I went here for my free birthday drink. Service was super friendly and fast! I was wished a happy birthday by several of the workers. The person taking my order double checked if I wanted to make my drink more fancy because it was free. I didn't want anything crazy though. I left with a smile on my face, what a nice way to start my birthday! read more

I ordered an iced coffee with caramel and cream. the caramel syrup was sitting at the bottom filling literally a full third of the cup, the rest was filled with some of the palest coffee I ever received from a coffee shop. I truly don't know how I'm supposed to drink this . read more

I don't know why this store has received bad reviews! I just stopped in with 3 friends and ordered and assortment of coffee drinks and breakfast sandwiches. The flat white was smooth, creamy perfection. The staff was incredibly friendly and efficient. The store itself was clean and had plenty of seating and outlets for charging. read more

Starbucks - Bar area - Coffee & Tea Near Me - Lynnwood, Washington

Im not sure whats wrong with the employees here, but anytime I try to order their seasonal drinks they ask me to tell them how to make it. Im not a Starbucks employee so for them to ask me, the customer, is ridiculous. While in the drive thru, I tried to order their valentine's day cold brew with strawberry cold foam as it was being advertised on the app. They told me that was a "secret menu" and that they dont know how to make those items so I would have to instruct them. How bizarre. I let them know that it would be their responsibility to know how to make the beverages that are being advertised. After that frustration I ordered a coffee frapp only to be asked "which flavor though?. Um..coffee..thats the flavor lol anyways this place is slowwwwww and frustrating to deal with. They dont seem to be trained properly. Prepare to wait forever for your drinks and get blank stares. Id avoid this location if possible. read more

Best staff, amazing, swift service and they always keep the store and bathrooms clean.

Not sure what's going on, but this place has really gone downhill. They used to be quick and reliable, but now it feels understaffed and poorly managed. Service is slow, and whoever is running it is not doing a good job. Sadly, I won't be coming here anymore. read more

Fantastic people working at this location. Every-time Im greeted with a smile and fantastic service.

Currently working remote from my laptop from this Starbucks. I don't usually leave Yelp reviews but everyone here was SO friendly! Multiple people said hi to me, they were patient as I ordered, & it was ready fast. It is clear that the coworkers see themselves as a team - moral seemed really high as I listened to them interact with each other & with other customers. Such a positive place. Thank you! They have internet/wifi, plugs/outlets, & big windows. read more

Everytime I go to this location, my drink is wrong. This holiday season I've ordered a pumpkin chai with extra foam like 4 times and everytime they fill the entire cup with ice. Yesterday I went and ordered a triple iced espresso with white chocolate, cream and pumpkin foam. I made a mobile order in hopes they would read the ticket. I show up and my drink is wrong and they forgot to give me my food. All is fine, it happens sometimes. I mention to the barista that it was supposed to be pumpkin foam (she gave me something else) and she was immediately irritated. I am also a barista, have been for years and this customer service if frowned upon no matter what location you're at. If you're in the area go to the cedar plaza location because they are nice and make the drink correctly every single time read more

During my visits bi weekly from California, this is my go to Starbucks since the hotel is down the street! I recommend coming to this location because the overall speed and service is awesome! Every encounter is on point and I've never had issues at this location! Keep up the great work read more

I am a loyal customer of Starbucks for over 2 decades. I was so disappointed by the manager at this location. Not only he wanted to charge me more for the same drink I have been getting for years, he handled the situation by being so rude. He definately needs customer service training. read more

We got a many many Starbucks, and although most of the time the people are nice, sometimes not so much. I will say that the guy with the cute pink hair is super sweet though. Go say hi Great Soy Pistachio latte too read more

I'd like a double tall nonfat no-whip with foam mocha. That's all. Is that too much to ask? Some Starbucks, yes, yes it is. This one? Never a problem. Not only do they LISTEN when I say it ("um, so that was a double tall nonfat mocha no foam with whip??") they GET IT RIGHT. Thank God. But nothing can make me give a Starbucks more than three stars. Well, okay, maybe something, but I haven't found it yet. Sbux is the fast food of coffee, and for that, they are A-OK. read more

