Joshua Bollinger was our Customer Service Rep., he was "Awesome". Before we started Joshua asked us questions about why we were there and what our goal was. We explained it was a ins. claim and that our kitchen granite needed to be replaced with Group A or B, 1 or 2. Unlike most stone and tile stores, they give you a map/checklist/hard hat and send you off on your own into the warehouse. I recently order a granite slab from showroom from Arizona Tiles in Tempe. We picked out the batch slab which number we want. They gave the wrong slab to my fabricator that didn't match the lot slab. There where there was crack and the finishing wasn't what I have chosen. I call Arizona tiles they said they will charge restocking fee. They made the mistake and they will charge me a restocking fee. Customer service is lousy they won't tell me proper pricing. I never want to deal with them. read more

I did a full kitchen remodel earlier in the year, and my contractor had me pick out my new quartz countertop at Arizona Tile. I picked out a beautiful whitish quartz with gray and taupe veining. Within 24 hours of install, I was messaging the contractor, "Are you sure this is quartz?" Yes, I was reassured I had quartz. The countertop was very porous. It was already showing spots from water and clear liquids that I could tell were soaking into it. It was also showing black marks on it that looked like scratches. To make a long and heartbreaking story shorter, after 8 months, these problems remain. I am stuck with a countertop that is sub-par and full of problems. As a consumer, I am screwed. I will never buy quartz again that does not have a name brand. I have purchased name- brand quartz for multiple other projects in my current home and previous homes and have had NO issues. Utter disappointment and devastation is all I can say. read more

He price-matched the European company I was working with and for my time and trouble is having the materials shipped priority to me from Italy to help get my project back on track! OKAY PEOPLE! THIS IS CUSTOMER SERVICE ... SHOUT OUT: to Michelle in Sales in Anaheim, Mario in Sales in Anaheim, Adria in Customer Service, and most of all to General Manager Mark for making it all happen the "right way!" The Story to Date: I am in the middle of an extensive remodel of my entire house and recently discovered that the manufacturer of my tile makes some lovely, fully finished accessory components that would be truly great to add to my project. Since I have already spent quite a bit with Arizona Tile, and bought this manufacturer's tile from them, it only seemed natural that they would be able to assist me with the special order. Well, originally my local site had little interest in this special order form Italy. In fact, I was able to contact a retailer in Italy and tentatively arrange a purchase and shipping from them for less money than through a company that does business direct through this manufacturer as a reseller. So, I then contacted the manufacturer direct, in Italy (out of curiosity) just to see if they could recommend anyone else in the US, the southwest or Southern California (I actually reside in Southern California) that I could do business with. They referred me to the corporate office of Arizona Tile in Tempe. I sent multiple emails, web requests, and phone calls -- while providing the exact model number, packaging information, shipping information, weight, and freight information the Italian shippers had quoted me. It took a while, a long while -- but we did it! I really wanted to do business with a San Diego based, US company (even though I am buying an imported product) I am glad we worked it out!! This was my 2nd time buying from AZ Tile and both times, our experience has been nothing short of excellent. Lisa Wright helped me with initial selection and scheduling and Lori Anderson helped me with final selection. They both were amazing! The selection at AZ Tile is wonderful - as is the quality. We found exactly what we were looking for. My only complaint is that due to Covid, they are no longer open on Saturdays so my husband wasn't able to come see the final slab except with a photo due to his work schedule, but I wouldn't take any points away for that as they are doing what they need to do to control the spread of covid, including mandating masks, etc... This review is for the slab outlet next to the main showroom. We were getting frustrated trying to find the perfect piece of granite for an outdoor BBQ area. There are specific pieces you can only use due to sun exposure, so our search was limited. The piece we wanted was not in stock, but after speaking with Lorena, she tracked down a piece at another location and had it delivered to this slab yard. Lorena went out of her way to help us. She was extremely knowledgeable and customer oriented. Thank you Lorena for saving us hundreds of dollars and taking care of us! The customer service is great and the prices on their slabs are the best we found in the valley. We will be back. read more

I had an appointment at Arizona Tile to look at granite countertops. The road was under construction and you could not enter the property from the South...only from the North. Do you think anyone told us about that? NO!!! It took us over 20 minutes to travel less than a mile to get into the place. Once we get there, the staff had not printed out the paperwork nor pulled the slabs from storage for us to pick out which slabs we wanted. So we wait and wait and wait! I was told there were seven or eight slabs and I could chose the two I wanted. Once the slabs were finally available for us to see, only two were there...in other words I did not get to chose the two I wanted, I had to take the two that were pulled. What in the heck did I even go there if I had no choice?!!! I took off work to do this and my job does not pay me if I don't work. So not only did I suffer mentally for the whole experience, but I lost income. I assume that Arizona Tile will compensation me for my time...yeah, right!!! DON'T SHOP THERE!!! read more

