Exhaust

Super happy with the team here! Got an aftermarket cat-back exhaust installed here and they were very helpful in the process and their communication was great. Will absolutely use them again for maintenance and any other mods I choose to add!

I can't underscore enough how positive my first visit went. I have an obscure BMW Activehybrid car. They were up front with letting me know that it could be a learning experience for all involved. I appreciated their honesty because no one is an expert at this car -- not even the dealerships. They spent a considerable amount of time researching my issue and trying multiple resets as it's very difficult to work on the hybrids. Other shops would have charged me for the extra hours spent, but they did not. I was out the door with no markup on my aux battery as well as only the original 0.5 hours quoted charged to my card. Though they are 20 minutes from my home, they will get all of my future business. The shop near me had quoted 3 hours of labor for the same job and had considerably marked up the aux battery cost on their estimate! This didn't sound right so I called all of the local BMW repair shops around downtown/mid-town Phoenix. They all quoted either at the same price point or just a little less. This is when I branched out to calling Tempe and Mesa shops. Before finding this shop, there was only one shop in Tempe who came close with no markup on the battery but wanted an hour for labor. Long story short, if you own a BMW and you live anywhere in the Phoenix metropolitan area, this is your shop! Even taking a Lyft to/from the other side of the valley is far cheaper than going to a repair shop that will upcharge you on everything.

I baby the heck out of this thing, and only take it to spots I trust.

Had an oil pan gasket replaced, much less expensive here than the quote I got from the dealer. I like the text message updates.

Does this business perform high speed wheel balancing?

Good morning Mike, We do not as we do not sell wheels are tires. We generally recommend visiting Wheel Specialists. We have had a good amount of customers go there for balancing to remedy issues.…

I would shop here again if I had more money Isaac Granados…read moreis awesome I'm referring him to everyone I know until I can come back

I had an extremely disappointing experience attempting to purchase a Toyota Tundra from Carizona…read more I placed a $2,000 deposit based on how the vehicle was represented and then paid for an independent pre-purchase inspection. That inspection uncovered multiple problems that were not apparent from the listing, including a cracked dash screen, a tear in the rear seat that had been covered with duct tape, and significant cosmetic/body concerns. After receiving the inspection, I gave Carizona two reasonable options: repair the vehicle so it matched how it had been represented to me, or return my deposit. I documented multiple attempts to resolve the situation but did not receive a satisfactory response. What was particularly frustrating was discovering later that Carizona had apparently made repairs to the truck and relisted it. I was never contacted to tell me the repairs had been completed or given an opportunity to move forward with the purchase. I had to find the new listing myself. The truck was subsequently advertised at approximately $2,000 less than the price I had been dealing with--which essentially corresponds to the amount of my deposit. This experience ultimately cost me the $2,000 deposit, the cost of the independent inspection, additional expenses, and a significant amount of time trying to resolve the matter. The dispute is now the subject of pending litigation, so I will let the court determine the legal issues. My advice to anyone considering a vehicle here is simple: get an independent pre-purchase inspection before committing significant money, carefully document the vehicle's advertised condition, and keep copies of all communications. I would have much preferred for Carizona to simply communicate with me and resolve this professionally.
