Made differently than original cinnabon. Day old bread texture and more like cheap grocery store style but overpriced!
    Ellen S.

Asked for a four pack and was given a pre packaged box to go. When I got home to unbox the rolls they were nothing like what was being sold. They were more like stale bread and not the wonderful doughy, packed with the cinnamon rolls like what they were selling individually. Bait and switch for multi packs? What a ripoff.

I picked up a snack and mocha while I was shopping at the mall and my experience was good. The service was efficient and friendly, it seemed clean and tidy, and the mocha was rich. The cookie was good too, but for some reason I wasn't expecting a cinnamon roll-center and it just took me by surprise

I haven't had.a cinnamon roll in a very long time, so I decided to order from this Cinnabon location. These cinnamon rolls definitely cured my craving, and made me want to order more. The classic cinnamon roll was delicious, but the caramel pecanbon cinnamon roll was out of this world delicious; both rolls are amazing, so you can't go wrong ordering either roll, or both. This is a great Cinnabon location, I highly recommend ordering from here.

It was a time for me to go shop for winter clothing, so I visited Alderwood Mall in Lynnwood.  In the middle of shopping, I was a bit hungry and looked for a place inside the mall to grab a small bite.  As I've already tried almost all the places in the food court area, I looked for something new elsewhere. That's Cinnabon!  I never knew till now that Cinnabon actually exists in the mall.  It is located nearby the lego store and old Sears building.  As the Sears got shut down, the area around the old Sears seemed a bit slower than it used to be.  But that's where you can find the Cinnabon inside the mall anyway. Although it was a bit difficult to locate the store, it has been well managed by following the State's safety protocol.  The store is very clean with friendly staff greeting customers!  I ordered a box of BonBites that comes with 4 small cinnamon rolls.  The staff also asked whether I'd want the rolls to heat up in an oven, and of course, I said "Yes."  BonBites were sweet and delicious.

    Not worth $7

Worst Cinnabon I've had. I usually love Cinnabon, but the one I had at this location was terrible. Hard and had nearly no frosting. Definitely not coming back. Waste of money. The cashier on 8/23/2023 was friendly though. Wish I hadn't driven home before eating. I know how to reheat a cinnamon roll. I've been eating Cinnabons for 15 years or so. This was the first time I've had one that was hard.

It's Cinnabon, how could you not love it? You really can't walk by without that amazing smell hitting you and it always sucks us in. We've never had a bad cinnamon roll from this location. They're always gooey and fresh. We love coming on Tuesday's when they have sales on their 6 packs - I think it's around $12 for 6 full sized cinnamon rolls. You can get extra little cups of frosting and 100% do it! Their lemonade is also surprisingly good!

Center. It's less roll, more filling :)
    Catherine M.

Cinnabon is the best! After you've had one, no other cinnamon roll you eat for the rest of your life will compare. I love these. I don't eat them often, but they've always been a part of Alderwood mall and are a super indulgent treat. I like that they offer more than just rolls, too. Lots of sweet drinks to choose from. Always get extra frosting. Always. The frosting here is one of a kind. Cream cheese melty goo of the gods. I highly recommend ordering a center rather than a whole roll. It's cheaper, less filler of bread, and more of the sticky cinnamon center and frosting. The center piece comes in a hassle free cup and like I said it's more of the good stuff and less of the extra calorie filler!!!

the inside of a styrofoam container

I've been enjoying Cinnabon for a long time, whenever I went to Alderwood mall , I always stopped at Cinnabon to get it. Today I purchased 4 rolls in a box. But the box was weird today. It was a lunch box. The box makes me feel like to eat leftover bread though it couldn't even. She, cashier, didn't say anything about the package. My family ate some of them, and very unhappy. Outside of the box, numbers are written, they are 3 and 4,, what's the meaning?

    A classic.

Just outstanding everytime! Perfect balance of cinnamon, sugar and whatever "secret" ingredients they put in with an excellent texture and sweetness.

