It had been a few years since I had seen a dentist due to some difficult past experiences with my previous provider. I was honestly nervous going in because I worried I would be judged for not taking the best care of my oral health. Taylor completely put those worries to rest and made me feel welcomed and comfortable throughout my visit. Dr. Dena Khoury Myers was exceptional as well. She took the time to explain my treatment options and even recommended alternative treatments, including peptides, to help prevent cavities. I absolutely love that Pearl Dental is a family owned and operated office. Everyone made me feel genuinely cared for, and I never felt like I was being pressured or overcharged for treatment. I'm so glad I found Pearl Dental and will definitely continue using them for all of my future dental needs. Highly recommend!

My experience at this office was disappointing, particularly when it came to feeling heard as a…read morepatient. I was anxious about preserving my natural tooth structure during a cavity treatment. I expressed that concern because I wanted to understand what was necessary and how the dentist would determine what tooth structure needed to be removed. Unfortunately, the interaction left me feeling uncomfortable asking questions and uncertain about why the preparation needed to be enlarged. In retrospect, I recognize that my questions may have come across as questioning the dentist's competence, and that was never my intention. I was an anxious patient trying to understand an irreversible procedure. I can accept that my concerns may not have come across exactly as I intended, but I also believe patients should be able to express anxiety and ask questions without being made to feel that they have challenged their provider's credibility. What I want from a dental office is straightforward: clear explanations, respectful communication, and the feeling that I can be an active participant in my own care. Instead, I left feeling less comfortable and less reassured than when I arrived. With all due respect, I won't be back.

I brought my daughter here for many years. We first found this office through the insurance. They…read moreare ALWAYS so happy to see us (every 6 months) - at least we feel that way. They never portray that they are having a bad day. We usually make our appointments for 7am. Good thing they are morning people! The Dentist is AMAZING, even doing the cleanings himself. The staff is encouraging! The assistants are so personable. The front office helps us with $$$$$ conscious referrals. What an awesome experience-for years. We will continue to use this dentist as long as they will see us!

The receptionist was rude, sarcastic, and spoke to people in a condescending high-pitched tone that made the whole environment uncomfortable. What bothered me most was how she spoke to a minor about her healthcare card, making unnecessary comments and speaking to the child disrespectfully. First impressions matter, and the front desk completely ruined the experience for me. What stood out most was how she spoke to a minor about her healthcare card, insisting she should have it on her phone despite clearly being a child, and making inappropriate comments suggesting there were 'other things she probably has on her phone she shouldn't.' That kind of remark was unnecessary, disrespectful, and completely out of line. I understand offices can get busy and stressful, but that is no excuse for being dismissive or rude to patients, especially a minor. Overall, the lack of basic patience and professionalism at the front desk left a very negative impression.

I also really appreciated that the entire staff was female. It made me feel much more comfortable, especially since I've had negative experiences with male dentists in the past. Very clean and friendly pupper !! The only downside is that it's definitely on the expensive side, but I understand it's a high-end practice in Scottsdale. They're also incredibly busy, I had to wait about eight months for my appointment, but I can see why they're so booked. In the end, it was worth the wait. My teeth are clean, healthy, and I had a great experience!

This is not the dentist for you if you are a basic patient that doesn't have serious dental issues or need cosmetic surgery or appliances. They don't take care of you or treat you if you aren't making money . The only bright spot is the front desk and the hygienists who are excellent despite the dentists being inattentive and uncaring. I switched to this dentist (Dr Bri) several years ago after moving here and having a multi year relationship with my prior dentist. While Dr Bri was fine at the beginning, everything became progressively worse over time. This office is a money making machine that only cares about selling you cosmetic dentistry and services you don't need. They did this to me and my kids, each of us getting separately estimates for 20k of cosmetic work every time you go in for a tooth cleaning. Another friend left the practice after having the same experience. I stayed on bc I felt it was fine to say no to cosmetic work but ultimately was relegated to worse and worse service. Several times, and maybe all of the last four visits, I had to ASK to see the actual dentist. They tried to send me on my way after the hygienist cleaning. I was asked if I had a particular issue and said- no I just think the dentist should look at your teeth during a dental exam. Terrible customer service. Worse, last time I was there, they had someone who I don't think had ever seen a tooth doing flossing and other basic work (it wasn't the hygienist). She kept skipping teeth and had no clue what she was doing. It was almost like a joke. Then when I asked to see the dentist, I found out she wasn't even there that day. Why even schedule me for an appointment? It was ridiculous and the final straw. Side note: They also refused to send X-rays to my oral surgeon bc I wouldn't sign up with their surgeon who wasn't covered by my insurance. My surgeon had to take new X-rays. What a racket. Again The only reason for not giving one star are the front desk and hygienists who are excellent. I consider the dentist a long term and personal relationship. I went to this office for years and had absolutely no relationship with Dr Bri. The customer service is poor unless you need major work done. Find another office if you are just an ordinary person with good teeth that need to be cleaned.

