Today (1/14/26) was my first visit; and it was with the hygienist, Amy. Let me tell you about Amy…read moreshe is the most person knowledgeable hygienist I've ever worked with. She's also got a very, very cool looking. Dr Angel answered all my questions and I actually understood (no medical terminology) what she was saying. The other staff from the first greet all the way to the exit were amazing ladies. I must commend Dr Angel for Selecting/ employing a very great staff. The office is very, very clean. They made me feel welcomed and part of the family. Yes I will be a new family member.

Went here a few years ago for an implant. They offered a one-year warranty on their implant…read more Shortly before the year was up, the implant broke; it was hollow inside, year it was a first molar. It was my first implant, so I didn't know implants weren't supposed to be hollow, but logic dictated that a molar implant should not have been hollow. I called their office and asked them how long they guaranteed their implants, and was told one-year. I told them mine broke, and I needed to get a replacement. They office worker looked up my record and told me it was longer than one-year and that the implant was no longer under warranty. Fortunately, I paid for the implant with my credit card, and had proof it was less than one-year! When I came in for the new implant, the dentist, Dr Angel, wanted to see the broken implant. (I suspect they were looking for a possible "out" on honoring their warranty, but I was clear that a first molar should not have been hollow. I later learned that implants are not supposed to be hollow--it was basically a crown made to look like an implant. They did honor their warranty, but they were not very "nice" about it. At that time, I posted a negative review on Yelp about my experience, but apparently Angel Dentistry had Yelp remove it, probably to keep their rating higher than it should be. Not only that, but their dental hygienist charged for a very lousy cleaning while complaining her discontent that I gave them a negative review on Yelp! (And they made me wait until they were finished with all their other clients in the office so the clients wouldn't possibly hear what they were doing!) Type of care: adversarial Quality of care: substandard implant Office experience: very negative and petty staff

This office seems to be all about running up a huge insurance bill and draining your beginning of…read morethe year dental coverage benefits! They put more focus on financial profit than patient care or patient satisfaction. My visit was my first, and will also be my last. Scheduled cleaning weeks prior to appointment & was told that's what I'd get; instead I was put in a chair for over an hour & faced a full set of exrays and afterwards a separate second set of exrays, different from the first (that are only allowed by insurance maybe once every 3-5 years). Eventually wondering if I had been misled, I began to inquire as to what stage of my appointment would I get my cleaning. I was then told I would NOR get one because they don't do traditional cleanings (but only laser cleanings) and for those a prior authorization would need to be done. Why wasn't that revealed to me when I made my appointment? Initially I provided plenty of data when making my appointment that should have prompted them to be up front and completely transparent! I even discussed my current treatment plan with my previous dentist and cleaning schedule based on my ongoing dental health. They had ample time to disclose their office info and/or processes, even after my insurance benefits were confirmed, which was way in advance of my scheduled appointment! Now, I'm in a strange predicament because if I go to another dentist my exrays allowances have already been exhausted by this money motivated office (they're very sneaky). It appears that they had no plans on providing a cleaning from the start, yet they took full advantage of exhausting my exray coverages, one of which won't be allowed for at least another 3 to 5 years! One more FYI; amid a so called pending prior authorization, they haven't attempted to make any contact with me since my visit - another example of poor customer service!!! Stay away . . . Go elsewhere!

Dr. Eniko Loud is one of the most thorough and knowledgeable dentists I've ever been to hands down…read moreand to find someone like that who is a conventional dentist fully trained BUT also is a functional medicine practitioner AND a holistic dentist is pretty much impossible to find! She has the latest technology for everything and she is able to do scans and investigate beyond your teeth and up into your face and head and neck with the technology that she uses so you can actually find completely hidden infections or damage that normally cannot be seen by a regular dental exam or x-rays. She was able to find a chip in one of my upper vertebrae that I sustained from a car accident in the past as well as a hidden infection above one of my teeth in my sinus area that nobody else had spotted from an old filling that had been replaced incorrectly by a prior dentist. It wasn't even bothering me but there it was on the scan. I would have NEVER found out otherwise! If you have hidden infections or damage from an old filling or even hidden metal that you can't see with the naked eye, there is no other dentist that could find that other than Dr. Loud. She knows how to remove and correct these things safely and with your health at the forefront and uses safe and proper methods to remove metal fillings. Most dentists don't even protect your body when they remove metal fillings and all of that mercury gets released into your body causing damage that can continue on for years. She also knows the connection between your teeth and your organs. Did you know that every tooth connects to a different organ, gland or tissue in your body and she has a chart that can show you which teeth connect to the different parts of your body because a problem in a tooth can be causing totally different symptoms somewhere else in your body! I am a naturopathic practitioner myself and I send all of my patients to her. Every single one of them has been blown away by their experience with her. If you want to be sure your teeth are being handled in the best way for your overall health, there is no other dentist to see. She is the whole package! I would never see anyone else now that I've been lucky enough to find her.

I would not recommend this dentist office. I had previously been to another dentist and a…read moreperiodontist for pain and redness in my gums. Both had suggested that perhaps I had developed a metal allergy but didn't know who to send me to get tested so I contacted Whole Health. Dr Sofia also agreed that could be the problem. First course of action was a saliva test and then labs were ordered through Vibrant Labs in CA. The test was 520 dollars and it took me almost a year to save up to get the test . At no time did anyone mention that it was also going to cost me another 200 dollars to have someone go over the results with me . Anyway I did the test . I was notified that the dentist had received my results on Jan .19th . (Monday) By Friday the 23rd I still had not heard anything from the dentist office so I left a message . By Monday the 26 I still had not heard from the dentist so I left another message . By Wed the 28th I still had not heard from the dentist so I looked up the Facebook page and message Dr Loud through email. That's when I finally got a text saying Dr Loud was not my dentist but that they would make an appt with Dr Sofia to go over my results and that would be Feb 13. Then a week later they called me and said she didn't want to go over results with me but wanted me to talk to a practitioner and she would contact me. I got an appt with her for Feb 16th . That was yesterday and come to find out the test didn't even test for metal allergies (which is the only reason I did it) . I am beyond upset about this . Not only do I feel like no one cares but no one answers the phone or returns calls so there is no point in trying to do that . Do yourself a favor and stay away from this place , unless you want to be angry and you want to waste your money