I have visited for takeout, dined onsite solo, or with others. It was really nice to receive a generous gift card from other family members. Interior pretty much has stayed the same, with some addition of merch, and plushies on a front bench by the entrance. Your attention will be drawn to their pastry case. Pro tip: make sure to show up in the morning for better selection for both sweet and savory items. Their pastries are baked fresh onsite, but I've made the mistake of showing up midday and towards closing and their pastry case would be slim pickings. They also have a great variety of beverages available too. Espresso, teas, and milk teas as examples. The mocha has improved, very coffee forward and not cloyingly sweet. Just needs to be hotter temp wise, but that's just me. My favorite go tos has been variable depending on availability, but recent visits have been their ham and cheese croissants. I greatly appreciate the offer to have it warmed up if dining onsite. It's just a strange pairing to place such tasty pastries on a paper plate and then provided flatware, knife & fork or just a fork. I appreciate that this indie bakeshop & cafe has been going strong and steady since 2016, so coming up on a decade! Flying under the radar, but iykyk this is a popular destination. An added star and definitely recommended whether for takeout or enjoyed onsite!

I'm not sure if it's because something changed on the side of the bakery (maybe recipe or personnel changes?) or on my side, having tried more bakeries around the area. On our last visit we bought two loaves of bread to accompany a butter tasting. Both loaves I found to be not nearly as high quality as I remember previously. Pane Bello ($9) - The crust basically doesn't exist in this bread. It's soft and leathery and doesn't give that satisfying crispness of a well baked bread. The interior, while having good crumb structure, is particularly dry and almost crumbly. The taste is mild, perfect for pairing with higher end butters. (3/5) Parmesan Black Pepper Sourdough ($9) - This batard has similar texture as compared to the Pane Bello. It has the addition of plenty of black pepper baked inside, spaced out rather evenly, allowing a peppery bite every time. There's salty and fatty parmesan baked on top, giving a caramelized salty umami. It definitely has more flavor than the Pane Bello, but suffers from the same textural issues. (3/5) We purchased both loaves at 10AM on a Sunday morning and they were consumed within 2.5 hours, so I don't think it's an issue with storage. I ate a bit of their regular foccacia at a work event too. It has a good crispy exterior and is salted well on the top. Unfortunately the interior isn't the best, having a really dense, chewy crumb. I'm honestly not sure what happened. I really loved The Cottage when I first moved here 1.5 years ago. Now? I have a number of bakeries I'd choose over here in a heartbeat.

My mocha was decent, the pain au chocolat was fresh, good flavor and texture, despite being pretty hollow. They have pretty typical Korean bakery fare and pricing seems to be just a bit higher than competitors, probably somewhere around a 10% premium compared to similar family owned bakeries. On my visit I got two pastries to try: Soboro Cream ($3.49) - Instead of a delicately crackly cookie crust, this bun has a much softer, almost moist topping, which may be due to them placing the bread in the packaging before being fully cooled off, allowing the bun to steam too much. There's a bunch of sweetened stabilized cream inside that's sweet and oily. The bread itself is kind of dry and crumbly, either not a typical milk bread recipe or perhaps it had been sitting on the shelf for too long. (2/5) Corn Mochi ($5.99) - This comes with six pieces. The corn mochi has a nice chewy tapioca flour base. There's black sesame sprinkled throughout giving a burst of nutty flavor. I expected to see whole corn kernels baked inside but I think they just use corn flour in the dough. It's way less sweet than the soboro. Texturewise, the inside is bouncy while the outside has a harder baked crust. (4/5) Overall Le Bon Patisserie is a pretty average Asian grocery store-paired bakery. It's more of a place to buy bread for convenience rather than anything special, but it does the job decently well.

I should have saved a screenshot, but for once, I trusted the system but the system failed. Anyway, I was hoping for the best when I entered, since we did have a credit card charge notification. Anyway, two staff members are at the front, though only one was working the register ringing up pastries and taking orders for drinks, etc. After standing in line for a second, I decided to be bold, left the line, and approached the other staff member saying I am picking up a cake order. She asked for order number. Yikes, I do not have that. After some back and forward and I asked if she can look up by my name, she said no. When I repeated two cakes and told her what they were, she said, "Did you say two cakes?" I almost wanted to laugh, since I have said it about ten times by then. My order must have been the only one with two cakes because she suddenly found it and even asked me to verify my name. Magical, they do have my name after all. I decided not to ding the rating since their search is locked to order number. I suspect she scrolled through screens to find the order. Although picking up the cakes were borderline sweat-inducing, both cakes turned out to be winners for the party of eleven people. Statistically, nine out of eleven are classic Americans who have never had Taiwanese cakes or lower sweetness cakes.
