The only problem with this place is that there is possibly too much ice cream on their cones! The ice cream was good and cold, creamy and flavorful. I had the spumoni. The waffle cone was fresh. I'm not sure where you could get a better deal.

Stopped by for ice cream. Was delicious and waffle cone light and not dense. Great little find. About 12 different flavors.

Very good ice cream, although the young lady had a very flat personality...with all customers.

Yummy ice cream. The waffle cones are made onsite. A few tables inside and outside. Clean place. Right next to the fruit/vegetable stand.

Huge $4.50 cones! Not a wide selection of flavors but the quality is good and the portion size really spoiled my dinner.

This was my first visit to The Creamery in Marysville earlier this Sunday morning (1/11/26)…read more It is located off of State and Grant where there are several other businesses and adjacent to a Safeway and Safeway fuel station. I was able to find parking right out front. There were several people socializing outside and various parties seated inside. There is a large main dining area, as well as, additional seating off to the side from the entrance. Decent natural light, assorted seating configurations, and very clean. Upon entry, one sees the pastry case filled with fresh baked items, including items that are noted as gluten free. I glanced and didn't see anything savory for breakfast during this visit, but selected a giant cherry danish for The Homie. When I arrived at home, I measured the widest diameter, it was seven inches across, which was pretty impressive. There are also spigots for self serve ice cream and frozen yogurt against one wall. There is quite the vast assortment of toppings to customize your frozen treat. I'm sure this place is very crowded during warmer months. I also got a 16oz mocha, no whip, to go. Featured coffee roasts are from Whidbey Coffee. Very welcoming counter person/barista, who crafted a very tasty mocha. This kept me warm later while I waited in line at another business further down State. Great indie cafe destination since 2016. Took me a decade to check out The Creamery. But better late, than never.

Luckily, this place makes really good cookies too! I probably get half a dozen once every month or two. My favorites are the peanut butter cookie, fruity pebble, and oatmeal raisin (don't hate on oatmeal raisin it is undeserved). They usually have some sort of seasonal cookie or rotating flavor. I recently had the peppermint and red velvet cookies, both of which were very good. I would describe their cookies as large, flat, and chewy/soft. I'm usually a crunchy cookie person but these hit the spot. Service: (5/5) The store is pretty small, with just enough room for you to stand in front of the counter, so service is naturally really quick. They're always very nice though and I've never had any issues. Other notes: I believe they have a counter at the Everett Mall food court and they move to their own store down the street once the mall closes. I've only ever visited after mall hours though, but this is just what an employee told me a couple years back.

Not overly sweet either and it really tastes like the real stuff, no sugar added -- I tried the watermelon and LOVED it, like real watermelon! Staff is crazy friendly and willing to help out. I mentioned it being my first time and asked how the snack bar worked and they basically walked me through. You pay by cup size if going this route and you can fill the cup all the way. If you're nervous about choosing or downright indecisive, there are also handmade popsicles ready to go alongside scoops of ice cream offered. It's definitely not cheap but not absurd either. I wish there were more labels around everything like the toppings because it can feel bad to ask questions about half the offerings. Essentially you can start by picking a cup with a smoothie blend, shaved ice, ice cream, or fruit. You can also mix between these bigger items and then you can pick your toppings for either on bottom or on top of the cup. Toppings include fruits, generic candies, and Mexican candies. They had some delicious looking ice cream flavors. They also give away food, very wholesome and supportive of the community. I think that deserves an extra callout and rating point. Oh, there are also a bunch of board games and a foosball table in the center of the room. What a fun hangout spot!

My friend moved to downtown Everett last year and is still exploring the area. She told me about…read morethe vegan joint nearby that she hadn't been to yet. We're both omnivores who eat a fair amount of plant-based fare for health reasons (I have allergies and intolerances, she's heeding doctor's advice). To be clear, this is a cafe, not a full blown restaurant. They serve luncheon fare, but it's a small operation so be either patient to don't bother - especially if there's a line. It's counter ordering with payment expected in advance. The tables closest to the window are a *little* harrowing because of the ADA ramp that leads to the door: the closest chairs can teeter down the ramp if the chairs are pushed back too far. Be careful. There are huge, regular, and small tables available. The biggest table is a little tricky to navigate for folks who want to sit in the booth side, but once seated it's quite lovely. I ordered the Pesto Pasta (involving zoodles: zucchini noodles) and a Sun Juice. My friend ordered the Grilled Cheese and Bisque. Please note: it's worth looking around this place while waiting for your food. You can conceivably get your own water, napkins and cutlery if you walk far enough along the counter towards the back of the restaurant. Back there, you may also notice a single-occupancy restroom and bins for bussing your own dishes. The Sun Juice arrived first, freshly blended, and was delicious. If that's what their juice is like, I look forward to exploring their smoothie offerings. My pasta arrived looking BEAUTIFUL on a bed of spinach, and smelled just as good. It tasted a teensy bit more of salt than I would've liked, but then I speared a sun dried tomato with my next bite and remembered that I'm not a food critic, just a happy customer. Although I'm not generally a fan of zoodles, they seemed to have the art of cooking them down pat: they didn't distract from the pesto at all. The bisque had an artful design of (coconut? cashew?) cream on top. My friend was delighted to note that it was a bit of spice to it: nothing challenging, but just enough for her to find comforting. Given the light and airy look of the inside and the rather rustic / flower-child look of the outside, she was not expecting that surprise. She was so impressed with the grilled cheese sandwich that she offered me a bite: we were both quite impressed with the "cheese" they used, as the item was listed as vegan on the menu. My friend kept whining that she's doomed, as they're close to where she lives *and* they deliver. Oh, yeah - poor her, indeed. Alas, alack, and so on.
