Braces? Retainers? and the list goes on and on. Dr. Blair Feldman and his professional staff are dedicated to what they do, make people smile, hence, "The Smile Creators!" Every Halloween Dr. Feldman's staff as well as Dr. Feldman himself dress up, if you ever thought of an orthodontist place as boring or not full of life, I would reconsider! Last year Dr. Feldman dressed up as Cinderella, if I recall correctly I even got to take a picture! The Arizona Orthodontic Studio, took me through my whole braces procedure (Currently have a retainer), you'd expect from a orthodontist place, once you were to remove your braces, they would just tell you when they wanted to see you at the next appointment, and kind of say bye and see you out of the door... No. When you get your braces removed you get a big bag of sweets and candies, you get to take a picture with the whole staff, you get compliments, it's a very happy and lively moment. Also, I should say, I live in chandler and travel all the way to Phoenix just to get great treatment, be it amenities, the staff, everything is just right. As soon as you enter you are greeted by the person at the front desk right in front of you, to your left is a water fountain and further down is a brushing station, to the left of that is where you get checked up, its not some secluded room for each individual (if that scares you) there are seats arranged in a line and behind that are the offices. To your right from the entrance is a small fridge that contains bottled water, and above that is a countertop that has a coffee machine and what not, further down to the right you will find colorful, comfortable looking seats as well as a couch. To the right of the couch is a beautiful, eye catching fish tank, with salt water fish, such as the ones you would find in "Finding Nemo." Behind the fish tank is a little play area with toys for the kids, as well as some music being played back there, to the left of that is a restroom for everyone. Back into the waiting room with the seats and couch, you will find a television, and magazines of all sorts! Oh yeah, also, there is wifi everywhere! (Yes even in the restroom). The staff actually care about you,are very friendly, love to answer any questions that you may have and always look forward to seeing you. Overall I would say for affordable orthodontic care, without sacrificing amenities, Arizona Orthodontic Studio is the way to go! read more

I first came to AZ Orthodontic Studio in June of 2010 to get braces. I had expected the office to have the traditional dentist's office feel, and be rather unenjoyable. However, I was completely wrong. When I arrived, I knew that AZ Orthodontic Studio was not the typical dentist office. All of the staff was very friendly and nice to me, in a way that showed they actually care about their patients. Each time I come, I spend no more than 10 minutes in the waiting room, and those 10 minutes are even made fun by the amenities provided in the waiting room. My appointments are also fast and efficient, so neither I nor my parents were left waiting. Besides me, I have two sisters who need braces, and the Studio is considerate to that; they have family discounts, so that way you can have afford to have orthodontic work done on all your children. Another convenience for my parents is the flexible spending program, because it provides tax-free savings and they're able to make additional payments when they're reimbursed. To make things even better, say one day you run out of rubber bands- Oh no, making an extra trip to the office is so time consuming! Not any more. If you just give them a call, they'll mail you some more, saving you time so you can go about your life. Overall, AZ Orthodontic Studio is a very welcoming and caring institution, and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to get orthodontic work done. From the moment we walked through the door, I knew this was going to be a great experience. The office was beautiful and we were greeted right away. There is a beverage/coffee bar that is open to parents and patients! The staff is incredible! On our first visit we were given a tour of the whole office. Staff members when introduced stopped to say hello and welcomed us to the office. The initial consultation was very informative and all questions were answered. Dr. Feldman was very nice and put my daughter at ease. We felt so good about the office we decided to get started right away and they actually had time in their schedule set aside for us to do so. The braces were placed within an hour and instructions on how to care and cope with braces were given not only to my daughter but to me. They even called my daughter a couple of days later to make sure she was doing ok with her braces and asked if we had any questions. My daughter has been in treatment for 8 mo now and boy have we seen a difference in her teeth. Dr. Feldman and his staff make it enjoyable to have braces and we look forward to coming in to see everyone! They have great monthly contests with great prizes. My daughter was very self conscious about her teeth...and we all know how cruel kids can be. So we went to see an orthodontist for a consultation last summer. We weren't really impressed, and they never even called to follow-up. My daughter wanted to go to Dr. Feldman for a consultation because a couple of her friends go there. What a difference! We came to AZ Orthodontic Studio in the middle of treatment for both of my kids. These guys are great and have gone beyond great service to help us ensure we get our flex spending reimbursement. I just finished my last treatment. I'm very happy with the results. It took one and a half years. I had Invisalign which I would highly recommend. Dr Hoffman is very nice, as is all of the staff. Throughout the treatment I received points (for properly using the Invisalign, brushing my teeth, no cavities, wearing the practice t-shirt, etc) which I cashed in for over $40 worth of gift cards. At the end I received a gift basket. The best gift though is straight teeth. I still have to pick up my retainer and teeth whitener next week. I highly recommend Dr Hoffman's office. read more

Our 12-yr-old just finished another easy appointment at Dr. Feldman's. Sylvia deftly put on a new wire, gave our daughter more rubber bands and cleaning supplies. We are very happy with our choice to use Dr. Feldman's office. The staff at the Surrpise office is great! My daughter was a little nervous about getting her braces on and the staff took the time to discuss what they were doing and answered... all of her questions, before, during and after they put her braces on.
