Went in to grab a couple of bones while in town. Cookie dough for the kid, huckleberry for me. Yum!

This was my first visit to The Creamery in Marysville earlier this Sunday morning (1/11/26)…read more It is located off of State and Grant where there are several other businesses and adjacent to a Safeway and Safeway fuel station. I was able to find parking right out front. There were several people socializing outside and various parties seated inside. There is a large main dining area, as well as, additional seating off to the side from the entrance. Decent natural light, assorted seating configurations, and very clean. Upon entry, one sees the pastry case filled with fresh baked items, including items that are noted as gluten free. I glanced and didn't see anything savory for breakfast during this visit, but selected a giant cherry danish for The Homie. When I arrived at home, I measured the widest diameter, it was seven inches across, which was pretty impressive. There are also spigots for self serve ice cream and frozen yogurt against one wall. There is quite the vast assortment of toppings to customize your frozen treat. I'm sure this place is very crowded during warmer months. I also got a 16oz mocha, no whip, to go. Featured coffee roasts are from Whidbey Coffee. Very welcoming counter person/barista, who crafted a very tasty mocha. This kept me warm later while I waited in line at another business further down State. Great indie cafe destination since 2016. Took me a decade to check out The Creamery. But better late, than never.

It's very warm and inviting, the place just screams out "order something and hang out for awhile." There was quite a few people when we went and one person working, she handled all of us with grace. Would definitely come back for a family date.

It is a great lunch spot for those who are biking (or in our case, e-biking) along the trail. We all had burgers of one form or another - we ordered at the counter and then waited outside at a shaded picnic table. The burgers were large, delicious, and a bit messy. Fries were great, with very generous portions. I'm sure there are other great places to eat in Arlington, but we've done the bike stop here twice and we'll certainly continue to do so.

It was so crowded! The service itself wasn't great which is saying something given there are no servers. You wait in line and order at the front, then you find a table (if you're lucky) and they bring the food out to you. Last Saturday, our cashier was a young blonde female and she genuinely seemed miserable. An incredibly unwelcoming presence and that followed with similar service by the rest of the staff. It was odd given the very minimal interactions most people probably have with the staff to begin with. The food is good. If you want a burger and fries and some huge onion rings, this is your place. It's not an out of this world burger and definitely not a place I'd recommend because of the food itself but the atmosphere. It's really what makes this restaurant so fun. It wasn't the food and definitely not the customer service for me. It was the atmosphere. Therefore, I probably won't go back. Food service is one of the hardest jobs in my opinion and I don't want to ever take my family and friend back to a place where I felt like an inconvenience just ordering my food. Disappointing and at the same time, check it out. Maybe it'll be different when you go. I'm hoping so!

It's a full-on sensory sugar assault: bright colors, candy EVERYWHERE, toys you've never seen before and the kind of chaotic joy that makes kids lose their minds and adults question their life choices. My son and I got the rainbow shaved ice, which looked like it had been hand-painted by unicorns. I'll be honest--I didn't expect much. I was correct. It wasn't bad, but it's not the fluffy snowball magic of Hawaiian shave ice. Think: a Mount Rainier snowball that's been doused in 1000% syrup and then bubble burst balls as boulders filled with sugar My kid? He was in heaven. I think he ascended.