Easily a 4 star (or 5 on a great day) Starbucks- but Lynnwood's horrific traffic reduce it to 3. Hard to get in or out of- 196th traffic is similar to that tsunami a few years ago- it's a massive flow of rude, inconsiderate folks that won't let you in our out of this place. On top of that there is about 60% of the amount of parking that this place deserves. Plus side- drive through is efficient. Assuming you get a parking spot the store itself is standard Sbux, wood, eclectic music and folks with laptops and headphones on passing time. Staff are great, service is always solid. read more

I called as soon as they opened. Needed to get a coffee trailer for work but didn't get to order in advance. The gal who took my call was friendly and extremely accommodating. When I asked how long it would take, she said 5-10 minutes. I got there not long after I called and it was ready within 5 minutes of paying. The entire staff was friendly, efficient, and went beyond my expectations. I was able to get to work early with coffee and cups in hand. read more

I walked all the way here to buy something warm and stay here while I wait for car toys since the county is open.... to my horror they are not abiding by state law and will not allow PAYING CUSTOMERS to sit in their EMPTY lounge seating and instead say "you can sit outside"... in the snow....with the loudspeakers blaring... Wow... Please support your local coffee shop not these corporate businesses that clearly don't care but us.... PS. The drive through is ridiculously small. read more

I like the neighborhood vibe, the sleek clean look, and the staff, I wanted to personally leave some points to Chris, I think some sort of manager. He said this was store 19847. I was just really grateful for the customer service he provided me with you guys have a keeper, he was thoughtful, didn't pressure anything, and was patient as I experimented with trying something new. He explained that it is how people find new favorites, he should just get some recognition for the difference he made in my day. Thank you to him. Hope whoever is boss reads this, and knows how grateful I am for his service today. read more

Giving 2 stars as everyone is friendly, I'm a repeat morning customer, and out of every 3 orders, 1 is wrong, my order is not complicated, ask for unsweetened coffee, they will give me sweetened, ask for lowfat breakfast sandwich, will give me another kind, ask for light heavy cream, and comes out almost fully white. Now I check before I drive away, like today iced black coffee, no sweetner/no cream (as they can't figure out what light means at this location) now I take a sip and look in package before driving away, it was sweetened, each time I get, sorry they're in a hurry back there. It's ridiculous, time to find somewhere else for my morning coffee. read more

Went in in person and watch the Make approx 23 drinks ahead of mine they keep apologizing to people in the lobby for the wait catering to online and the drive-through. Don't go in read more

My bad review is specifically about their parking. The whole lot is 30 min parking limit, and I talked to an employee and he said to park at panda express' parking lot and walk from there (which is the next complex over.) How does the manager expect starbucks customers to only park for 30 min at starbucks, a place to study and meet, have discussions with friends? Makes absolutely no sense. Where is the common sense in that management? read more

Holy crap this is a busy Sbucks. I've come here before but hadn't noticed that once the front lot is full, there's a back lot too. And a drive-through! This small shop is always packed and always really busy. On my most recent trip I parked in the back and came through a back door. It reversed me a little so when I came in I wasn't sure where to order from. I saw a long line of people and attempted to get in it. Fortunately someone helped me out and told me that was the 'already ordered' line and there was actually no line to place an order. Cool. I did get a funny look like I was a moron, but hey, maybe I was! haha. It was so busy in here that it got confusing for a second. I placed my order, got my tea and oatmeal and off I went. Pro-tip: If you have to park in the back lot, make sure you have time to get to your final destination. There were no spaces out front so I came back here to park thinking it'd be easy. If the drive-thru line is long, those cars block in anyone parking back here. I ended up stuck in my car for a few minutes. read more

