My go-to late night sweet treat spot. Definitely for the chewy cookie enjoyers. Food: (4/5) I really appreciate places nearby that are open past 8 or 9pm. Luckily, this place makes really good cookies too! I probably get half a dozen once every month or two. My favorites are the peanut butter cookie, fruity pebble, and oatmeal raisin (don't hate on oatmeal raisin it is undeserved). They usually have some sort of seasonal cookie or rotating flavor. I recently had the peppermint and red velvet cookies, both of which were very good. I would describe their cookies as large, flat, and chewy/soft. I'm usually a crunchy cookie person but these hit the spot. Service: (5/5) The store is pretty small, with just enough room for you to stand in front of the counter, so service is naturally really quick. They're always very nice though and I've never had any issues. Other notes: I believe they have a counter at the Everett Mall food court and they move to their own store down the street once the mall closes. I've only ever visited after mall hours though, but this is just what an employee told me a couple years back. read more

Oh, for yum. It's just a walkup counter and pay-and-go, but they are friendly and helpful. The cookies are fresh and delicious. They also have some unique, creative, and clever flavors--as well as the classics and some twists on the classics. Will definitely grab a dozen when we are in the area again. read more

I've stopped by the Midnight Cookie OG location in Seattle/Fremont several times and twice or thrice at the Everett site (10/28/20 & 3/17/24). Imagine large, freshly baked cookies available here daily 11am to 12 midnight! Others locations include downtown Seattle, Bellevue, Kirkland, and Redmond. The Edmonds one had closed permanently though. I had stopped in, warmly greeted by the counter person, and my half dozen takeout selection was nicely packaged up. I got two each of ginger molasses, oatmeal craisin, and peanut butter (6 for $15). If you sign up at any location point of sale (POS) system, you can accrue points towards future discounts and freebies. Convenient location off the main drag of Everett Mall Way with a decent sized, shared parking lot. read more

Midnight cookie you're gonna get a great review I walked in there the other day and got me a cookie. It was so warm and the chocolate chips just melted in my mouth. First of all, they should stop calling themselves Midnight Cookie. They were consistently closed early, Really should be called 9PM COOKIE CO. If your business model is supposed to be open late, then make enough inventory. They shouldn't market themselves as a late night snack place. If it's closed on door dash it means they ran out of cookies & closed early. We tried good chunk of the flavors, ratings below. Husband said Costco Oatmeal Raisin was way better! I do think they should offer more flavors & stop others because they didn't taste great. One pro is they do points (stars) with each order if you register your phone #. 3 stars is 1 free cookie. Not only are the cookies from here absolutely delicious, Andreas and his staff went above and beyond to iron out an internet snafu when my daughter's 8th birthday was early the next day and I had already committed to bringing these exact cookies to her party. Since the party was at an elementary school, I was given pretty strict instructions as to what I could bring. They had to be from a business and not from someone's home, and they could not contain certain allergens. My daughter REALLY wanted M&M cookies, but our local grocery store only had them with a peanut butter base. Of course, as a parent, you want to give your kids the moon and the stars, so I searched high and low for cookies to fit this bill, and finally stumbled across Midnight Cookie Co. I submitted my plan to the school and it was accepted and it felt like a done deal. Somehow, the order didn't go through correctly and I was left scrambling at the last minute. After being put in touch with the owner, he figured out how to get me the cookies on literally only a few hours notice. We received 30 M&M cookies (paid for 24), all individually wrapped, and I was able to print out the allergen information from Midnight's website and clip it to the bag in order to satisfy the school. The kids and teachers raved about how great they were, and luckily, there was ONE left over for me to have, too. read more

Great cookies! Been wanting to try them, they opened a lot of chain across the Cities. They have bundle deals. So, definitely get that. Not to mention that they have many different kinds of flavor to choose from. My fav kind is still the basic out of the basic... which is the chocolate chip cookie lol. Sometimes you just need a cookie. I stopped by right around the time Midnight Cookie opened, Austin was extremely helpful with explaining each cookie, the ingredients in the two vegan options, and made great suggestions based off of best sellers.Upon checking out Austin provided me with a stamp card, which I greatly appreciate. I went with the Oatmeal and vegan Chocolate Chip; both were reasonably priced and pretty good. If you love or just want a cookie I highly recommend, maybe stick with the best seller suggestions (Sweet & Salty, original chocolate chip, cookies n cream, and S'mores.) read more

Yum yum yum! Every time I search for "desserts" Midnight Cookie comes up and I think "is just one cookie enough?". It is! A midnight cookie cookie is special. There are quite a few flavors to choose from so I ordered a box of 6 with Smore's, cookies n creme, snickerdoodle, peanut butter choco chip, regular choco chips, sprinkles, and fruity pepples. Did you get all that? It's insane! Such good flavors and for only $10, I've been snacking on these for a few days, they're pretty big, sugary and satisfying. They also offer ice cream, milk and a few other treats for you there so yes, a cookie is a great dessert! read more

