Luckily, this place makes really good cookies too! I probably get half a dozen once every month or two. My favorites are the peanut butter cookie, fruity pebble, and oatmeal raisin (don't hate on oatmeal raisin it is undeserved). They usually have some sort of seasonal cookie or rotating flavor. I recently had the peppermint and red velvet cookies, both of which were very good. I would describe their cookies as large, flat, and chewy/soft. I'm usually a crunchy cookie person but these hit the spot. Service: (5/5) The store is pretty small, with just enough room for you to stand in front of the counter, so service is naturally really quick. They're always very nice though and I've never had any issues. Other notes: I believe they have a counter at the Everett Mall food court and they move to their own store down the street once the mall closes. I've only ever visited after mall hours though, but this is just what an employee told me a couple years back.

The play area has the crawler section for the littles that arent upright yet and I'd say 98% of the parents enforced the rule of no walkers in the baby baby section. You do have the handful of parents that jsut let their kids go wild and who also dont wesr socks themselves, but overall everyone is there for the same reasons and no one feels creepy. The coffee was pretty good, and a decent selection of pastries. They do have fries and chicken nuggets but definitely more for a kid's palette. If you're a remote working parent and have the kiddos home all day for winter break, this is a great spot to pop in so they can expend that energy while you work! The staff is friendly, the place is pretty clean, and they have some great jams playing. We will for sure be back as our little grows up!

I mentioned it being my first time and asked how the snack bar worked and they basically walked me through. You pay by cup size if going this route and you can fill the cup all the way. If you're nervous about choosing or downright indecisive, there are also handmade popsicles ready to go alongside scoops of ice cream offered. It's definitely not cheap but not absurd either. I wish there were more labels around everything like the toppings because it can feel bad to ask questions about half the offerings. Essentially you can start by picking a cup with a smoothie blend, shaved ice, ice cream, or fruit. You can also mix between these bigger items and then you can pick your toppings for either on bottom or on top of the cup. Toppings include fruits, generic candies, and Mexican candies.
