Love this cookie shop! It was the perfect texture, chewy and I kept wanting to eat more. It was also the perfect amount of sweetness, I don't enjoy it when cookies are too dense or heavy where you feel like you'll get a cavity after.

I love midnight cookies so much! I can't get enough of them and am so lucky to have 2 locations close to me. My favorite cookies right now are .... Strawberry: light fluffy soft cookie with strawberry and white chocolate flavor Sweet and salty: I think I taste a Heath bar and some salt in there Birthday cake: yummy sugar cookie with sprinkles Fruit pebbles: taste like cereal milk with crunchy fruity pebbly cereals

Great cookies! Been wanting to try them, they opened a lot of chain across the Cities. They have bundle deals. So, definitely get that. Not to mention that they have many different kinds of flavor to choose from. My fav kind is still the basic out of the basic... which is the chocolate chip cookie lol. Overall, give it a try!

Sometimes you just need a cookie. I stopped by right around the time Midnight Cookie opened, Austin was extremely helpful with explaining each cookie, the ingredients in the two vegan options, and made great suggestions based off of best sellers.Upon checking out Austin provided me with a stamp card, which I greatly appreciate. I went with the Oatmeal and vegan Chocolate Chip; both were reasonably priced and pretty good. If you love or just want a cookie I highly recommend, maybe stick with the best seller suggestions (Sweet & Salty, original chocolate chip, cookies n cream, and S'mores.)

Absolutely amazing! I was having a really rough week with COVID Paranoia, innocent Black men being murdered, rioting scares, and then my grandpa died. So I decided to do a little self care and get myself my a little treat. This place was beyond delicious! I got the chef special which was cereal and milk ! So yummy! Follow my IG @homecheftea

Vegan Cookies and Cream Cookie Sandwich with Vegan Chocolate Half Pint (made with coconut milk)

I like how Midnight Cookie is open late and good for a late night drive and activity. Unfortunately when I went they were out of a lot of types of cookies and icecream. It could be due to covid, not sure. I ordered a vegan icecream cookie sandwich. It came with 2 cookies and cream flavored vegan cookies. They told me they were out of vegan icecream, but I saw some in the back in small containers and asked about it. The staff noticed too and gave me a to go vegan icecream container, made from coconut milk and chocolate flavored. I thought it was alright, not the best cookies (to be fair, vegan cookies are hard to get right) and not a fan of the icecream. My review might be biased since I only tried the vegan options, maybe the ones with dairy are better. The staff was friendly and informative, and tons of parking outside. He seemed pretty distracted at times and confused about some things, like what he had available and not, but was a good guy. Might return, but not super impressed unfortunately.

Cookies are pretty good. They're big, chewy, and soft. This is a good thing because I do not like hard cookies. They maintain their chewiness even after several days of sitting in the box. I was given half the box of a dozen cookies to try. There was birthday cake, sweet and salty, chocolate chip, snickerdoodle, double chocolate chip, and a cookie that had poppyseeds. I think it was lemon poppyseed, but I couldn't really tell. My favorite was the double chocolate chip. It was extremely chocolatey but surprisingly not rich and over powering. If that was a lemon poppyseed cookie, I actually enjoyed that as well, because it wasn't extra sweet, just light and chewy, with a hint of tartness.

Tasty cookies served in a generous portion. The double chocolate was the standout flavor. Cookies were even good two days later.

