I'm back again and this time Emma was my masseuse for a deep tissue massage. I only booked one hour and always regret not booking longer than an hour. I fight the urge to fall asleep, but Emma put me to sleep during this session. I heard myself snoring and woke up. She asked what are the areas I want her to focus on and I said neck, shoulders, back and feet. She asked if she can step on me and I was up for it. It was my first time being massaged this way and I'm hooked! I'm unsure what type of hot tea they serve. I always enjoy the scent and flavor of this tea after the massage. I'll be back again!

arisa was awesome! my girlfriend took me here for our anniversary i liked the pressure points and the tea that they served

I went here for a deep tissue massage and was pleasantly surprised. The massage pressure was intense because I usually don't get deep tissue, but the masseuse checked in on me continuously to make sure I was ok. I came in mid week around 1:30pm and I was the only person there, but the place did start filling up soon after. The only thing that was kind of annoying was there was nobody at the front desk to check in people for their appointments so my masseuse had to stop my massage mid way and check them in. Overall, it was a super relaxing experience and my body felt so much lighter after. I will definitely be back if I'm in the area!

A Sizzling Experience at Arisa Thai Massage! As a self-proclaimed connoisseur of massages (I've been poked, prodded, and pampered at more places than I care to admit), I thought I had experienced it all. That was until I stumbled upon the hidden gem that is Arisa Thai Massage. My friend, A, and I decided to treat ourselves to a hot stone massage, and boy, did it deliver! From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was an immediate escape from the bustling city. The soothing sounds of Thai instrumental music mixed with the subtle aroma of lemongrass transported us straight to a tropical paradise. I half expected a tuk-tuk to pull up and offer us a ride to our massage beds. The customer service here is top-notch. Big shout out to Lisa and Judy who did our couplaes massage. Judy did mine and she was so communicative throughout. I discovered areas where i want to focus on for futute because if her. Lisa greeted us with a warm smile and an even warmer cup of herbal tea. I swear, if the tea had arms, it would have given us a hug. Lisa ensured we were comfortable and well-prepared for our hour of bliss. Then came Judy, our massage therapist, who must have been a sculptor in a past life because she expertly chiseled away every knot and ounce of tension in our bodies. The hot stone massage itself was an otherworldly experience. The combination of Judy's skilled hands and the perfectly heated stones felt like a symphony of warmth and relaxation. At one point, I was convinced the stones were enchanted, sourced straight from the fiery pits of Mount Doom (but in a totally soothing, non-threatening way). A and I exchanged a glance mid-massage that said, "We might have found nirvana." In summary, Arisa Thai Massage provided an unparalleled experience that left us both floating on cloud nine. The enchanting atmosphere, coupled with the exceptional customer service from Lisa and Judy, made it a memorable adventure. If you're looking for a massage that's out of this world (and possibly out of this realm), look no further. Just be prepared to have your mind--and knots--blown away!

I have been a customer for some time and have never experienced anything like this. I usually text them to check availability, and they respond promptly. However, when I was on my way, they informed me that someone else had booked the spot. I found this frustrating, especially since they didn't make an effort to resolve the issue. They could have at least held the spot for me or done something to avoid wasting my time. Then, they told me, "No worries, contact us anytime." That's not really the level of customer service I expected. The owner even called me to ask if I was okay. Wow... Update: Now you can see they are threatening me to call police because I posted review. I mean i am really grateful to find out about the businesses owner attitude and how they handle customer experience. Just wow i am amazed how they run business like this. I really did not want to post this, but since they just handled this super unprofessional so i will post everywhere. Btw owner is not Sarah, the person who called me was eric a super rude guy who did even let me talk and keep interrupting. You can judge!!!!

It was my friend's birthday month. Took my friend here on Saturday to try an hour of Thai deep tissue massage. We are so lucky to have Lisa and Emma as our masseur. They both were super friendly. We were really happy and enjoy our visit. They both are doing an amazing work. The only thing that we would like to address is they didn't close the entrance door and left a gaping open while we were inside the room with the sliding door only and we were undressed. For safety purposes we suggest that don't just walk away without locking the door when the customers are ready/dressed then leave. :)

My friend recommended this place to me and I'm so glad I went! I booked an appointment on their website for the Arisa Signature Massage, which was $100 for an hour. This massage combines "Thai yoga, Ashiatsu, and oil-based modalities, our Signature massage provides a balance of mental relaxation and physical stress relief. Perfect for individuals seeking a tailored, get-away experience." Lisa was absolutely amazing! She made sure I felt comfortable before we started and asked if the pressure was okay throughout the session. The first part was without oil, focusing on legs and back, while the second part was with oil. My favorite part of this massage was the scalp massage and the stretching portion towards the end. I'm constantly working out at a yoga studio, so this was much needed to really stretch out my hips and shoulders. Lisa also provided me with tea after the session! Don't forget to check in on Yelp to receive a free gift, too! Will definitely be coming back.

