Last week, I got an oil change at another location near my home in California, and yesterday, my wife, kids, and I drove to Flagstaff from California. When I got up this morning to go get coffee and drive to the Grand Canyon, I saw a large pool underneath where I had parked. I assumed it was coolant from the overflow, but I got out to check anyhow. I'm glad I did. It was close to a quart of fresh oil! We drive into town to get oil at Walmart, and my wife noticed a Jiffy Lube in the same shopping center, so we stopped in. A tech came out to greet me, and I told him what was going on with my van (2019 Kia Sedona). He had me bring it into an open bay, and the staff got started on it immediately. Unfortunately, the issue turned out to be more than just a loose oil plug. That will be something for the Kia folks to deal with. The guys here added a gasket to the drain plug and even topped off the oil. The best part--they didn't charge me a dime. Over 450 miles from home, I pulled into Jiffy Lube this morning extremely worried. I left feeling confident, my faith in humanity restored. Today, I feel like a truly valued customer. We visit Flagstaff every year, and from now on I'll time my oil change so I can bring at least one oil change service to this location each year. Thank you, Jiffy Lube! read more

I took my car in this past weekend for a typical oil change. This was the first time I've actually taken it in somewhere when usually my dad has done it for me. But because I live 3 hours away from him and had my light come on I needed to get it taken care of quickly. While the service itself was quick and seemingly efficient, the quality of what was done wasn't. TWO DAYS after my oil change, my check engine light turns on and after taking it to find out what the code was, I learned that it had messed with my VVT. And I know this wasn't an issue caused by me because I had my entire engine rebuilt in June of this year so it was practically brand new. Fortunately, I was able to find a mechanic who was able to fix the issue by flushing out my engine and redoing my oil change for me. But it was a complete waste of $100 on top of my repair fees that they caused. Do yourself a favor and either go somewhere else, or learn how to do it yourself to avoid this. read more

DO NOT GO HERE. If I could give you a zero I would, but I can't so I give you a ONE. These workers are LIARS and messed with the wrong girl. Using women and taking advantage of women in 2022?!? LOVE THAT. They told me my front brakes were at 5% and I got a second quote at the dealership and they told me I was FINE. They didn't need to change my air filters and lied to me about my oil level. I took my car here, got my oil changed, carried on, drive up the mountain, noticed there was oil dripping out, took my car back, they told me that it was tranny fluid dripping out (they couldn't tell the difference between tranny fluid and fresh oil), I had to wait a day for y mechanic to open, when my mechanic looked at it it turned out jiffy lube forgot to put the o ring on the replacement oil filter. Now they are are playing games on paying for the mechanic. They issued a check but it got "returned" so when I got the checks finally the checked were out of date so not the are playing more games. Never go to jiffy lube. read more

I came here for a simple oil change and they proceeded to tell me that if i did not get my front brakes checked within two weeks they would completely brake. They recommended that i get them fixed that day without getting a second opinion or waiting any time because my brakes were too unstable to drive on. THANKFULLY i did not listen to them and took my car to brake masters where they proceeded to tell me that there is absolutely NOTHING wrong with my brakes. I am a teenage girl so i expect to get taken advantage of sometimes but scathing the life out of me and making me think my car is going to brake down is just ridiculous. would not recommend this place to anyone ever. read more

Customers service was good but as for actual work done on my vehicle. Not so much... didn't properly flush my coolant system while working on it. Which caused my engine to over heat. Along with them not properly reattaching my engine splash shield underneath my vehicle after completing an oil change. Which proceeded to fall off while driving. Not a big deal but a headache id prefer not to have to deal with after a simple oil change. Regret stopping at this shop caused more problems than fixed. 200$ not well spent. read more

This is the best Jiffy Lube that I've come across. The staff is so friendly. All members were working on my car at once, (clean windows, vacuumed floors) came alone with my oil change. The staff worked to give me the best price and were so helpful. Also, a different Jiffy Lube back in California had talked me into getting two new belts on my car which weren't fastened properly. My car was practically screaming trying to get the belts to grip. Anyways, these Flagstaff Jiffy Lube staff were awesome in helping me. Super quick fix, free of charge too. I have never felt taken advantage of here as a female who knows nothing about cars. This is now my go-to! read more

Needing an oil change while on a road trip over the holidays I stopped at this Jiffy Lube for an oil change. Service seemed fine. Driving to Cortes Junction then back home to Denver the car, an older car, seemed to have suspension issues and every bump was shocking. After a few days home, before I took it to my mechanic I checked my tire pressure and the front tire was OVER 100LBS!! It was inflated over 65lbs past the required inflation amount. That tire was filled by the staff at this location. It could have exploded while I was driving the almost 1000 miles at high speeds for over 12 hours. I feel lucky to be alive. When I called the manager to report this he was friendly enough and said he would look into the auto tire filling machine and see if there were any malfunctions happening and apologized. I can't say I trust their machines though. read more

I've been here twice, and both times I was totally screwed over. The first time I went, they talked me into adding in several things that were supposed to improve my car's performance, but it did nothing, and I noticed no difference. It was over priced, and I left extremely dissatisfied. In my stupidity, I thought this would be an isolated incident and merely let it roll over. I took my car back to get the radiator flushed in preparation for winter. $218. I wasn't happy to have to shell out that kind of money again, but I let it slide until the girl who was helping me became extremely belligerent and rude, talking down to me and acting as though I wasting her time. She also didn't know how to use her computer and kept taking it out on me. Two weeks later, my car began overheating, so I took it to a different mechanic on Route 66 only to find that the radiator was leaking in three places and had been so damaged by Jiffy Lube's incompetence that I now need what could be several hundred dollars worth of repairs. Go somewhere else. Go literally ANYWHERE else. I'm calling the BBB tomorrow morning to get my money back because this is horrible. Update: I got an estimate from my mechanic. The absolute cheapest I can get? $775. I am so, SO furious now. read more

do not go here to "iffy lube". My oil pan drain plug was stripped because they over tighten the plug. They offered to fix it at an additional cost to me. Had my oil changed and they said I had a fog light out and tried to fix it, but couldn't figure it out. 2 weeks later took the car to my mechanic to have some work done and he said the fog lite was working and noticed that the oil drain plug was so loose that he could take it out by hand. This is my way of venting when a company, restaurant or service has royally screwed me and this jiffy lube takes the cake. Long story short, I take my car here for an oil change. Simple enough, except the next day my car starts making a funny noise. I take it to the car repair shop and they said who ever did my oil change did an extremely sloppy job, over filled it, and used the wrong oil. I just called into jiffy lube on woodlands village blvd thinking it was time for an oil change- how refreshing it is to find the honesty of this shop- they informed me that with the limited mileage and time period since my last visit no service was necessary at this time- it has been 3 years though! Not content with that they proceeded to check all levels and give the vehicle a visual inspection- no charge. I will return here and recommend them to anyone looking for honest ethical and fair vehicle maintenance. read more
