First time here, nice score. Open 24/7. Large menu. I ordered a Bacon And Egg Breakfast burrito. It was large, tasty and loaded with bacon, egg, cheese and potato. There is a small salsa bar at the counter. Place was clean and prices are very reasonable. Service was excellent. They also have a drive through window. They serve much more than just burritos. All good here! Likely 5 stars, but need to try this one again

Quesabirria Tacos are straight fire. I grew up in San Diego since the 70s and I'm real picky about Mexican food. I'm basically vegetarian but every once in a while I want tacos lol and if there's anything gross about the meat I won't eat it..period. I've ordered Quesabirria everywhere in Cali from Big Bear to El Centro Ocean Beach to Oceanside and listen man they are doing it right here at Arizona Burrito. I dunno why I was shocked because the restaurant is clean and looks cool with their colors so maybe it's just the location I dunno but that's how it goes most of the time with good Mexican food you gotta find the good stuff in the hood lol I never thought to add lemon to the tacos before but that just took it up a notch man.. these things are FANTASTIC great flavors from the cheese the well seasoned meat the consommé the toppings so fresh and crispy absolutely banging. Best I've ever had and at 2 for $8 these are a steal. $13 and higher at San Diego restaurants like Mike's red tacos or Filiberto's which don't even come close to being as flavorful as these. The ladies working the drive thru are always so sweet and kind. I seen the Mesa PD eating here late at night. I DoorDash all night long and I can eat anywhere in this entire valley from Globe to Cave Creek Payson to Queen Creek and I choose Arizona Burrito over everything. 24/7 drive thru and $5 breakfast burritos after 6am Don't sleep on this absolute legend Mexican food. Don't forget to order the raspberry filled churros for desert or munchies NURM!!!

Here's the lowdown on the carne asada burrito I mentioned in my first review. I did go back recently and order a carne asada burrito. I'm sad to report that the same meat is used in both burritos. I detected no difference between the steak breakfast burrito and the standard carne asada burrito. It's definitely not a negative review, because both burritos were hot, tasty, and made with generous proportions. They are very good! It's simply a matter of what I grew up on, and the style they serve at Arizona Burrito. I will definitely be back.

I've had a lot of breakfast burritos in my life, but Arizona Burrito just set the bar ridiculously high. For under $8 (and I think even cheaper in the morning!), I got a breakfast burrito that was everything I could ask for--crispy bacon, perfectly cooked potatoes with that golden crunch, melty cheese tying it all together, and an incredible tortilla that held up like a champ. And the sauces? Legit. A great selection of authentic flavors to kick it up a notch. For the price, the quality is unreal. If you're looking for an elite breakfast burrito that won't break the bank, this is it.

This place started out under a different name. A rose by any other name would smell as sweet. First of all, the building they made it way better than it was before, it's still the same old building and they kept a lot of the great things about it. The reason I liked the original was not only was it just good solid Mexican food, it's priced very well. This remain the only place that I can get a decent bean and cheese burrito for less than $5! Absolutely amazing. Today I got the breakfast "potato, egg, and cheese" with bean burrito. The tortilla is solid, no complaints. First bite was good, plenty of cheese! Was warmed all the way through and all the cheese was melted. Beans had great flavor and texture as well as the eggs, potatoes were well seasoned and cooked right.overall great burrito (less than $10) and it's huge. Service was a little lack luster, but not gonna expect a crazy service experience for counter service. They got the order right, they got me the order quick, so the important stuff was done right. Maybe a little friendlier/enthusiasm could've changed how I feel but again, not a big deal at ALL The salsa, red is spicy, but not like the other red salsa I've tried, a good solid flavor with smokiness. The green is also very good. Not as spicy but good flavor.

We ordered the Dough Melt with Biscoff and the Leslie Knope with Butter Pecan. The donut was good but would have been better if it was warm. We are used to Afters who puts their donut in a press to warm it. The Biscoff ice cream was like a vanilla with cookie mixed in. I was expecting a more Biscoff forward flavor. The Leslie Knope had a 7 minute wait because they had to make the waffle. I liked that the waffle was warm but it got hard and cold quickly with the ice cream. It wasn't fluffy at all and I think by waiting I was expecting a fresh waffle, but it seemed to be more of a frozen waffle placed in a toaster. It was also more difficult the eat the waffle sandwich vs the donut sandwich. We ended up biting the waffle and using a spoon for the ice cream. The butter pecan ice cream had good flavor but was nothing special. Definitely recommend the Dough Melt over the Leslie Knope, and the Butter Pecan over the Biscoff. An additonal star because the service was friendly and she offered to answer questions as we were indecisive since it was our first time there. However, we probably won't be back as there are many ice cream options closer to us in Gilbert that have better quality ice cream that is creamier and smoother, and more variety of flavors.

Gelato is something I love to indulge on occasion, and after a couple Yelper friends reviewed, I had this on my radar to try. When my friends today mentioned wanting dessert after lunch, I suggested this as it was in proximity to where we met for ramen. The owner (I presume) greeted us and so did his brother who was seated in the lobby. They boasted it was the best gelato in Arizona, and it was authentic like Italy. I was skeptical at first as a lot can talk a big game, but then you try it and it's average. Stracciatella is a classic flavor and one of my favorites, so I requested a sample. It was very creamy, but the dark chocolate helped cut the sweetness. I ordered a piccolo (small) and it was just the right size for a treat. My friends ordered behind me and I found a spot for us to sit and chat. The interior is mostly tables for two chairs, but we made a table of three. In the future, I'd probably grab to go as it's fairly small. Still a solid choice for a sweet treat and I would recommend it if you are in the area.

AZ Chimney Cakes specializes in Kürtöskalács, a.k.a chimney cakes, an incredible dessert that originated in Hungary. I have Romanian roots and Kürtöskalács are quite popular in Romania. That's where I had my first chimney cake. Located in the same shopping center as a movie theater, a Japanese restaurant, and a bunch of other businesses, I parked without any issues in the free back lot and walked over. Ambiance (4/5): A cozy dessert shop. I felt right at home when I saw a map of Bucharest by the entrance. You order at the counter and then they bring your order out to you. We sat at a table close to the door. Service (5/5): Friendly service and we were fortunate enough to chat with the owner for quite a bit. Food (5/5): If you've never has a chimney cake, you're in for a treat. They're made to order and customizable. More so than anywhere I've ever seen. Outside of the dessert options, which are the way to go for first timers, if you're feeling adventurous, they also have one or two savory options.
