Dr. Zenner has been great and since I've had so much work done in such a short amount of time I have got to interact with a lot of the staff and everyone is friendly, knowledgeable and seems to be genuinely nice and caring. Plus my teeth look and feel great. I had some pretty bad dental experiences in the past at other dentist offices so I do get a little anxious having to get work done but they have truly made it a great experience it's no longer some daunting scary task I keep pushing off.

It seemed to be a few notches above the rest! Then I came back to have my tooth pulled and I had an older dentist who sat there for nearly an hour (50 min) trying to pull my tooth. He had to start drilling and cutting my tooth into a bunch of pieces to try pick out what he could. Meanwhile a new training dental tech was assisting and his trainer kept leaving him and he literally left horrible massive bruising and gave me a fat lip because he was pinching my lip and holding it back with a tool and he didn't know it was pinching me and of course I didn't either! I finally got outta there and a few days later after tons of pain I had a dry socket had to come back and have another DR help me clean out and gave mouth rinse. And sent me on my way. It' was a truly painful aweful experience. And when I returned they said that Dr no longer worked there. I am pretty traumatized and will not be back! But if someone came, used all the pretty modern gadgets and then didn't have that terrible Dr or training assistant...maybe they'd have a chance at a good experience

Thought I just got something stuck in my cap. Nope I had a fracture in the root. So har to have my tooth pulled. This was part of a bridge so she had to cut the bridge and pull the molar. I put some headphones on and she was very gentle ( yeah I know still getting a tooth pulled) with it but before I knew it we were done. I got a few more things I need to go back and get done but I feel like I'm not getting taken advantage of.

I like that they are more interested in my teeth than selling me up-sale add-ons like most dentists. Not that she wouldn't recommend additional treatment if appropriate. Dr. Bader has done this when I needed laser treatment on my gums and a great result for what it cost. I've been her patient since 2005 and have never had a bad experience in treatments, billing, getting my appointment on time, etc. I just looked through the reviews and noticed a 1 star rating from a patient that had a problem with their dental insurance plan and felt like I needed to comment on it. I felt it unfair. Having an unusual dental insurance plan and a billing problem doesn't warrant a one star rating. Regardless of which dentist, if you have an insurance plan with a limited network, the question you would ask when setting up your appointment is, "Do you accept XYZ insurance plan AND are you in XYZ provider network?". Further, most insurance plans have a list of dentists in their network, so why wouldn't you take five minutes and check it? Knowing Dr. Bader, she'd try to figure it out, if possible, and her office manager would tell you if their practice is out of network for that plan. I've never had a problem with billing at Lake Pleasant Dentistry but have always had typical insurance plans such as Delta or MetLife or something common like that. They even offer various payment plans if you have to stretch payments over several months.

I told the front office that we recently had a terrible experience at a chain dentist. The dental assistant talked with me about it and asked me if there was anything specific they could do for my son to make him feel more comfortable and less nervous. The dentist came in, showed me x-rays and exactly what was going on, then discussed the plan of action. There was no hustle or hurrying us out the door. This plan might just be a hidden gem and I'm grateful I found them. Even the bathrooms were clean, smelled great, and roomy for a mom with three kiddos tagging along.

All was explained to where I was able to understand and what to expect. All questions that I had were answered. Two weeks ago I went in for molar extraction. I was given ahead of time meds to calm me the night before and for the morning of. Even at that I was very nervous and a little anxious . Mickey did an excellent job calming me and explaining everything that was going to be done and assured me that no pain will be felt. He was very professional, very patient and thorough. Carlos was doing his job well too. Dr. Kammeyer stepped in and once more assured me all will be fine. Well Lordy be..................they were right! Dr. Hoaglin reassured me that even when I was under, a woman would be in the room at all times, which is thankfully something I have never had to question, but appreciated that it was something they took into consideration and made a point to say. The removal and recovery process went super smooth and I never had any issues! Once I woke up from the surgery, I was escorted out to the car by an assistant/nurse, along with my designated driver. Dr. Hoaglin even made a point to call me the night after surgery to check in and make sure that I was feeling okay. I seriously cannot recommend a better place than this one! I would also like to highlight the service they offer with wisdom teeth removal, which is the Platelet-rich fibrin (PRF). I truly believe this helped my healing experience tremendously and definitely sped things up. I was never in any pain after surgery, more so just uncomfortable due to jaw stiffness. This was all manageable without pain meds! By day 7 or 8 I started feeling back to my normal self and felt 100% by day 12.

I got the wisdom teeth taken out in March. Its now june I am still experiencing numbness in the same area and it has not changed or improved and I have just received an email from their legal team asking me to remove my previous Yelp review because they believe it is a "false statement." I feel bullied and unappreciated and I'm deeply concerned with their intentions and their well-being for their customers. They haven't reached out to offer any compensation or even an apology or any other options for getting the sensation back to my face, the last thing i was told was to give it time. They just want me to stay quiet and keep it hidden that they did damage but I wanna let you know the risks. This is not a place I will ever trust again.