To the detriment of my health, I have eaten a LOT of cookies in my day. Some are too sweet, too salty, overcooked, too crispy on the edges, raw in the middle, bland all white sugar, etc. Having experienced all these, I am really impressed by Midnight's cookies they are amazing. Very fresh and soft, I recommend the fruity pebble and the s'more. read more

Whoa did they change something since moving to the mall?! We would come here every once in a while when they were still at their other Everett location and the cookies were always just okay. I would put them in the mediocre category but it was something sweet when we wanted a treat in the area. We got some today for the first time at the new location and I wasn't expecting much. But I was so surprised by how good it was! It was chewy and crispy on the edges. Exactly the texture I'd want for my cookies. They weren't overly sweet. It actually tasted like a quality cookie. 4 stars only because it's not like the best ever but still really good. There aren't a ton of good dessert options in the area so it's good to know that they've stepped up their game. It's kinda lame though that their hours aren't late and it's in the mall food court now. read more

Cookies n crème are the real reason they're still serving bomb cookies. I've tried others ( ie. birthday cake, chocolate chip, chocolate caramel pretzel, double choc chip, white choc chip macadamia, peanut butter etc) and those flavors are all comparable to your average Safeway giant cookies that are sold in two in the bakery for $2.99. But fortunately for these cookie geniuses, no one else has mastered (or attempted really) the cookies n crème cookie. That said, I will continue to pay 30$ for a dozen of your cookies n crème treats. PS super upset about the TEN whole dollar raise for 12 cookies. Two months ago it was 20$, I was totally taken back when my dozen cookies rang up at 30$. Yikes. Considering boycotting my favorite cookies until price goes back down. Perhaps even half way down, 25$ I can reason. But 30, although I have been paying it- I just can't justify continuing to do so. I like how Midnight Cookie is open late and good for a late night drive and activity. Unfortunately when I went they were out of a lot of types of cookies and icecream. It could be due to covid, not sure. I ordered a vegan icecream cookie sandwich. It came with 2 cookies and cream flavored vegan cookies. They told me they were out of vegan icecream, but I saw some in the back in small containers and asked about it. The staff noticed too and gave me a to go vegan icecream container, made from coconut milk and chocolate flavored. I thought it was alright, not the best cookies (to be fair, vegan cookies are hard to get right) and not a fan of the icecream. My review might be biased since I only tried the vegan options, maybe the ones with dairy are better. The staff was friendly and informative, and tons of parking outside. He seemed pretty distracted at times and confused about some things, like what he had available and not, but was a good guy. Might return, but not super impressed unfortunately. read more

Cookies are pretty good. They're big, chewy, and soft. This is a good thing because I do not like hard cookies. They maintain their chewiness even after several days of sitting in the box. I was given half the box of a dozen cookies to try. There was birthday cake, sweet and salty, chocolate chip, snickerdoodle, double chocolate chip, and a cookie that had poppyseeds. I think it was lemon poppyseed, but I couldn't really tell. My favorite was the double chocolate chip. It was extremely chocolatey but surprisingly not rich and over powering. If that was a lemon poppyseed cookie, I actually enjoyed that as well, because it wasn't extra sweet, just light and chewy, with a hint of tartness. read more

Seriously amazing cookies. It's crazy how focused this place is on just a couple things. Maybe it's 'cause they're so different. No place else seems to be involved in cookie and ice cream delivery at all, let alone so late into the evening. We came in for cookies ourselves, so I can't comment on the delivery aspect. They're in a little room in one of the strip malls, with a cookie case and an ice cream case and a couple tables. Most of the space seems devoted to the kitchen behind the counter. They sell single cookies, half dozens, and dozens. About a dozen different kinds of cookies, which bleed over into other well-known dessert items: They have a s'mores cookie, and a "cookies and cream" cookie. All the usual suspects are there--snickerdoodle, chocolate chip, oatmeal raisin, peanut butter, etc. They hit the favorites and then they throw some creative ideas at ya, too. We got a half dozen, with classic and off-the-wall recipes included. All were perfect; good-sized cookies that were soft and chewy. Perfectly baked. Prices were good, and the dude running the counter was super nice and a funny guy. He seemed to have a line all the time, with a nice mix of customers who wanted one of everything and then others who wrung their hands making up their minds forever. Pretty funny. read more

I was feeling a little adventurous today and ordered their "Mystery Box" which was in the display for a dozen cookies/$9.99 box. I figured hey, that's a great deal! Only to find out that there aren't 12 cookies, but 16 cookies in the box! Score! So I opened the box and it's all traditional, no speciality cookies. I got chocolate chip, double chocolate chip, oatmeal, cranberry raisin. The specialty cookies such as s'mores, m&m, or birthday weren't in the box but I figure, I got 16 cookies for $9.99, can't complain! As I was paying the gal noted at the register that none of my cookies contain nuts and she asked if I wanted a Mystery Box with nuts. I said yes, I love nuts! She looked and they were all nutless so she handed me over two fresh white chocolate macadamia cookies to take. She was so sweet! I am very pleased with the freshness and taste of the cookies. Must be very careful not to over indulge as these are sinfully sweet. Oh, and they also deliver with Grubhub! So if you're feeling a craving for something sweet and don't feel like driving, they will deliver fresh cookies to you! Awesome! read more

