They don't care they just want to make money off your insurance . the office manager Bonita who works front desk has a flip flop attitude one minute she acts like she is nice the next she has a nasty ass attitude, she had the audacity to be upset because I needed to come back in for my dental emergency that the dentist did a terrible job on. He doesn't use care , picks and chooses who he wants to provide good care too , i was in dieing pain for a tooth emergency and he was so reckless he barely numbed me and snatched the tooth out of my mouth , he had such a somewhat shitty attitude it's ridiculous . The only person who treated me with respect and kindness was the african-American dental assistant. I brought my daughter here for many years. We first found this office through the insurance. They are ALWAYS so happy to see us (every 6 months) - at least we feel that way. They never portray that they are having a bad day. We usually make our appointments for 7am. Good thing they are morning people! The Dentist is AMAZING, even doing the cleanings himself. The absolute best! My mother referred me to them after having a horrific experience at Dental Depot and I wish I had thought to go to them originally. Where to start.... The staff.....this is the friendliest staff you can find. The receptionist greets you with a genuine smile, remembers you and knows her way around insurance like no other! If your insurance can pay, she will make sure they do and that was not my experience in the past. dental Depot gave me a bid for 900 that apparently my insurance covered but failed to tell me that. Plus the bid was to fix their mistake to make it even better and she explained my insurance would cover it because the tooth had a root canal. She makes it a very easy experience on the financial side and is a pleasure to deal with. She will ensure you are NOT charged for anything unnecessary unlike many places. His assistant is also a genuinely nice person. These ladies are the sweetest people on earth and they know what they are doing. His assistant is excellent at her job. Had to make a cap being an emergency and did an amazing job in 10 minutes for the temporary. She is extremely good at her job and seems to actually care. For anyone who might be afraid of dentists, this is where to go because she will put the biggest scary cat at ease. She hadn't seen my mom who had sent me there in many years and remembered her from a recent photo. She's very skilled and sweet as can be....who can ask for better. The dentist.....well you will be lucky to have someone so good working on your teeth. He repaired a cap that the prior dentist had filed down to nothing meaning there was nothing for the cap to stick to and it's holding well. Even the temp cap made in 10 minutes held up. The first cap from prior came off in 2 days and wouldnt stay on, now I know why. He built it up nicely and all seems good. My mom found him after 3 dentists told her she would loose a specific tooth and they could do nothing. He said he would try and see what happened and that tooth is still good after 12+ years. He does great work! I will be referring everyone I know who needs a dentist to him gladly and will not see anyone else as long as he is around. He truly is a skilled senators and he must be a good man to work for because his staff has been there a long time and it's a very happy place to enter. I cannot say enough good about everyone there. DO NOT EVEN BOTHER GOING HERE. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. I called in to schedule a simple cleaning today, I was told to come in and that it wouldn't be a problem at all, as it's a cleaning (like the most basic thing I could ask for). I showed up at 140 pm and filled out paperwork. The lady at the front desk insisted I get x rays done - I told her I would get them sent over from my last dental office. She made a huge deal about it and after she just got done yelling at some other patients 10 minutes before me, she proceeded to give me attitude. I got her on the phone with my old dentist and they sent stuff over, which wasn't good enough for them. They wanted to do them today - I took time off work and was there for over an hour at this point and said that's fine but I really want a teeth cleaning. The hygienist refused to clean my teeth and said she needed to see what insurance would cover and to not "think of getting my teeth cleaned like it's a haircut". The clueless (or completely dishonest) "dentist" at this place replaced a bridge that he screwed up initially 5 times. Each time I had to endure the breaking out of the bridge and getting an ill-fitted, hideous looking temp. This occurred over a period of 7 months where I never had anything close to a decent fitting. Always a frightening looking mouthful of junk. Got my final one (he wont call back now) a couple of months ago and sure enough, a large chip came off my top left tooth leaving me looking like a hillbilly. And they won't call back!!! Wow, this office is amazing. My father needed dental work and from the minute we walked in, the kindness and compassion was immediately felt. This is how a dental office should work. EVERYONE in the office went out of their way to make us feel comfortable and appreciated. I have to say, I was shocked, but so happy we chose them. Every appointment was on time, except the one time we were late due to traffic. They were very understanding about it. Dr. Ashtiani does an excellent job of assessing the problem and taking the correct steps to fix it. At no time did we feel we did not know what was going on.
