In the end, that alone makes me glad I went with them. But even if they'd been a pain to deal with, the performance would've made the price worth it 2x over. This PC is whisper quiet, lightning fast and runs every game at over 100fps without any real stress. It's also well-built without any clutter inside. Hopefully I won't have to take any upgrades into my own hands in the near future, but if I do, the thing is immaculately put together and won't be a hassle at all. Our 3 year old printer was giving a message that the printer could not print. I looked up the error message and was to clean the ink drum. I found a spring on top of the black ink drum. Removed it, cleaned the ink drum. Tried to print. The printer did not. Turned it off and back on, same message. Called Scott and set a time and day to check it out. He couldn't find where the spring came from. It may have been from the factory but it will remain a mystery. Scott had to put some time with this non-printing printer. He said it was the drum rollers and had to replace all four of them. He is really good and impressed with his knowledge of fixing printers.
