I called trying to get an appointment with the front desk and I noticed the receptionist seemed annoyed when I provided the proper spelling of my last name. I blew it off because we all have those days but when it came to scheduling an appointment, there was no help. She asked what's a good day and I said any Friday, her response was we're closed this Friday and stayed quiet. I asked again, is there another Friday that you have available? She said next Friday at 12pm which was perfect because it's my lunch hour. So we went with that date. Are you okay? what happened" She was still in this disconnected customer service script and responded with, "I'm fine. I hung up because I didn't hear anything." Take in mind, I informed her to hold on, and it took all but 3 seconds to type it into my calendar. When I informed her that I wanted to schedule my other 2 kids her response was, "well. I didn't hear anything" again her sass was on a whole other level. I informed her that I would call back later and that I didn't feel comfortable. Her teeth were in bad shape even though she has been going to a dentist since birth. My daughter was scared but ALL the people who work in the office have been amazing with her!
