Rude employees, don't know what they are doing, over charging secretly and awful face of the company. I've been to many dentists over the years. I can say without hesitation Dr. Johnson is the real deal. She's the full package . . . knowledgeable, good communicator, skillful in her techniques, wastes no time, gives helpful feedback, answers questions and provides guidance & suggestions throughout the examination and cleaning. This place irritated me. I made an appointment online for a CLEANING (!important!). They called Friday to confirm and left a voicemail. They said something like if they "have time" they'll give you the service you're requesting. I immediately called back, because I was going to cancel my appointment if they couldn't confirm I would get the service I needed. I'm not in the business of Russian roulette with my dental care? When I called back, the girl goes, "oh yeah, we just have to say that because it's our office policy. The hygienist almost always has time do your cleaning," she made it seem like a rare circumstance that I would not get the service I needed, which was enough for me. I have never been to a dentist that does not provide your cleaning at your exam appointment? It's always X-rays, cleaning, exam. This office is completely skipping the most important step to the patient and putting you in a position where you feel obligated to come back (for a service you actually needed and requested in the first place), and tacking on additional work to bill the insurance for. Not to mention, I waited like 30 minutes in the room by myself for the dentist and when I finally saw her, they completely misdocumented the state of my teeth (I have veneers and they did not accurately capture that at all on the chart they were showing me at the end). If you value your time, don't go here. Go to a normal dentist that'll clean your teeth before having the doctor poke at them. read more

Was told I needed a root canal. Ok. So it is scheduled with a "visiting endontist" . He managed to dislocate my jaw and the tooth the work was done in has been painful for months. Scheduled a follow up reluctantly and was advised they no longer accept my insurance. Awfully convenient ! Worst dentist office ever. read more

Do not go here!! I scheduled an annual cleaning after my initial appointment. Showed up today and was told I needed to have a "medium clean" and it wasn't an option to do the regular annual clean. Not only was this NEVER discussed with me, it would have been over $200 instead of fully covered by insurance. They care more about money than their patients. read more

I was embarrassed by my teeth having been wrecked by a bad bridge by another dentist I can't even remember his name. My smile looked like a ZZ Top keychain!!! I took a chance on this place as it is literally within walking distance to my house. Insurance barely pays for anything dental anymore so out of pocket was gonna hurt or so I thought. Dr Johnson examined me and discussed what I needed. It all sounded great and her staff set me up with Care Credit and it was off to the races. All said and done it was around $8k but, I can smile again thanks to Dr Johnson. I highly recommend this doctor as she is very skilled and really easy to talk to about what you need. Thank God I got a second opinion! The dentist almost put a root canal on the wrong tooth. Which none of them needed a root canal so now I'm questioning all the other root canals he convinced me to get. They treated me as a new patient when I went in, redid all the X-rays and said it was my first time in, but it wasn't and I was there for an emergency not a new patient visit, although when they pulled up my X-ray I saw 2019 on them, I said it's this tooth the one that is marked cracked. He said no and did his own test and concluded it was another tooth which didn't make sense not even to him, so I left in A LOT OF PAIN!! He was just going to start drilling on a GOOD TOOTH!!!!! A week later the cracked tooth broke and now there's no repairing it and i have to get an implant, no root canal! But had he listened to me and paid attention to the cracked tooth before it broke I wouldn't be in the situation I'm in now. I spent a lot of time in unnecessary pain due to the lack of communication at this office. read more

Major problems with billing! They requested payment for service up front (which we did), insurance was submitted and promptly paid, leaving a substantial "credit" balance. I have requested a refund on MY money several times and as yet have not been paid. Their excuses are endless, but the fact is that they still keep my money as "credit". read more

This is office is very unprofessional and not courteous of your time. This was an emergency visit and the main dentist treated the situation as if I was coming in for routine cleaning. It took 40 minutes to be seen. Prior to that the front office told me they were busy and needed to get me back ASAP. The front office staff were demanding and unfriendly. read more

The current staff will provide the best dental experience you'll ever have. They keep your schedule in mind, they move quickly so you can get to work. They are friendly as soon as you open the door until you leave. Even my 8 year old no longer fears the dentist. They actually had good things to say about my mouth before hitting me with serious concerns. They even provided a pain free cleaning for the first time in my life, including prior visits in prior years to this same facility with different staff. Staff is professional, friendly and caring. Set up well to entertain small children. Front office staff is friendly and extremely knowledgeable, comfortable from the minute we walked into the office. Dentist was excellent - friendly, explained what she was doing at all times and continually checking on my comfort level. Didn't try to push additional services or unnecessary treatment. Dr. Johnson is GREAT and so is her team. My husband was with Dr. Ewall and had a positive experience too. We knew he was going to need a lot of work - a lot - they were able to get started right away on the first visit, pleasant surprise. Horrible dentists here and I will never go back!!! We had just moved here and my teenaged son was having wisdom tooth pain, the dentist REFUSED to help him or do anything until we scheduled a teeth cleaning there. My son had just had his teeth cleaned 3 months earlier at our old dentist. Apparently they push their teeth cleanings before actually helping with any dental work. Totally disgusted with this place. This place is amazing. Its is perfect for all of those out there with sever anxiety about going to the dentist. I didn't visit a dentist for the first time until I was 25 and my first experience somewhere else was what nightmares are made of. I found this practice as it is close to my house and I am so glad I did. The staff is amazing and after my first time, the fear of going to the dentist is gone. Don't get me wrong, I still procrastinate my check ups, but when I go, I am always assured and treated so great I wonder why I waited. I am also usually very loyal to my doctors, however I have been seen by both dentist in this practice and love them both! They take their time, always manage to fit me in (even last minute) always tell me the truth and never make it about the money. I really like that. No one wants to be up-sold at the doctors office. Overall, I think this is an amazing place and I feel super grateful that its so close to my house! Oh and I also sent my sister there and before the appointment even started she was in tears from so much anxiety.
