I cant say enough positive things about this place. First i purchased my 2019 Stumpjumper st from…read morethis place about a month ago, they were the only ones in the east valley that had it. I worked with Zach, and they had it assembled in two hours and I took it home that day. This past week i started having shifting issues. I had another local shop try to work on only because i was closer to them at the moment, they struggled for over minutes and didn't fix it. Then I dropped it off at Bike masters 6pm on Monday. Zach did the intake and said they would get it back to me by the next day. Dustin worked on it throughout the day on Tuesday and called me a few times with updates. This is where the above and beyond service kicks in. He said during our phone conversation 1/2 hour before close "he is not going to go home until it is fixed" as he knew i had a ride planned the next morning. He stayed two hours after close just to try and solve my issue.. Which he did. When is the last time you heard of someone doing this?! They also converted me to a tubeless set up and installed a dropper - both work well. Zach and Dustin have always been friendly, patient, and easy to work with and I highly recommend this shop. These guys go above and beyond to make their customers happy!

The store was fairly empty mid afternoon on a Saturday and so I wasn't expecting anything less, but it was still notable that the service was prompt and the guy that helped us Make sure he recommended what we needed and not anything more. While we didn't buy any additional equipment or bikes at the store we did walk around and I found their selection to be pretty decent with Pricing in the mid to upper range. I definitely would check them out again if I'm in the area.

Very disappointing experience with the service department…read more I brought my bike into Landis Cyclery today after the rear tube went flat. I had the rear tube replaced at Landis on May 12, 2026, and since then I have only ridden the bike a couple of times. I also made a point of checking and maintaining the tire pressure at the recommended PSI before riding. When I arrived, I spoke with Service Manager Aaron and explained the situation. I mentioned that I believed the air was coming from the area of the Schrader valve rather than from a typical puncture. Aaron immediately suggested that it could have been a thorn. When I explained that I didn't believe that was the case, he responded in a very condescending manner, explaining that the tubes are "thorn resistant," not "thorn proof," and then said, "You know what the difference between something that's thorn proof vs. resistant is, right?" Regardless of whether the failure was caused by a puncture, improper inflation, or a defective tube, I don't think there's any reason to speak to a customer that way. After inspecting the tube, Aaron said that I must have ridden the bike with low tire pressure because of where the hole was. I again explained that I consistently check the PSI before riding specifically because I take bike safety seriously. He then told me, "I don't know what you want, man. You need a new tube and a new tire." At that point, I told him that I simply wanted my bike back and that I didn't appreciate the way I was being spoken to. I've attached a photo of the tube. The failure is right near the Schrader valve, which makes me question whether this was a premature tube failure or possible defect, particularly given that the tube was installed only about four months ago and the bike has seen very little use since then. What makes this especially disappointing is that my family is currently in the market for new bikes, and I had originally intended to purchase them from Landis Cyclery. After today's experience, however, I will be taking my business elsewhere. Problems with bike equipment can happen. What matters is how a business treats the customer when something goes wrong. Unfortunately, the attitude and condescending treatment I received today completely changed my opinion of Landis. I expected better from the service department, especially from a Service Manager. I hope Landis management takes a serious look at how customers are being treated in the service department. A Service Manager should be de-escalating situations and helping customers--not talking down to them.

Ended up calling them on 11/9 to check on status and the person answered yelled he was backed up and to check on Tuesday. Called on 11/12, said again was still backed up and he was next in queue and would be done next day. Since I do not live close by, I called an hour before they closed to see if ready, the person who answered yelled we're backed up and all these phone calls from every customer is not helping, told me the bike was next in queue. Yesterday I called again an hour before they closed and got yelled at again, said he didn't want to throw shade but they are busy and he hung up on me. If they had contacted me by text or email giving an update, I would not have called but they literally had the bike for 13 days when it should have been ready in 6. The worse customer service I have ever experienced in my life. I would not take your bike here. I am not one of your buddies that you can talk to with disrespect. I am a customer and you are a business. I will NEVER do business with this place ever again. P.S. when my husband picked up the bike he heard someone in the back say "yes get this bike out of here" not even sure if they did the work they said they were doing. They didn't go over anything with him when they picked it up. However was nice and polite to everyone else. Might I also add a little shady the bike was ready at 6:10 an hour after I called yesterday.

They actually have sale prices which is rare in this day when all other shops just sell everything at full price. The staff was super nice and walked me through all the different bikes and features. They set up the new bike and thoroughly went through everything on it with me watching which was awesome to see. The other shops just rang them up and pushed us out. They had the best prices for quality bikes. I highly recommend and will be a continuous/future customer. Thank you for being a great company and putting the customer first! From a past in retail, it was definitely noticed and appreciated!!!

I said anything up to $60 is approved without a confirmation. A set of two well-reviewed tubeless tires is $50 online, see image. I was charged $60 for a single solid tire, which is far worse, as explained by YOUR check-in rep. You took advantage of my pre-approval to order the most expensive tire approved. I ordered a tubeless tire FROM THE OEM for $35 including delivery, see image. So now I need to spend $50 for Archer to install a crappy $60 tire plus $35 for the correct tire and another $50 to have someone other than Archer replace the brand-fing-new tire that I didn't want. Minus a star for a misleading statement.
