I put this on the wrong location I'm moving it here: The other day a young (only used to describe the person age doesn't matter to me) piercing thin girl was ringing me up and she was probably the rudest person I've ever dealt with. I told this girl she might want to rethink how she asks someone to wait outside in the future, because it's cold for one but for two it sounded aggressive. She said no. I said ok well maybe add a please. This was when she got an attitude and said she asked right the first time. I said ok no, we aren't arguing on being polite, and you're refusing I left and came back and gave her one more time to apologize, she refused. I told her i had bo problem complying my issue was her attitude, and said she could make it better at any time, but the very fact I said she was impolite triggered her hard-core. This girl was just so out of line. If you can't be bothered to say please, I mean come on and I only asked "do you mind if I ask why?" So the issue was not that I didn't want to comply and I was polite. I said "you might" want to re think how you phrase that next time. Not an order and respectful. Your attitude after numerous chances to dial down or check your attitude was out of line. She then said I'm not paid enough to sympathize and it's not her job to sympathize. I have never had someone so absurd to say this when asked to sympathize as it was cold and raining outside. She said this after I re explained myself a fifth time saying all I'm telling you is to sympathize and he polite it is not that hard. She just kept being aggressive and made what should have been an easy "oh hey sorry I didn't mean to be rude" convo into a big issue. Not cool. I want that apology, from her. read more

First, it's amazing that this place is open late. Great for a treat after a movie or game nearby. I've been to Daddy Riese of ice cream sandwich fame in L.A. a couple times and I'd say that this surpasses it because of the quality of the cookie. I wish they would really do this shop up visually. It has great potential. The cookies are DELICIOUS! Worth the money and they have good flavors that just melt in your mouth. The first time I figure it was late and someone just made a mistake, now I know that they just don't care. If you order something they don't have, they will just throw whatever left over cookies they have in the box. I didn't pay $15 for 8 cookies, plus $6.99 delivery fee, for 3 of the cookies I wanted and then a jumble of broken cookies that I didn't order. Uber refunds my order every time Midnight messes it up, so maybe Midnight just likes giving away free cookies. Last night ordered 1 snickerdoodle, 1 bday cake, 2 cookies n cream, 2 M&M, 1 peanut brittle, and a chocolate chip. I was sent 1 snickerdoodle, 1 birthday cake, 1 cookies and cream. We got s'mores, cookies and cream, snickerdoodle, birthday cake, white chocolate macadamia, and double chocolate chip. I promise you that every one of these was amazing. They have a slightly crunchy outside and a perfectly chewy inside. We love that you can also order Full Tilt ice cream and make your own ice cream cookie sandwich combos. Birthday Cake was a disappointment for me it was just a plain sugar cookie with sprinkles on top. I thought maybe it would taste like cake batter ice cream in the form of a cookie like cookies n cream. Cookies = 3.5 Stars I didn't have any problem with the customer service. The cookies were good. The customer service was awful. Its March 19th. This area is being hit very hard with the Coronavirus. We came in for our first time tonight. There was a young male working the counter. He didnt say hello, nothing. No expression, just totally blank face. There were 2 people in line before me. He served the 2 people, grabbing thier cookies, using a touch screen, and handing back change all while wearing gloves. The same gloves. When he asked me what I wanted, I asked him he he could change his gloves. (Not even because of the virus, just because hands should not go from food to cash or card with out at least changing gloves.) He was annoyed and rolled his eyes at me. Disgusting. Won't be back. I walked in to their propped open door and asked for cookies and an ice cream cone. The girl behind the counter (no mask gloves or hair net) couldn't find the cones and offers a bowl. Full size grocery store paper cereal bowl, not the best to-go bowl but ok. She couldn't find a spoon without asking for help either. As we stand there a mere couple of feet apart separated by the narrow counter a third person walks in and leans over her shoulder to find the spoons right below the cash register. Now we have 3 people all within the same three foot radius. At this time she asks me to pay and I find out they are not accepting cash anymore due to covid19....what?! You mean to tell me that we've all been standing here in this tiny space with no masks no hair nets no gloves no clear face shield dividing the countertop no hand sanitizer offered and you're concerned about a virus? Essentially none of the precautions other companies have started taking recently and you're telling me you don't accept cash because of the coronavirus? The cookies are ok. I was excited to order delivery because they offered vegan cookies. But I was very disappointed when they arrived because I ordered a dozen cookies that included both vegan and non vegan chocolate chip cookies yesterday. Plus vegan and non vegan cookies and cream plus a variety of other non vegan flavors since my whole family was together. I was disappointed because the vegan cookies were not labeled and they were mixed in with the rest of the cookies. So, I tried calling the Everett shop several times to see if someone could let me know which ones were vegan. Nobody would answer. So, I called the Seattle location and a new employee was kind and told me to send pics of the cookies to her personal phone and she'd identify them. Luckily that worked. It just took a long time to get the information and it was a major inconvenience. Why sell vegan cookies at all if there's no care put into delivering them? Midnight Cookie is a very cute place to find cookies and they're open later than most places, so can become a great place to stop late night. The problem I had with Midnight Cookie was how they didn't have much of a selection, which was a bummer. They had 3-4 cookies that were not "classic" ones that we tried. No doubt were they good, but wish there was more selection for me to try if I decided to come back. However, I'm still rating it 4 stars because the cookies were good, cheap and we received friendly service. Make more flavors! :) read more