In short It's a quiet little hole in the wall. Okay, right?…read moreIt's also an influencer-driven phenomenon like Everett sees only rarely, if ever. Incredible lineup of breads and pastries in the Kurdish tradition. In long I must've driven by this place 50 times at the very least over the last few years. I never had the slightest idea what was happening back here. Cookies, Mexican, Central American, Filipino, taking my lovely bride to get her nails done, I've been in this parking lot at least monthly since they opened. It took influencer reels to finally get me in. Yeah, I'm dumb. It's the farthest-back corner in a sprawling strip mall, mixed in with at least a dozen other sprawling strip malls on a 6-lane road by the big mall. Lots of chain businesses. You can't assume that every place through here oozes character, but this one does. Inside, it's a couple chairs, a couple pastry cases, a little shelving, and hundreds of square feet of kitchen behind that. Multiple big ovens. Maybe half a dozen folks working away. Super friendly happy vibe, though I personally don't speak the language. Saturday afternoon I came in after a reel blew up online. Turns out they had a line out the door earlier that day. Gorgeous sunny weekend, everybody with free time came in. There were like 6 cookies left. In the whole place. Bakers were doing nothing but cleaning by that point. After I saw the video of dozens of people in line (on their Insta), I scrolled down a bit and saw that dude's baking videos with his kid get up to and beyond a million likes. For a little bakery. In Everett WA. Forgive me for not knowing this was even possible. Anyway, those cookies. Brownie cookies with a dollop of cream frosting in the middle. So damn good. A little crisp outside, soft and chewy inside. This isn't even something they list on their website and it's one of the better cookies I've had. Evidently they just throw it in the case as a special when the spirit moves 'em. This morning I thought I solved the puzzle. Went in right after they opened. On a school day. Nope. They had pita, croissants, and 3 pieces of baklava. I got some of each, including all the baklava. Expecting it all to rock at least as hard as those cookies. I had my eye on 3 or 4 other things from their website, but dude said they got crushed on a MONDAY MORNING and sold out of a bunch of stuff. Okay. Challenge accepted. I gotta keep coming back with my fingers crossed, I guess. lol

It tasted like they used European butter, because it had a slightly fermented tang which I have only had in French bakeries in Seattle and I absolutely love. My friend moved to downtown Everett last year and is still exploring the area. She told me about…read morethe vegan joint nearby that she hadn't been to yet. We're both omnivores who eat a fair amount of plant-based fare for health reasons (I have allergies and intolerances, she's heeding doctor's advice). To be clear, this is a cafe, not a full blown restaurant. They serve luncheon fare, but it's a small operation so be either patient to don't bother - especially if there's a line. It's counter ordering with payment expected in advance. The tables closest to the window are a *little* harrowing because of the ADA ramp that leads to the door: the closest chairs can teeter down the ramp if the chairs are pushed back too far. Be careful. There are huge, regular, and small tables available. The biggest table is a little tricky to navigate for folks who want to sit in the booth side, but once seated it's quite lovely. I ordered the Pesto Pasta (involving zoodles: zucchini noodles) and a Sun Juice. My friend ordered the Grilled Cheese and Bisque. Please note: it's worth looking around this place while waiting for your food. You can conceivably get your own water, napkins and cutlery if you walk far enough along the counter towards the back of the restaurant. Back there, you may also notice a single-occupancy restroom and bins for bussing your own dishes. The Sun Juice arrived first, freshly blended, and was delicious. If that's what their juice is like, I look forward to exploring their smoothie offerings. My pasta arrived looking BEAUTIFUL on a bed of spinach, and smelled just as good. It tasted a teensy bit more of salt than I would've liked, but then I speared a sun dried tomato with my next bite and remembered that I'm not a food critic, just a happy customer. Although I'm not generally a fan of zoodles, they seemed to have the art of cooking them down pat: they didn't distract from the pesto at all. The bisque had an artful design of (coconut? cashew?) cream on top. My friend was delighted to note that it was a bit of spice to it: nothing challenging, but just enough for her to find comforting. Given the light and airy look of the inside and the rather rustic / flower-child look of the outside, she was not expecting that surprise. She was so impressed with the grilled cheese sandwich that she offered me a bite: we were both quite impressed with the "cheese" they used, as the item was listed as vegan on the menu. My friend kept whining that she's doomed, as they're close to where she lives *and* they deliver. Oh, yeah - poor her, indeed. Alas, alack, and so on.
