I left work early, sat in traffic for over an hour, rushed home to get ready, and arrived one minute before my 4:00 appointment. Checked in and sat down. Around 4:15, dude at the front desk staff did briefly tell me I should be getting called back soon. After that? Nothing. No further updates, no acknowledgment. Around 4:30, I could literally hear dude whispering about someone should go check the back to see what's going on because my appointment was supposed to be at 4:00. The waiting room was empty. I was the only patient there. 4:40 I stood up and walked out I respect dude at the front desk tried once, but overall this office does not respect patients' time.

Their answer - if we recommend upcharges and you refuse them, we cannot treat you at all. So you pay their extra prices or you can go see someone else. I called trying to get an appointment with the front desk and I noticed the receptionist seemed annoyed when I provided the proper spelling of my last name. I blew it off because we all have those days but when it came to scheduling an appointment, there was no help. She asked what's a good day and I said any Friday, her response was we're closed this Friday and stayed quiet. I asked again, is there another Friday that you have available? She said next Friday at 12pm which was perfect because it's my lunch hour. So we went with that date. Are you okay? what happened" She was still in this disconnected customer service script and responded with, "I'm fine. I hung up because I didn't hear anything." Take in mind, I informed her to hold on, and it took all but 3 seconds to type it into my calendar. When I informed her that I wanted to schedule my other 2 kids her response was, "well. I didn't hear anything" again her sass was on a whole other level. I informed her that I would call back later and that I didn't feel comfortable. She is up on the latest dental procedures. She is caring...seriously, she is amazing! Her techniques as a dentist are top notch. My daughter just turned 20. Her teeth were in bad shape even though she has been going to a dentist since birth. My daughter was scared but ALL the people who work in the office have been amazing with her! And she loves Dr Fulton as well. She is now finishing up her treatment and has healthy teeth!! If we had not gone to Dr Fulton, she probably would have lost a majority of her teeth.
