I use this Walgreens usually for the pharmacy and usually go through the drive-thru with good customer service. The main store yesterday, was however another story. I have been in Retail Customer Service for over 20 yrs and how the employees acted was not what I call good customer service. I went in to 1st get prints for my mom's 70th birthday party. The older guy in blue pointed to a kiosk, when I asked about them making prints with an online discount, he said the sale price would come up on the screen. I muddled my way through the scanner, etc standing up trying to ask for assistance(which printing was his job anyway) and he just said 8×10 look blurry with that small of a picture used. I submitted what I thought was correct, took a picture of the screen with order number and waited the 30 mins until ready by shopping the store. I picked up items from lots of depts, with no other associate asking if I needed help. Then I approached a worker to ask if they had a certain product and standing a short distance away, she didn't even acknowledge me, she just spent more time chatting about her personal life to a co-worker down the isle. When she finally stopped talking and asked what product I was looking for they didn't have it and I went on. I rounded the corner as she made a snide remark about what I had asked for. Then my prints were wrong and the associate at register seemed put-off that she had to make them the right size. Well if you had done your job in the 1st place, I could've been out quickly and not be upset with a bad experience! I work in shipping and deal with Amazon a lot and hardly ever order from them because they are making physical stores close. But seeing the way this main store, my pharmacy store is run, it is no wonder Amazon is getting the lion share of business these days. I used the drive through to pick up a prescription and Rachel was a tremendous help. She was prompt in assisting me, very friendly, and was able to help me save a lot on my prescription. Rachel then shared that I'm able to find future savings on their website and proceeded to write the address down on my receipt. A+++ service!! read more

Rite Aid canceled my Covid appointment because they didn't get their supplies in time so I had to drive 30 miles to this place. I ran some errands along the way and got done earlier than expected so I stopped in to check whether I could get it a bit earlier. Pharmacy person was not nice (there was no one else in the waiting room) and she made me come back 2 hrs later. Then when I was standing right in front of her, she asked other people on the side whether they were next. I heard another pharmacy person check in a couple that was early for their appointment and there were atleast 5 other people in the waiting room. Racist much, Walgreens? Only reason for an additional star is the person who gave me the vaccine was polite and professional. I won't be back, Rite Aid will get my business, as will Bartells. read more

Management of brick and mortar pharmacy businesses wonder why they're losing so many customers to online services such as Amazon and Express Scripts. As demonstrated by the Pharmacy at the Marysville Walgreens the primary reason is very bad customer service. On New Year's Eve I pulled toward the drive-in window to pick up a prescription. The prescription was already two days late because this location was out of stock. Earlier in the day, they notified me that it was now in stock so I checked the website which said that they were open until 9 pm. Anticipating they would nevertheless close earlier I pulled toward the window at 4:58 pm, right behind the car that was currently being served. The car pulled away at 5:02 at which point I pulled up to the window which initiated an animated discussion between the two women in the pharmacy. The discussion took longer than it would have to serve me and during the discussion they kept looking behind me where there were no other cars waiting. Finally one of them said they closed at 5. I said what do you mean you're closed the website said nine? She repeated we close at five. I said it's only 5:02 and besides I was here at 4:58 at which point they both turned, left the area and never returned. So now I had to wait two more days because of the New Year's holiday to pick up a prescription four days after it was ordered and having to do a second trip into town to get it...all because they couldn't spend an extra minute of their time on customer service. This is the only remaining prescription I still get from Walgreens instead of Express Scripts, but as soon as this particular prescription runs out I'm going to move that to Express Scripts too and no longer do any business with Walgreens at any location, especially this one. Unfortunately 1 was the lowest number I could give their service. It should've been a zero because I didn't get any service. read more

This Walgreens is near I5, right off of the first exit for Marysville coming from Seattle. Multiple signs are posted everywhere in the parking lot that cars can only be there for 30 minutes at a time. I stopped in to get Powerade and they had a sale for 3 for $3. I got two and got charged $3.72. Oh well. I thought it would be $1 each. Overheard the cashier in front of me ring up a customer then tell her he forgot to ring up her water and start it over. When it was my turn, he told me we had to move to another register. Why? No reason. read more