And we're back down. I came in here the other day and there were 5 employees behind the counter. Count em, 5! The barista at the register was talking to a woman at the counter for several minutes. The woman was a manager or something I think but they weren't talking about a coffee order. They were just chit chatting. I didn't get a greeting or acknowledgment for quite some time. It baffles me how this store can have so many ppl working here at once and be so inefficient. I'll be going to the SBUX over on 184th from now on! Parking here is awful, too. read more

Pretty forgettable experience but in a good way....? Never out in this area but stopped during a mini road trip. Went in, got our coffee and snacks, and didn't have any issues with the service that was provided. read more

If i could give this place negative stars I would. I came here every morning on my way to work near by and on a number of occasions they got the same order i have every day wrong. The baristas were rude and unhelpful. One day - I had such a bad experience with a barista that I called corporate and complained about her. I never saw her again and they comped my drink on the next visit. This is a super popular location with the drive thru. But pleassseeee learn some manners people. read more

After purchasing my beverage I was told to leave because the store had to close down for snow. I came in there wit my 2 year old daughter in the snow to at least enjoy my drink for 5 minutes. I have been very upset with this incident and dissatisfied. The worker refused to share her name however I was able to take a picture. I expect professional behavior from staff and at least a sense of moral and ethical understanding. They could see that I had a little girl with me and I even purchased a beverage, one which I couldn't even sit down and enjoy. I hope this is taken seriously. read more

Parking, terrible. Drive-thru accessibility. not that great. Be aware to angle and not curb your wheels! Drive-true efficiency, again not that great. Sometimes the line wraps around the building. Baristas, meh. I think they're typical starbucks baristas... some are nice and some are idiots. Coffee, inconsistent... but it's just okay. If I wanted to wait 15-20 minutes for a cup o' joe... I'd go to a mom n' pop coffee stand which would put me in and out pretty darn quick! read more

The coffee and efficiency here is really good. The baked goods are tasty. The parking lot is a bit scary. As is the drive thru, like, it's really narrow. Sometimes it's a challenge getting back out onto 196th. Definitely something to take into consideration when choosing a coffee place that has a shop on every corner!. read more

I can't go back here anymore. I am always getting bad drinks, and then I have to drive to a different Starbucks to get it remade. Just bought my last one there today. There are like 6 or 7 people working in there you would think they could do the drinks better. Coffee tastes foul, flavorings not added or not enough. Sad because it is a convenient location. I get upset stomach after drinking the products here. Averages 50% drinks taste bad. I used to come everyday. The people are nice and friendly though. read more

Well if your craving cold egg and sausage sandwich this is place to go. Also my caramel coffee just tasted like burnt bean water, no other favorable flavors. Do not recommend this location. read more

This starbucks expects you to park no more than 30 minutes. So if you are there to study, or meet and have a discussion with someone, you can't!!! When you talk to the employees there they tell you to park elsewhere...so just get your drink elsewhere until they figure out how to accomodate their customers read more

I do love that Starbucks has consistent products across locations. My drink was made exactly the way I like it. I had a La Boulange pastry for the first time, and it wasn't very good. (I should note that I am obsessed with the "real" La Boulange in San Francisco and might be judging unfairly.) Finally, it's a pain to turn into this Starbucks from the other side of the street. This isn't SBUX fault, but the strange driveway to the drive-thru window could have been done better. read more

