So I'd see a specialist for root canals. The front office is friendly & the office itself is beautiful but with that being said they are very expensive. I don't mind things being expensive if it's worth it but I had to have several root canals redone because roofs weren't treated.

Their answer - if we recommend upcharges and you refuse them, we cannot treat you at all. So you pay their extra prices or you can go see someone else. I scheduled this appointment over a week in advance and specifically informed the office when booking that I would be using a Groupon. This was not new information and this was not my first appointment with them. They had more than enough time to contact me beforehand if they had no intention of honoring the Groupon. Instead, they waited until I arrived for my appointment -- after I had already taken time off work -- to suddenly refuse to accept it. Their insulting "solution" was offering to deduct the $7 Groupon purchase price from the full cost of the appointment, which completely defeats the purpose of purchasing a Groupon in the first place. What is especially concerning is that nowhere on the Groupon voucher does it state there is a "one-time lifetime use" restriction. In fact, the Groupon explicitly states it may be repurchased every 30 days. Either the office is falsely advertising through Groupon or they are making up policies as they go. The entire experience felt dishonest, disorganized, and discriminatory. Based on the way I was treated, I cannot rule out the possibility of racial discrimination playing a role in this situation. People work hard for their money and their time. Taking off work for an appointment only to be blindsided upon arrival is unacceptable. I would strongly advise anyone considering this office to get EVERYTHING in writing before scheduling because their word clearly means nothing.

The Dr gave me the shots and started drilling on 3 teeth. When I got home have after the numbing stopped, I noticed the DR didn't drill on the tooth that was broken. THATS WHY I WENT TO THE DENTIST. When my crowns were ready to install. During the install not one time did he ask me if they felt ok. I was thinking when he pulled them out, he would sand them down a little. No he glued them down, and it was too late to say there to tight. I felt like I was the Indy car driver & he was the mechanic trying to get me out of the office as fast as he could.
