Then she proceeded to take someone before me and I waited for 20mins. What is the point of an appointment? Then she refused to work on our title needs. Went to the MDV in Cottonwood and was in and out within 30mins. As the agent at the MDV said, FooteWork only processes simple issues, which I can do on my own for less cost. If you do or if you don't try to get here before you open or you may get stuck waiting in line for a long time like most DMVs. The 2 times I went I got lucky with both times to get a new license plate as well as a new license. The first time I went there was absolutely no line, the second time I got there soon they opened. Even though there was a decent amount of people waiting to get in too, I was able to be done in like 3-4 minutes with my appointment and the staff were friendly too. This is one of the better DMVs to go to.