I love what another reviewer said about Arizona Tile, that it's like a candy store for adults. So true. That's how it feels browsing their ultra hip designer tile selection. This is the only tile store I visited where I got the sense that I could have fun and be creative vs. looking for the "right" tile. I was paired up with a very knowledgeable associate who had a very good sense for design. Her suggestions ultimately led me to not buy here, but her advice was much appreciated. She said "if it aint broke, don't fix it" about the color scheme I already had going on at my place. This led me to find a tile that was a perfect match for the previous laminate flooring that was on the floor before, which AT didn't really carry. So, while I bought elsewhere, I so appreciated seeing all of the possibilities before me and the fun I had fantasizing about the upscale tiles that are only carried here, like the Stage Blue and Stage Gray. Everything you've heard about Arizona Tile is true. Just visit already. read more

Our realtor had recommended Arizona Tile to us having redone her countertops with marble from them and when it came to our turn to redo our countertops, we were not disappointed. One of the biggest selling points, in my opinion is going out into their warehouse, with a hard hat, and just wandering around in the rows and rows of slabs, marble, quartz, and granite. As you pick up your hats, you get a little clipboard listing the name of each slab and its location in the warehouse. The prices however are nowhere to be found, they aren't on the list and neither are they next to the slab. So you only find out when you come back into the office, with a list of your favorites and they'll manually look up each price for you. Which I mean, is great if you're working without a budget, but for the rest of us, it gets tricky. If you're trying to keep things cheap, I'd recommend bypassing the marble section altogether and head for the granite, and specifically, the ones outside. If you're going for the kitchen of your dreams, by all means, marble is for you. Their marble is absolutely gorgeous, but when we heard that it was going for four times the price of granite, I immediately crossed it off my list. One thing they will make clear is that they only sell the slabs and tile, but you'd have to find your own contractor to install it for you. This got a little weird when our contractor was quoted a price higher than what we were quoted at our visit to the warehouse. It all worked out in the end and it was nevertheless a really fun experience! read more

Was looking for some granite to put in the bathroom. Large selection but wished they had smaller pieces as buying a full slab for a 6 foot double sink vanity is a huge waste. They will provide samples for you to take home and compare to cabinets. We did not utilize their design services however I hear they are good. read more

I'm pretty sure I just experienced the worst possible customer service of my entire 51 years on earth. I went into Arizona tile (I had an appointment) and was greeted immediately at the front door. The ladies upfront were very accommodating. You could see they were busy but they went out of their way to greet each customer and let them know they would be with them. Things took a dramatic change for the worse when I went back to the slab area and was introduced to Alejandro " Alex". He didn't seem to want to get up out of the comforts of his chair and liked to point and tell me where to go. When I asked him questions about the slabs he just told me Quartzsite was more expensive and marble wasn't durable and proceeded to leave. I was left alone in the cold show room by myself. I was a little overwhelmed so I went back inside... I told Alex I needed help - he said I can take a picture but wasn't sure what else I expected him to do it for me. A couple that was in the same area proceeded to tell me they were frustrated too and they had been sent out to the show room without any instruction. I told Alex I would just wait in the chair until somebody that wanted to help me could help me and he said OK then I waited in my chair for almost 20 minutes and finally went back up front where the ladies were kind enough to help me pick out other things for my new house. I recently downsized my home due to the death of my husband and was looking forward to my new home... Alejandro left me in tears. This kid is an absolute jerk. read more

I have purchased a lot of flooring from AZ tile in the past. Our very large house had some carpeted areas I wanted to convert to stone flooring to match the existing travertine and marble floors. I was shown in the far back of the store approximately five stone tiles. This definitely is not the store it used to be. It now looks like it is servicing the tract tile housing sector only. Many fake wood looking tiles that don't look as nice at what I have seen at Home Depot. Don't bother making a trip here if you are looking for high end stone floors. However, it did look like they have a nice selection of granite for countertops through the window. read more

Arizona Tile, Tempe has a great showroom! I went to select granite and after looking around on my own Lori Anderson was assigned to help me. She set up several slabs for me to see of White Springs. I picked the one that I loved. She was easy to work with, and the paperwork was quickly done. They delivered to the fabricator. That should be the end of my story, however, the fabricator (Stone Systems) cut the slab wrong and ruined it. So I called Lori to tell her I needed another slab. I went back to Arizona Tile and walked around again and did not see anything that I liked that had the coloring and look that I wanted. Lori knows her inventory well, she said she had a granite outside that she thought would work for me. She set it up and it I loved it. I really appreciate all her help. read more