I say o for this pharmacy, I have had nothing go right here they are rude and no customer service and where the manager never comes out or not there. they are always out to lunch really; we can't have them take lunches at different times. there not open on Sunday that's nuts. I was a manager for years this place is a mess. I had appointments for shots, they said I didn't well I did it had done it more than one time online for them which is nuts any way it doesn't take anytime. They didn't have one person there really, but they again want to leave early for lunch. I have spent so much money in that store and perceptions but no customer service. well, I moved on and will not buy anything from them, I say don't go there. and went down the road and got my shot WOW! read more

Went there for passport size pictures! The worst customer service! Like 2 rude staff really didn't care

I loved Bartell's. But had to switch to a "national" pharmacy several years ago thru work insurance. Rite-Aid was the only one in town. Don't get me started on them...Then work insurance changed and CVS was the preferred pharmacy. LOVED them! Then I retired and Walgreens is the preferred pharmacy of Medicare supplement insurance. THREE 90 day prescriptions started at the SAME time two years ago. Supposed to be auto refill, except when they don't. Supposed to be at the same time, except when it is not. I have addressed this with them over and over and over and over. Today while calling to get an auto refill taken care of, I got transferred to someone to assist me with my concerns. LITERALLY 45 minutes on hold. I then got a message saying they were going to lunch, but I was welcome to continue on hold for the next 30 minutes so I wouldn't lose my place. ARE...YOU.. KIDDING...ME!!!??? And this was a full hour before our local store closes for lunch. read more

With 1 exception, the pharmacy personnel are rude, unwilling to help and outright suspicious of anyone who tries to fill any prescription. Maybe, it's just marysville, but I will never use this pharmacy. The store is clean and there are some good buys on non medical items. The non pharmacy people are friendly. read more

I bought the durex extra sensitive condoms from here and they definitely weren't sensitive to my feelings at all. It was not 100% effective and now i'm expecting a baby. i'll be sending the child support paperwork. read more

Pretty crazy-I ordered Covid tests for curbside pick up as I didn't want to walk into the aisle where they are stocked and people are most likely to have Covid. After following the instructions in my email for pick up, I waited 10 minutes and no one came out. I went into the store finally to pick the stuff up and the guy who went to get them for me was wearing a mask but it was not over his nose or his mouth and he was coughing profusely while he was checking my order. I get my pictures printed off here and I will no longer come to this location. The lady always tells me there's no photo to pick up when I come in but when I tell her I got a text she looks again and she finds it. Every time I've come in this has happened. She looks like she hates her job ( I get it but come on) I also came in once to buy some wine and the guy cashing me out was rude to the other workers, yelling a crossed the store instead of using the speaker and it was embarrassing for me cause everyone was starring. I have not had a good experience every time that I have came in and it's a shame that it's the closest Walgreens for me to go to and now id rather go further just because of poor customer service. Pharmacy is good, but the front cashier not so great. Someone behind me buying alcohol had accused me of cutting in line, which I had not. While I was politely explaining this to him, the male cashier who usually sits behind the counter because of a bad foot became very angry at me and shouted sarcastically, "WELL WHOEVER'S TURN IT IS, WOULD YOU BUY SOMETHING?", like it was my fault. My food was sitting on the counter for him to ring up. All the while the person in line behind me was cussing at me. The male cashier with the bad foot could have handled it better and told the other customer to calm down and we'd be right with him. This cashier needs to be retrained (trained?) read more

The pharmacy is HORRIBLE!!! The one exception was one pharmacy tech who unfortunately for me no longer works here. This pharmacy is unwilling to help with any issues and then feeds you lies in order to go to lunch or to get rid of you. Every month for almost two years I have gotten the same med. every month I come in and they do not have this med and need to order it. I was told it only gets ordered when they run out but when I ask how do we avoid this I am told they only order when they get a prescription. WHICH ONE IS IT? I'm done with this place. Insanely expensive. Everything is 2xs the cost of a normal drug store or grocery store. I also live in the city and this is far outside, so no reason why prices should be this high. $4 for a burts bees chap stick $6 for a small bottle of Excedrin They seem to push deals to buy more save more. Aggressive tactics that will make me never come here again. read more
