store. Still need to work on the water reservoirs, however. read more

This ARCO in Lynwood Is at the corner of Maple and Alderwood Parkway but comes up Ash and Alderwood Parkway on the Arco and YELP sites. Go figure it is a newer area where lots of construction is going on and new sites and streets are popping up. Some of the gas pumps here are slow, I mean slow slow! So much do that on a few occasions people actually avoided the pumps 1-6 which are really bad. Multiple strangers commented to each other. The station says credit cards welcome but it is for a higher price. Vick the cashier was nice to deal with. With 12 pumps and a relatively clean station on the way from the mall and hotels it is convenient, just pay cash. read more

I really wanted to put this up here and everywhere else I can. I swung into AM/PM Lynnwood/Ash Way by the alderwood mall early yesterda to get a few things milk, Krispy Kream Donuts and some candy. Well I got home opened up my donuts and ate a few my Mom did the same. They had a funny taste but I thought nothing of it figured with coffee maybe it wierded out my taste. we ate a few more nope she had the bag in her hand and started yelling my name I didnt want to look but I did it had black mold caked the donuts and some other Black nasty stuff. Well I tryed making myself puke no luck. Me and my mom got super sick throwing up crapping all night it was terriable today still sick stomach hurts bad from acid cramps and throwing up. I thought shit I am going to call them and let them know so they can pull them. So as hole awnsered the phone he was management I imformed him of what happened and he ask if I could bring him the donuts like he wanted to just get them back and cover the stores butt I hear a lady in the background say hey there was a lady last night whom had the same problem he cover the phone I could hear muffled voices then he got back on said can you bring back the donuts I will give you your money back. I said nope I asked if we need to goto the hospital will you guys cover it or can I call the district manager to see how to do that he said no and said all we can do is give you your money back if the donuts come with you super rude and ask nothing of me and my moms health or any support to anything but whats good for the am/pm store. So I just got off with the health department which were headed up there and we are going to goto hospital were severly dehydrated cramps in back stomach that are supper painful only thing that has subsided is the puking but if i move to fast it starts again.I recommend nobody goto this gas station not the type of buisness I will help by giving money to no way!!!!! read more

They have removed their card readers from the kiosks so you must go inside to pay with a card. The line was out the door as the employee had no idea what he was doing. The first kiosk I tried was out of order. The second wouldn't take my money. Waste of time. Very poorly maintained. Can't wait for this station to go out of business and someone who knows what they are doing moves in. read more