My massage was administered by Rebecca and was the Neuromuscular booking. It was wildly relaxing and it was clear Rebecca was well versed in the techniques and eliminating blockages in the muscles. This is from the website and Id say it was executed to a T. The practitioner targets slow, deep pressure, motion, and traction to promote release and to retrain the neuromuscular circuits into a new healthy pattern. What makes neuromassage unique is the pattern, sequence, intent, and application of the strokes as they relate to the neuromuscular connection. Neuromassage is especially helpful for clients who suffer from chronic pain or anxiety. This is very much a medicinal space so there really aren't any vibes or spa like amenities and the therapists just wear street clothes vs scrubs or uniforms. Its an older space and just one hall with rooms off the center. If youre looking for a highly trained massage therapist and there for a real health concern, I could not recommend it more.

This feels like a real risk for clients. I wish the receptionist had called out the masseuse's language abilities when I scheduled so that I could've had the option of selecting someone I could better communicate with. As well, her technique lacked any bedside manner. She was very jolty throughout the one hour - no calming vibes to speak of. She spent an inordinate amount of time on my neck and probably 5-6 minutes total on my legs. This approach felt very unbalanced as I had never said to spend so much time on my neck and don't have any problems there, to my knowledge. I'd rather pay more and get a higher quality massage. I left with a headache.

I had a very disappointing and stressful experience with the front desk person at this office…read more The issue started with poor communication around billing. I was initially told that my copay would be $30 for Dr. Helen and $20 for Dr. Deanne, and that my insurance had been checked. About a month later, I found out through my insurance that I was actually responsible for 30% of the bill. When I brought this up, the front desk person first denied saying that, and later offered to settle the account based on the $30 copay amount. However, there was no apology or clear explanation for the confusion. We had also discussed that the 4/30 bill would be handled later once I received the insurance check, since my card had already been charged the full $150 for that visit. Yesterday, when I tried to bring this up again, the front desk person would not let me explain and kept insisting that my bills had already been taken care of. She also said she does not handle billing, but did not clearly explain who does or who I should contact. What made the experience worse was the attitude. When I tried to understand who handles billing, bookings, and patient communication, she responded defensively and said, "Oh, now you are saying I don't do anything," which was not what I said. I was simply trying to understand who was responsible for what, especially since she had said she does not handle billing or appointments for all doctors. The most upsetting part was being personally insulted and called a "sad person who makes other people sad." That is completely inappropriate in any service environment, especially in a healthcare or wellness practice where patients come for care and support. This was not the first time she referred to me as a "sad person," and it felt dismissive and disrespectful, especially as someone coming in with severe shoulder pain and trying to resolve basic billing and appointment issues. The communication around appointments was also frustrating. When I switched to Dr. Deanne and asked how to book with her, I was told to check online with no clear guidance. After asking again, I was eventually sent a link by text, but only after being told, "I don't handle her appointments." Yesterday, I checked in and sat in the doctor's office for several minutes, but the doctor was not informed. I had to go back and ask twice, and the front desk person clearly seemed upset about it. The last two months of dealing with this front desk experience have been extremely frustrating. Patients deserve clear communication, patience, and basic respect when trying to resolve billing and appointment issues especially when it's caused by the provider . Overall, this experience fell far short of the level of professionalism and respect patients deserve

The rooms temperature was comfortable and the blankets were soft and warm. My main review is for Sara who provided a 60 minute deep tissue massage that exceeded my expectations! Now, she isn't going to be everybody's cup of tea, especially if you're expecting a relaxing pampering massage to fall asleep. I appreciate that type of massage, but this time I came in with acute back pain. She honed in and went right to it. Honestly, at first it seemed rougher, but it was clear her expertise provided the relief I needed. I did not even mention any other pain points but as she worked, she identified three other pain areas that I've been dealing with for months. That's how I knew she has a keen understanding of how the body should move and feel, and the skill to guide my muscles/fascia back to where they should be to be able to function properly and without pain. She adjusted her technique as she felt my body could tolerate (e.g. she threw in some Thai massage technique to lengthen and stretch at the end). After 60 minutes, my pain levels reduced significantly from 7/10 to 2/10. I couldn't believe it! My heel pain of six months was gone!