Most of my order was substituted and it was incomplete, as I ordered and paid for 14 cookies and only received 13. The cookies I received seemed to be fine, but I am disappointed that they made the substitutions without contact, since I ordered based on what household members like. Now household members are excluded because they don't like what we received. I wouldn't have placed the order in the first place if there wouldn't be something for everyone. read more

Confession: I'm not vegan. But if everything vegan in this world was as good as the Cookies & Cream cookie I had from Midnight Cookie I could possible be converted. It was sooooo good that I said - several times - "this can't possible be vegan." It was creamy, buttery, soft, seriously one of the most amazing cookies I've ever eaten (vegan or not). I don't know how they do it. Supposedly the secret is coconut oil. Well whatever it is, sign me up - 'cuz now I'm going to have to stop here pretty much every time I'm in Everett! read more

I put this on the wrong location I'm moving it here: The other day a young (only used to describe the person age doesn't matter to me) piercing thin girl was ringing me up and she was probably the rudest person I've ever dealt with. I told this girl she might want to rethink how she asks someone to wait outside in the future, because it's cold for one but for two it sounded aggressive. She said no. I said ok well maybe add a please. This was when she got an attitude and said she asked right the first time. I said ok no, we aren't arguing on being polite, and you're refusing I left and came back and gave her one more time to apologize, she refused. I told her i had bo problem complying my issue was her attitude, and said she could make it better at any time, but the very fact I said she was impolite triggered her hard-core. This girl was just so out of line. If you can't be bothered to say please, I mean come on and I only asked "do you mind if I ask why?" So the issue was not that I didn't want to comply and I was polite. I said "you might" want to re think how you phrase that next time. Not an order and respectful. Your attitude after numerous chances to dial down or check your attitude was out of line. She then said I'm not paid enough to sympathize and it's not her job to sympathize. I have never had someone so absurd to say this when asked to sympathize as it was cold and raining outside. She said this after I re explained myself a fifth time saying all I'm telling you is to sympathize and he polite it is not that hard. She just kept being aggressive and made what should have been an easy "oh hey sorry I didn't mean to be rude" convo into a big issue. Not cool. I want that apology, from her. read more

Omg I love this place! My husband and I get the 6 cookie set often. Their cookies are big so to be honest it's a lot for just two people. We love the variety and fun flavors (fruity pebbles!). It's so nice being able to order yummy cookies late at night. Highly recommend. read more

We're both omnivores who eat a fair amount of plant-based fare for health reasons (I have allergies and intolerances, she's heeding doctor's advice). To be clear, this is a cafe, not a full blown restaurant. They serve luncheon fare, but it's a small operation so be either patient to don't bother - especially if there's a line. It's counter ordering with payment expected in advance. The tables closest to the window are a *little* harrowing because of the ADA ramp that leads to the door: the closest chairs can teeter down the ramp if the chairs are pushed back too far. Be careful. There are huge, regular, and small tables available. The biggest table is a little tricky to navigate for folks who want to sit in the booth side, but once seated it's quite lovely. I ordered the Pesto Pasta (involving zoodles: zucchini noodles) and a Sun Juice. My friend ordered the Grilled Cheese and Bisque. Please note: it's worth looking around this place while waiting for your food. You can conceivably get your own water, napkins and cutlery if you walk far enough along the counter towards the back of the restaurant. Back there, you may also notice a single-occupancy restroom and bins for bussing your own dishes. The Sun Juice arrived first, freshly blended, and was delicious. If that's what their juice is like, I look forward to exploring their smoothie offerings. My pasta arrived looking BEAUTIFUL on a bed of spinach, and smelled just as good. It tasted a teensy bit more of salt than I would've liked, but then I speared a sun dried tomato with my next bite and remembered that I'm not a food critic, just a happy customer. Although I'm not generally a fan of zoodles, they seemed to have the art of cooking them down pat: they didn't distract from the pesto at all. The bisque had an artful design of (coconut? cashew?) cream on top. My friend was delighted to note that it was a bit of spice to it: nothing challenging, but just enough for her to find comforting. Given the light and airy look of the inside and the rather rustic / flower-child look of the outside, she was not expecting that surprise. She was so impressed with the grilled cheese sandwich that she offered me a bite: we were both quite impressed with the "cheese" they used, as the item was listed as vegan on the menu. As a service industry person myself, I wouldnt be so quick to offer an inside table instead of being minutely inconvenienced (we offered to move the table ourselves as well to be helpful), with a couple of 2-tops outside and 2 inside - they were not busy.
