Just had my first visit here and I am highly impressed and thankful I had a great experience. I was just over my past dental office being unorganized, unprofessional, and just not very considerate of time or service. So I was looking for a new dentist that was covered by my insurance and Dr. Wynn was on the list and she was so modern, professional and informative. The staff was great as well, everyone was really nice and professional. Not to Mention the equipment and office is clean and modern as well. Very pleasant experience here. Dr Lazore and her staff were very nice, efficient and good at what they do. The dental assistant was so friendly it helped take my mind off the intimidation of a doctors office. I hadn't been to the dentist in a very long time but they gave me a thorough analysis and came up with a care plan to get my teeth back in great shape. They even squeezed in a much needed deep cleaning on the first visit which was nice. Otherwise I may have chickened out. The process didn't hurt and my teeth/gums didn't even feel that bad after. I was back to normal in less than 24 hours. Prices seemed reasonable as well. I have a few more procedures to do before I'm in good shape but I am definitely going to be making this office my regular dentist moving forward. read more

Maybe I caught her on a bad day, but Dr. Lazore did not leave me with a positive impression. She was rude and abrupt and acted like she'd rather be doing anything else in the world rather than talking to me. She couldn't find anything wrong with my teeth (I've never had a cavity), which seemed to irritate her. She decided there must be something wrong with my gums. I found that odd, because it's never been a problem before. I have since seen another dentist, who confirmed my gums are fine. I feel like I dodged a bullet in not taking her word for my supposed gum disease. If you decide to see her, I hope you get her on a good day. read more

Best Dr. I have seen since I was a child! I unfortunately had to get 3 cavities filled, but Dr. Lazore had me in and out in 40 minutes with 0 pain whatsoever. Dr. Lazore and her team at Beyond Dental are the best! The office is modern, clean and comfortable. The office manager Savannah is so helpful and puts you at ease. I have severe sensory issues and have been really impressed with everyone there. Cami did my X-rays the first time I came in and and they were a breeze with her - no gagging! I had an extraction yesterday and Jose was so flexible with all my extra requests, allowing me to get through the procedure successfully. I can't say enough about this dental office! I had a horrible experience at a previous office (on 6th and Belk) and had a dental emergency which resulted in me calling Wynn Dental. Savvanah was so helpful and got me in as an emergency appointment within 10 min of my call. Talk about above and beyond customer service! Dr. Lazore was amazing and treats the patient as a whole, not worried about dollar signs. She is compassionate and honest!!! Previous dental office had me walk out with a $16,000 estimate and never treated my infection. To find a dentist that puts patients over money is hard to find! The best part was that Dr Lazore did my cleaning instead of having a hygienist. I felt that all issues were covered by the time I was finished. I went in with a cracked tooth. Met with Dr Lazore. Seemed nice. She recommended that she pull the tooth and fill area with bone graft (never needed previously). Talked about additional work down the road. I told her I did not want graft (additional cost) in areas not needed. We talked about a partial but I told her I wanted to go route of 2 implants over 2 years for cost. She said she would create a plan with pricing, which I never received. We went in several days later for extraction. Took a couple very long hours of digging and drilling but finally removed in pieces. Before checking out I explained I couldn't take meds previously prescribed (Codine) because made me sick. Asked if could prescribe anti-nausea med or something else. She prescribe a very low dose Tram with Acetam. Upon checking out she hit us with a bill for over $700 for the extraction and graft and gave NO physical receipts. This was with Delta Insurance. After leaving, we went to pharm to pickup meds and they said 3 days was all that was called in. Pharm said Beyond has to call because they don't have electronic system. It has now been 3 days of pain, no sleep, fighting with pharms for meds, and ZERO followup from Beyond Dental. This appears to be a new or acquired company (Wynn Dental Care previously) and they seem to add additional services to make up for slow/new business or lack of clientele. read more

Dr. Lazore is amazing. I feel like I am visiting a friend during each visit. She is super talented and thinks outside the box. She has helped me to figure out so many solutions to help manage my tmj and overall health or my teeth. The staff is ALWays amazing. And I really have to lift up Brett who cleaned my teeth today. Oh my goodness. This man's hand were the most gentle of any I have ever met. I felt his hands were like the hands of God comforting me through his gentle touch to my mouth. I felt like I was at a mouth spa and didn't want the experience to end. Usually with my receding gums It's not a pleasurable experience to get my cleanings. But oh no. Not today. Today was a gentle touch with no pain. It's almost like a healing experience that I cannot explain. This man is touched folks! And a for sure blessing. I want all my loved ones to experience this lol. Man !!! I am so serious too. I pray he is there for my next cleaning. If not, then who knows. Maybe he is angel. Dr. Lazore, before Brett began my cleaning, introduced him and said he had gentle touch but I had not idea what i was in for.
