From the very beginning, I clearly shipped my instrument cluster via UPS with all return information included inside the box -- my name, phone number, email address, and the correct return address. I also included written documentation explaining the vehicle issues and the condition of the cluster. After shipping, I followed up by email providing the tracking number and requested confirmation once the cluster was received. I also attached the same paperwork again via email. None of this was ever acknowledged. I was never notified that the cluster had been delivered, and I received no updates unless I personally reached out. I eventually had to call the company myself due to the lack of response. I was told I would be contacted once the unit was ready to be shipped back, but that never happened. Communication continued to be inconsistent, which led to additional calls and follow-ups on our end just to get basic information. Despite multiple emails and phone calls confirming where the part should be shipped, the cluster was ultimately sent to an entirely different address that I do not recognize, nearly two hours away from me. This created a major inconvenience and should not have happened. Mistakes can happen, but the ongoing lack of communication, failure to acknowledge documentation, and incorrect shipment made this experience very disappointing. I hope the company improves its internal communication and handling process so future customers don't go through the same situation.

That is often what separates a good business from one that truly stands out. A seven-day guarantee may work in theory, but for small business owners like myself, flexibility matters. I operate a transportation service, and my schedule doesn't always allow me to address technical issues within such a narrow window. A 30-day guarantee would reflect an understanding of real-world business pressures and remove unnecessary strain. Although the payment for Greg's services was refunded, that wasn't the outcome I was looking for. I wasn't seeking my money back -- I simply wanted the work completed properly and brought to a clear, final resolution. As it stands today, the matter still feels unfinished. One part that was honestly disconcerting for me is that I've had a very good relationship with your company for nearly 20 years -- essentially since you first started. I remember when you were working out of your living room, and I've genuinely been glad to see how the business has grown over time. What caught me off guard was that the young lady I spoke with had no awareness of who I was or the history I've had with Geeks2You. After hanging up, I felt less like a long-standing client and more like just another name in the system. Loyalty and history matter -- especially in small business relationships. I've valued supporting your company over the years, and I hope that kind of long-term connection still means something on your end as well.

Chris answered the phone, I told him what I was looking for and that they seem to be hard to find even online. Chris basically tells me if they're out there he'll find them and he'll beat any price I find; in store or online. He calls me back the same day, tells me he's located the headphones and offered me a very competitive price. Even Amazon was only at "pre-order only" at this time. I didn't take Chris up on his offer immediately. Because no one has these headphones on display to try, I didn't know how they'd feel or sound. Professional reviews raved about them, but I wanted to see more real world reviews. I was debating if I should just take the plunge and just buy them; and be one of the real world guinea pigs. A week passes and a few people on online forums took the plunge and tested them out. With even more great reviews, I contacted Chris and told him I wanted them. Chris placed the order for me and the transaction was fast and easy. There are a few vendors online now that have them in stock and ready to ship, but I chose to order from Chris still. I appreciated his no nonsense customer service right off the bat. He is also really friendly and laid back. Also I get to support a local business. There's no high pressure sales even after he shows you he'll beat any price out there. If you're looking for those hard to find items or higher end items that Walmart, Costco, Bestbuy etc. don't carry, go find Chris. Even if you're not an electronic geek looking to spend thousands on a TV or thousands on speakers, Chris carries and can order a wide range of products. He even advertises in front of his store that he'll beat Bestbuy, so why not give him a try.

Blu-ray stopped working called hdtv and was advised to call LG customer service. After an afternoon of phone calls with people I couldn't even understand, it came down to this model being very old. Also couldn't find my receipt and when I called hdtv city to see if they had it in there records. They told me it was archived so it would be a $25 charge! Are you kidding???After you sell me a worthless blu-ray??? What a shame. I'm all for supporting local business, but I will never go back there again. Two stars for the one tv that works.