Finally got around to trying this place after reading the reviews. I tried chocolate chip, ginger, and snickerdoodle. Really great texture, crisp on edge and chewy in the middle. Just a caution, the lady at the service counter was new second day. I had to ask her to change her gloves after she served nut cookies to the guest before me (I'm allergic to nuts). If you are too, I'd keep an eye out for this. Otherwise, this place is awesome! They serve scoop ice cream and can make ice cream sandwich with cookies too. Don't forget the punch card! The only reason why I am giving this place a 4 star instead of a full 5 stars is because every time I come in the service isn't great. The cookies are priced a bit higher but it's worth it to me. NEVER COME BACK!!! RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE, MY WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! I came in to buy my kids' some cookies today. Usually I saw the black man at the counter and he was very nice, who sometimes gave my kids an extra bag of chip or cookie when I ordered a dozen cookies or more. He was the one that offered me their punching card (after 10 punches and get a free box). Unfortunately, today he was not there and I got this young girl. She didn't greet me, didn't wear any mask, gloves, and hairnet on. None of the employees in the back did. When I handed her the punch card, she threw it away and gave me the new one as she said, "We don't use round punch hole here (which was some animal head shape like cat or bear). I can't give you this card back." then handed me a new one. I was dumbfounded. It was a little incentive to use the punch card, because I used to make big purchases but it wasn't a big deal at all to confront her over a few extra cookies. I paid and haven't left the door yet but heard her very clearly as she purposely shouted in the back to other employees, " We have a LIAR. A LIAR. We don't use round punch here" and laughed hysterically. She's the rudest and most stupid person I've ever encountered. She's the uneducated type that will ruin this small business if they don't get rid of her. Your potential customers have relatives, friends, and circle of influence. You don't only lose one regular customer but many other potential customers. Remember that there are several fresh bakeries around the area that offer more than just cookies. read more

My husband brought home a cookies and cream cookie and a s'mores cookie. They were both delicious and the two of us and our dog were each trying to eat them and not share. Next time we will get more cookies so less sharing is involved though they are big. From what I remember they were still slightly warm even after my husband drove home with them. They were generously sized, chewy, soft, cooked to perfection and absolutely delicious. I had no idea they had ice cream but I will stop in myself for sure. They were better than cookies I can make and better than the fresh cookies I get at PCC. Other grocery store cookies aren't even worth mentioning as their cookies are gross and not worth buying.
