I could smell Cinnabon from the east Alderwood Mall entrance as I stepped through the doors this morning, Thursday 9 October 2025. The ordering and seating areas were welcoming and clean. Looking over the displayed menu, I opted for a classic Cinnabon roll. The worker behind the counter was friendly and my cash payment was accepted. The roll came in its own box and was warm. Texturally the roll was soft with the center of the roll the softest part. I preferred the exterior of the roll texturally, slightly firmer, and flavor wise, more of a cream cheese/cream flavor. Too much cinnamon in the center of the roll for me. I found the serving size satisfying. Starting and ending my eating of the roll with the exterior helped balance out the cinnamon in the center. read more

This establishment practices tip shaming. I paid by card and was stared down while I chose my tip. I ordered two cinnamon buns nothing more or less. Really great service. I believe the associates name was Cara and they shared they just started. They rung me up for a one small Cinnabon and a gooey warmed up Cinnabon made up of the inside of the layers in a cup. The multitasking was outstanding and as someone who worked in the service industry I really appreciate this hard work. The Cinnabon is nostalgic, decadent and bursting with flavors of sweet and savory. I love the icing and the cinnamon is never overpowering. I love that I can pick any fast food restaurant and a Cinnabon is a perfect desert. I also enjoy the various sizes as I believed one regular Cinnabon is up there in calories. Asked for a four pack and was given a pre packaged box to go. When I got home to unbox the rolls they were nothing like what was being sold. They were more like stale bread and not the wonderful doughy, packed with the cinnamon rolls like what they were selling individually. Bait and switch for multi packs? What a ripoff. read more

I haven't had.a cinnamon roll in a very long time, so I decided to order from this Cinnabon location. These cinnamon rolls definitely cured my craving, and made me want to order more. The classic cinnamon roll was delicious, but the caramel pecanbon cinnamon roll was out of this world delicious; both rolls are amazing, so you can't go wrong ordering either roll, or both. It was a time for me to go shop for winter clothing, so I visited Alderwood Mall in Lynnwood.  In the middle of shopping, I was a bit hungry and looked for a place inside the mall to grab a small bite.  As I've already tried almost all the places in the food court area, I looked for something new elsewhere. That's Cinnabon!  I never knew till now that Cinnabon actually exists in the mall.  It is located nearby the lego store and old Sears building.  As the Sears got shut down, the area around the old Sears seemed a bit slower than it used to be.  But that's where you can find the Cinnabon inside the mall anyway. Although it was a bit difficult to locate the store, it has been well managed by following the State's safety protocol.  The store is very clean with friendly staff greeting customers!  I ordered a box of BonBites that comes with 4 small cinnamon rolls.  The staff also asked whether I'd want the rolls to heat up in an oven, and of course, I said "Yes."  BonBites were sweet and delicious. read more

Worst Cinnabon I've had. I usually love Cinnabon, but the one I had at this location was terrible. Hard and had nearly no frosting. Definitely not coming back. Waste of money. The cashier on 8/23/2023 was friendly though. Wish I hadn't driven home before eating. I know how to reheat a cinnamon roll. I've been eating Cinnabons for 15 years or so. I ordered a cinnamon bun from DoorDash because I broke my leg and couldn't drive. I had been watching a cooking show where they were making cinnamon rolls and I had a craving. I don't know if it was because of the time it took to get to my house or because the quality was lacking, but I have to say the roll was super dry. I ordered extra frosting and that was definitely worth it. I'd love to know if anyone has had a cinnamon roll while they were at the shop recently and if the quality is better when you order it fresh. read more

It's Cinnabon, how could you not love it? You really can't walk by without that amazing smell hitting you and it always sucks us in. We've never had a bad cinnamon roll from this location. They're always gooey and fresh. We love coming on Tuesday's when they have sales on their 6 packs - I think it's around $12 for 6 full sized cinnamon rolls. Cinnabon is the best! After you've had one, no other cinnamon roll you eat for the rest of your life will compare. I love these. I don't eat them often, but they've always been a part of Alderwood mall and are a super indulgent treat. I like that they offer more than just rolls, too. Lots of sweet drinks to choose from. Always get extra frosting. Always. The frosting here is one of a kind. Cream cheese melty goo of the gods. I highly recommend ordering a center rather than a whole roll. It's cheaper, less filler of bread, and more of the sticky cinnamon center and frosting. The center piece comes in a hassle free cup and like I said it's more of the good stuff and less of the extra calorie filler!!! read more

Cinnabon is one of my favorite treats that takes me back to my childhood, usually I have a pleasant experience today begin that way with the cashier very pleasant , she gave me everything I asked for with a smile. I order a large bun with walnuts I asked the cashier for the goo that comes off of the bun as she was putting it , a gal who might have been a lead rudely interrupted our interaction with a stern tone and told the young lady she would have to wash the utensils she used because they touch the nuts on my bun . I called her over to explain the customer service impact and that she should most definitely coached her team out of the customers hearing but instead she justified her actions and said her line need to know because people could seize up etc .. I told her I understand the severity of allergies but I still don't need to be apart of what was an embarrassing display of discipline . No thanks I paid my money to this franchise not to feel like I'm getting someone in trouble for giving me what I paid for. read more

My service was awful. I came around closing time and the ladies working were extremely rude to me and my friend. They still had 10 mini cinnabons left and two middle of the rolls. I ordered one middle of the roll and my friend was in line behind me. They asked if I wanted mine warmed up and I said yea. It was not warm it was about as cold as a lake in the summer. After that my friend went to order and they wouldn't acknowledge her. After we said something they said they were closed and didn't have anything to sell even though there was more food still ready. As I stared down the 10 remaining cinnamon rolls in the pan, I was very shocked to be informed that they were all out, as I kept staring I was shocked. I am extremely disappointed with the service I got there, and won't be going back to that establishment. read more

I am surprised no one left reviews for this place yet. You can't walk past this place in alderwood mall without smelling the glorious smell of cinnamon. The cinnamon rolls are made perfect, fresh, soft and has perfect amount of sweetness. There are a couple tables in here where you can sit down and eat. This place always has great service. read more

Cinnabon has the best cinnamon rolls! I tried others that come close but cannot quite compare. I had a craving so I stopped by this morning before it got busy. The store and clean and the employee there was very friendly. Cinnabon tends to be quite pricey ($5 for a classic roll), which is why I docked a star. It is still nice to splurge sometimes and get a good roll. :) read more

As we walked through the food court in the mall, my son stopped in his tracks at the sight of the big cupcake display. Now, if you know my son, you would also know the meltdown that would follow if I kept on walking. So I asked the guy there how much the little baby cupcakes were and he said they don't sell it, it's basically free when you buy a big cupcake. He must have noticed my crestfallen look (there was no way I was going to infuse my son with all the sugar of a giant cupcake) - so he told me he would just give them to me as samples. Whole mini cupcakes as samples? 5* for that. Minus 2* just because I make better cupcakes. read more
