The wife and I have been coming to Dr. Naik for all our dental needs for 20+ years. If you want a perfectionist dentist, and who the heck doesn't, you can't find much better. Not only that, but everyone in her practice have always acted with professionalism and kindness. Today while undergoing a crown procedure, Dr. Naik determined that I did not need a core buildup that I had already approved in advance, and thus she saved me $400 out of pocket. I have been a recent and quite frequent patient at Dental Sky Dentistry with Dr. Naik's for the past several months. I was a new patient in Fall 2020 and coming into a new atmosphere during the pandemic was scary. From the moment I walked through the door I was impressed with the safety precautions. There are air purifiers, your temperature is taken at the door and sanitizing is done in between each person when using the restroom. The office is new and modern inside with not only dental technology but also entertainment for the patient. It is really thoughtfully done, TVs come down from the ceiling so you can watch Netflix while you get your dental work done. They also have wireless headphones too so you don't have to hear all the noise of the tools and drills. I had a cavity filled here with Dr. Naik and it was a painless and PLEASANT experience. It completely changed my perspective on what dental work can be like. I have always had anxiety when it comes to visiting the dentist, but not anymore. I have really gotten acquainted with Dr. Naik, Meghan and Gabby over the past couple months as I have gotten a crown, teeth whitening and mouth guard. The process for the single crown was time consuming but SO worth it. They demonstrated professionalism and patience with my various experiences. Meghan and Gabby specifically helped with modifying the temporary teeth while the crown was being made, color matching, instructions on whitening and taking molds and 3-D scans of my mouth. The front desk staff has also been great with flexibility for scheduling, reaching out to insurance and sending appointment reminders. I can honestly say after multiple interactions and visits that Dr. Naik and her staff really do care about their patients and their well being. Office staff when booking and when arriving always a poor service. Been a customer for a couple years now and late been an issue with the staff at the front office. They have an attitude and always giving a hard time when asking for help. If I arrive at my appointment on time they make wait like 20-30min. If I sari e before my appointment they make wait almost 45 and still have to wait another 10 min more. I see other patients come and they right away don't even wait they make them go in right away. Dr Naik Completely fixed my bite problem! i got a crown on my front tooth about 6 months ago at a different place and when i got recommended to go here by my mom D Naik noticed my bite was off due to my crown on my front tooth being to big. she kindly called me after my check up appointment to ask if i'd come in the next day to fix my crown and i did and it was completely worth it!!! Desert Sky is undoubtedly the best dentist I have visited in my 46 years. I am new to the area and was looking for a new dentist. I found Desert Sky on Yelp and scheduled an appointment for a routine checkup. To make a long story short I have had a filling done and a crown done here and Dr Snider is the bomb. You can tell he cares about his patients and their comfort. Dr Naik did my first consultation and pointed out problems I knew I had but didn't mention. She's that good. I have been a regular patient at Dr. Naik's office for more than 6-7 years. I have had lots of dentists previously in California and Phoenix. Without a doubt Dr. Naik's dental practice is the best of the best. I take my entire family, including my then 4 year old daugther 5 years ago, to the office for regular cleanings, a couple of root canal issues, and the odd cavity repair, etc. My daughter who has been going here since age 4 (now 9) absolutely loves the office!! She loves that they give her headphones to watch a movie while they work on her teeth. The office does all the little thoughtful things, like giving you sunglasses while you are under the bright light, as well as lubricating your dry lips every so often to make sure you are comfortable. And even headphones for relaxing music while you are being worked on. I used to have a checklist of lip balm, sunglasses, and iPod / headphones, but I am all taken care of with these comfort items at this office. No other dental office ever has close to the same amount of attention to details. I refer my extended family, friends, co-workers, anyone to this office. Every single referral has expressed gratitude for coming here, and will refuse to go anywhere else. You are in the best hands with Dr. Naik and her office. I will refuse to go anywhere else!!! Growing up in a different country, I didn't have access to good dental care as a child, and I wasn't very knowledgeable about the subject, so I had received some treatments in the past (from other dentists) that I might later have chosen differently. We only get one set of adult teeth, so I consider it extremely important to preserve them as much as possible, and that is Dr. Naik's philosophy as well. I found Dr. Naik through Phoenix Magazine's list of "Top 100 Dentists", which she has been on many times, and I asked close friends who are now dentists (in another state) to consult with her on my treatment plan prior to becoming a patient. It's been many years since then, and I am so happy with my decision to go with Dr. Naik. I definitely feel like my teeth are in good hands, and I've referred her to many friends and family. Recently, one of my last remaining metal fillings (from a former dentist) failed, and Dr. Naik squeezed time out of her schedule to see me on the same day to replace the loose filling with a new composite one. She and her staff's (including my hygienist TJ) concern for my dental health makes me grateful to be a patient at her office. They go into great detail to keep me informed about my oral hygiene, which builds my trust far more than any other dental practice I've experienced. I know many people dread going to the dentist, but Dr. Naik and her staff do everything they can to put the patients' minds at ease. The office is nicely decorated and lit to feel like a cozy spa rather than a sterile medical office, and they do things like play soothing music and serene videos to try to make the patients as comfortable as possible.