It genuinely saddens me to write this review because my first experience at this office last year…read morewas exceptional. The dentist and hygienist were both attentive, compassionate, and made me feel heard, something that had been missing from many of my prior dental experiences. After taking a few months away due to personal circumstances, I returned about five months later for a routine cleaning with tooth pain, hoping for the same level of care. Unfortunately, this visit was overshadowed by a very negative interaction with the office manager, Tania. While I understood and was not upset about an outstanding balance caused by an insurance issue, I was disappointed that it took several months for this to be brought to my attention. More concerning, however, was how the situation was handled. During our conversation, Tania asked my age and then began speaking to me in a noticeably condescending tone, repeatedly addressing me as "girl" rather than maintaining a professional manner. The discussion about the insurance matter became increasingly uncomfortable, as she then decided to bring my mother into the situation due to her being the policy holder. In every professional way, I expressed that she does not know me or my mother, nor does she understand the nature of our relationship. Despite this, she continued making assumptions and stated that although she is close with her own daughter, she would still cash a check without telling her. At one point, I asked if I could step away to speak with my mother directly. When I returned, I explained that I was willing to pay the balance and was simply waiting for my mother to send me the funds. In response, she made an additional remark stating "oh girl yea your mom definitely cashed that check and doesn't want to tell you" which I found inappropriate and unprofessional. When I ultimately asked to cancel my appointment due to both the unresolved insurance issue and discomfort with the interaction, I was met with further unprofessional comments, including suggestions that I should simply pay out of pocket or just ask my mother for money. As someone who works in healthcare, I found this experience particularly disappointing. Patients should be treated with respect, professionalism, and without personal assumptions. While I still believe the dentist and hygienist provide excellent care, this interaction has made me uncomfortable returning to the office. I hope this feedback is taken seriously, as no patient should feel diminished during what should be a supportive healthcare experience.

Dr. Eniko Loud is one of the most thorough and knowledgeable dentists I've ever been to hands down…read moreand to find someone like that who is a conventional dentist fully trained BUT also is a functional medicine practitioner AND a holistic dentist is pretty much impossible to find! She has the latest technology for everything and she is able to do scans and investigate beyond your teeth and up into your face and head and neck with the technology that she uses so you can actually find completely hidden infections or damage that normally cannot be seen by a regular dental exam or x-rays. She was able to find a chip in one of my upper vertebrae that I sustained from a car accident in the past as well as a hidden infection above one of my teeth in my sinus area that nobody else had spotted from an old filling that had been replaced incorrectly by a prior dentist. It wasn't even bothering me but there it was on the scan. I would have NEVER found out otherwise! If you have hidden infections or damage from an old filling or even hidden metal that you can't see with the naked eye, there is no other dentist that could find that other than Dr. Loud. She knows how to remove and correct these things safely and with your health at the forefront and uses safe and proper methods to remove metal fillings. Most dentists don't even protect your body when they remove metal fillings and all of that mercury gets released into your body causing damage that can continue on for years. She also knows the connection between your teeth and your organs. Did you know that every tooth connects to a different organ, gland or tissue in your body and she has a chart that can show you which teeth connect to the different parts of your body because a problem in a tooth can be causing totally different symptoms somewhere else in your body! I am a naturopathic practitioner myself and I send all of my patients to her. Every single one of them has been blown away by their experience with her. If you want to be sure your teeth are being handled in the best way for your overall health, there is no other dentist to see. She is the whole package! I would never see anyone else now that I've been lucky enough to find her.