I go through the drive thru here about once per month at weird morning hours. These people are SO nice and really funny. Everyone talks to you and is happy and looks like they enjoy working. I came here for the first time, to meet my church's Youth Pastor. I was really looking forward to a long friendly conversation and was super happy to know that this location was quiet. I arrived around 4:30pm today. Everyone was spread out and working quietly and kept to themselves. Music wasn't too loud and it looked liked everyone was enjoying their time their. We definitely were, too! Coffee was also delicious, as per usual for my visits. :) I ordered an iced americano with soy and vanilla, simple and easy. Came out yummy with the right amount of vanilla. I think at times the vanilla lacks and I love flavor and sweet but this was very tasty and since I can't have milk or any trace of it, I have to do a syrup like vanilla that still is tasty enough. We got our orders quick. Tables were taken so we sat at the bar stools and it really was nice to enjoy a quiet convo without having to worry about talking too loud or not being able to hear ourselves. It's a really nice layout. I like this location and will keep it in mind for next time. Just a heads up if you are facing The Rock Woodfire and see Starbucks, don't turn at that light before the pizza restaurant as that driveway doesn't connect to Starbucks. This location has a very small driveway and you have to go in one of the two way turn lanes to get into the already packed parking lot. There is not much space but I've seen people park nearest the fence in the pizza parking lot and be fine. Just be aware. They also have a couple tables outside! Nice and warm, perfect to enjoy a cold or hot drink. Thanks for a wonderful visit! read more

It's been years since I was a daily coffee drinker and Starbucks caramel macchiato was my drug of choice. Revamping an old habit I've frequented this location a handful of times in the last few weeks. Wether it was the drive thru or lobby experience I'm reminded of what I missed about Starbucks over the years. Indeed the crew here serves quality, innovative coffee drinks, light bites, and other unique, tasty beverages for a premium price but somehow I never leave feeling ripped off. Why? Because regardless of the grand total the experience here leaves me feeling charmed and full in a mysteriously intangible way. What I've observed is a confident and sound leadership embodied by the store manager (Meagan?) behind the bar and smart, content coffee pouring associates who swoon in harmony to perform their duties and serve their customers as if there's no where else they'd rather be. It's all good. Everyone seems to be doing their part to pull of the greatest Starbucks experience you've ever had once again but there's something about the sound of her voice. She must be or should be the manager. She's loud and clear but not over bearing. She doesn't suppress the pleasant kindness of someone who enjoys serving each and every one of her customers face to face every day. The simple sound of her voice and her chosen method of delivery could turn your spirit around faster than it would take one to notice. Perhaps it's how she uses not just volume but the pitch and flex with her tone to make me (and presumably everyone else) feel like they are the best thing that could have ever walked thru that door. I want to look around but no she's looking at me and happily taking my order. I'm being treated like a local celebrity who just decided to grace the store with their presence. No matter how down trodden I feel (or look) that day and regaurdles of the variety of insecurities I'm wearing that day this human being opposite the register consistently uses all aspects of her voice to make me feel no less than thrilled I've chosen to patronage this particular business on that day, in this moment. So thank you manager with the amazing voice that knows how to use it for making my day again, and again and again. I salute you! read more

My husband and I came here fir a post lunch drinks. The shop is very clean, the music is just loud enough to be enjoyed and pleasant and the baristas are smiley. These are all the things I've come to expect from a Starbucks. Our drinks were as delicious as we had hoped. This place is hard to find because its sandwiched between a subway and some other business. The sign above the shop is small and hard to see from the road. read more

I placed a mobile order and came up to the pickup area and the girl I asked was very rude and in an annoyed voice was like "its right in front of you", and then I said I should have a pound cake too and yet again with the annoyed voice she said "it should have your name on it" and then was like "is your name *my name*?" read more

I LOVE this Starbucks! I have been coming here for a long time now, and I love it. I work very close by so it is convenient. There are at least 3 Starbucks locations closer to my house, but I go out of my way to come to this one because of the service I get as well as the quality of the beverages that I get. CAT IS AMAZING!!! Whoever reads this needs to get her a raise ASAP. But she is not the only amazing barista there. Jessica, Kelsey and Bianca are amazing too! I have never had a bad experience with any of the baristas there. My day is not complete unless I get my Quad Espresso fix from this amazing location. If the drive thru is busy, I usually just do a mobile order from the parking lot and walk in to get my drink. No waiting in line!! Even if I do wait, it is 100% worth it!
